Sleeps 14...Beach Please!

This listing is for a duplex style property, upstairs and downstairs. Great for families that love to travel together to the beach. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms there is plenty of space for everyone. Pack your bags, this is the place for you and your crew! Please check out all the photos, this is a vacation home that you don't want to miss!

We are a family owned and operated property. We love to rent to families and have a strict "no parties" rule. Our location is steps away from the beach and Pavilions grocery store and about a ten minute walk to the Newport Pier. You will have full access to the two car garage and washer/dryer. There is also push carts with sand tires filled with beach toys, boogie boards, and a foam longboards. These units are also listed separately for smaller groups as well. See the listing numbers below.

Upstairs (Separate listing HA 4770922) is the larger unit of the two containing an eat-in chef's kitchen and a deck with a sectional couch and ocean view. Large BBQ for grilling.
There are three bedrooms that will sleep a total of 8....
Bedroom 1 (twin bed with twin trundle)
Bedroom 2 (1 queen bed)
Bedroom 3 (2 queen beds)
Two bathrooms with shower/tub combos.
One television in the living room.

Downstairs (Separate listing VRBO 1142726) was completely remodeled in 2017. The Bifold door opens up to the patio with a large picnic bench and umbrella. Sleeps 6 in two bedrooms...

Two bathrooms, one with shower/tub and the other has a good size shower. One television in the living room.

Both units have fully equipped kitchens. Coffee, toasters, microwave, pots/pans, etc. The bathrooms have plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. Don't forget to bring a beach towel!

I couldn't have imagined a better place to stay!

This home and its location were exactly as depicted. Beautiful, clean, conveniently close to the grocery store, beach and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable (I literally just ordered the pillows from Amazon today...I must have them). We borrowed the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas (it had all the extras we forgot to bring or didn't have). The host was very responsive and pleasant. Having the garage to park the car was also a huge plus given the busy Memorial Day weekend. It also fit our group comfortably; we rented both the upper and lower unit. I would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing Place and Amazing Location

You can’t go wrong with this location, what a prime location and the amount of chairs and beach items is a huge plus. Also, as a person with a bad back, the beds are great. One way to tell a great place is the amount of returning groups. We would be returning next year except it is already booked. We will definitely be staying here again.

ANOTHER GREAT FAMILY VACATION IN NEWPORT BEACH

This was our families 4th stay at this great beach home. Malia is great to work with and the location works perfect for us. Shopping and food is in walking distance and the sand ia a 30 second walk! We use both units as we have 6 adults and 7 kids who keep wanting to come back year after year!

Fox summer beach vacation

This was the greatest house ever! The grandkids and their parents stayed in the top unit and the grandparents (old people) stayed in the lower unit. Also, the location was close to the beach and everything else we needed was within walking distance. We will definitely use this house in the future.

Amazing adventure…again!!!

This is our 5th year staying at this amazing beach house!! Everything…from beginning to end…is a perfect summer adventure! Upstairs wonderful

We rented both the top and bottom of the property. The upper unit was great but the bottom unit needs to up it living room decor. Very uninviting space.

This is an amazing beach house! We ALWAYS have the best time when we’re here! The house is big enough to accommodate our large family, it’s clean, walking distance to the beach, it’s stocked with beach toys, close to the grocery store, to restaurants, stores, the pier. The neighborhood is fun, safe, and friendly! The host, Malia, is so easy to work with!! She checks-in throughout our stay to make sure we’re enjoying our trip. If an issue arises, she’s ON it! We’ve already made our reservations for next year!! We highly recommend this sweet vacation spot!!

Ok, so this is our 7th year staying at this amazing beach house! Do you really need to read any further? If you must, here’s the scoop…It’s a beautiful home. It’s cozy. It’s the perfect size for our extended family of 14. The kids (ages 4-14) love it. The adults love it. It’s right down the street from the beach. It’s in a safe neighborhood. We walk to the grocery store. We walk to Jack’s. We walk to restaurants for dinner. We walk for ice cream and donuts. The Sunday Farmer’s Market is amazing. Surfing lessons are nearby. You can even have pizza delivered to you on the beach.The host, Malia, is so attentive! She’s absolutely wonderful. She’s available for any questions or concerns we might have. If there is an issue, it is immediately addressed. She is so easy to work with.We really enjoy our visits here each summer. We’ve already booked our weeks for next summer!! Need we say more?!?

This house has everything!

The location is a 10, the proximity to both the beach and store were perfect. Easily able to restock on any items we needed and the walk to the beach was a breeze. The pier and shops also just a short walk away. The house itself was in great shape, had all the amenities we could ask for. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space for our large group. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils, pans, cups, etc. Made cooking and clean up so easy. The garage was full of wagons, carts, toys, games, boards, chairs, literally everything we needed for the beach. The patio was my favorite, great sitting area and beautiful view of the ocean! Highly recommend!

For beach-loving large groups!

We had a large Christmas family reunion and rented out both levels of this lovely property. We can say it comfortably sleeps 14! Highlights: - Friendly, responsive property manager who even reached out to us to offer early check in because she happened to have availability! So nice! - Location!!! Half a block from the beach and half a block from the grocery store and restaurants. Absolutely can’t be beat. - Amenities. Surf boards, beach carts, and chairs are provided. Washer and dryer worked great. A nice little grill upstairs with propane provided. Bring your own beach towels though! We thought this was a wonderful value for a large group as long as you’re ok with there being two separate entrances between the top and bottom units. The manager was accommodating to allow all of us to gather in one or the other place for group meals and such so for us it was no big deal. We will be looking forward to coming back if we can!

The host was welcoming and easily available answering all questions. The layout, the furnishings, and the location were all phenomenal. Just an FYI - need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as that is not supplied by the owner.

Our annual Newport Beach family weekend!

We had a great time as we have at this great beach home for the last 4 years! We enjoy spending time at the water/sand, riding bikes along the boardwalk and just enjoying all that Newport Beach offers. Our whole family makes this trip every early October and always look forward to our next trip. This home is perfect for our group of 13 and Malia is great to work with to make it all happen!

This is our happy place!

This is our 4th year renting this amazingly beautiful beach house! It’s the perfect size for our big extended family! It’s a minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, a short walk to the grocery store, and close to pretty much everything else you need during your stay! This Newport Beach community is really fun for families! It’s a short drive to other fun beach communities, surfing lessons, the aquarium, Balboa Island, and more! The host, Malia, is so easy to work with! The house is in perfect condition, and if there is a problem, she responds immediately and resolves any issue. We’ve already booked our stay for next year!

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. It’s very close to the beach but not right on the busy parts of the piers. It has everything we needed to have fun on the beach! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. The property owner was super easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!

Awesome Beach Pad

This was a great home base for our family of 8. We rented both the top and bottom units to have plenty of space. It was comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was really responsive to a few questions we had. It is 60 seconds from the beach, and really close to a grocery store and restaurants. We just used the wagon to make our grocery run and to haul stuff to the beach - so convenient. Would stay here again.

Six Stars!

What a wonderful property, location, and host! Six of us stayed for a long weekend and we were so happy we picked this rental. Our host was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond what you would expect. The house had everything we could ever need. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for large meals prepared at home, extra towels and linens, spare blankets for the (unexpected) cool nights, backup stock of soap, sponges, TP, paper towels. We especially enjoyed lounging on the large patios and walking to the grocery (a stone’s throw), restaurants, bars, and of course the beautiful beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Thanksgiving week

We had a wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed the home. Plenty of room and the kitchens were wonderful. Very updated and plenty of utensils for everyone. Loved every minute. The closeness of the pier, restaurants and activities was excellent! Will definitely rent again.
