HOLA, Welcome to our newly remodeled 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. Located on the 12th floor with unobstructed views of Old Port, Sea of Cortez and the 18 whole championship golf course. Cabrillo 1207 Phase 2 with over 2400 square feet of indoor living space and almost 1000 square feet of outside patio living. This beach front condo sleeps 8 with 2 king beds, 2 queen over queen bunk beds. The two master bedrooms and the bunk room make a great place for friends and family this condo is fully furnished.

The kitchen comes with all the necessary cooking utensils needed. The dinning table seat 8 people and the living room has two large couches. There are Televisions in every room bedroom and a large TV in the family room. The outside patio has a dinning table which can seat 8 and an outside L shaped couch for watching the sunrise and sunsets. Included is covered parking and easy access to the elevators

Las Palomas, the best resort in Rocky Point, has an onsite lobby check-in, one fine dining restaurant, fitness center, sundries/gift shop, underground parking, many spectacular pools with 2-negative edge pools and swim-up bars, a lazy river and a water slide, walk-out beach with private sea shore huts with drink and food service. Beach towels and lounge chairs are provided for your poolside enjoyment.
As a guest you will receive the following services - daily maid service, Account to charge to the room for Bars and Restaurants, 24/7 Front Desk Assistance, Beach Towels Service.

Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is situated in the exclusive Sandy Beach area of Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), which is a vacation destination set against the Sea of Cortez - known as the Gulf of California with clear, deep blue waters. The water temperature is more like the Caribbean then San Diego.

The resort has a high level of security. There is a guard gate to enter from the street which is operated 24/7. It also has security checking people coming up from the beach.

Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort is the largest master planned resort in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) It offers an abundance of activities for everyone including Golf at the Links, a series of Pools, Hot Tubs and Lazy Rivers w/Rafts, El Citron Fine Cusin Restaurants, NEW The Maria Restaurant with its Premium Hamburgers and the Coffee Shop were they serve specialty coffees plus drinks and soft drinks also ice cream and pastries, Bars, Swim-Up-Bars, Lounge Chairs with optional face shields and Palapas on the Beach. Also available is a fully equipped Exercise Room and BBQ's.

This unit is in rental pool. Only guests with wristbands will have all Resort amenities. All of our reservations go through the rental pool at Las Palomas. It is the only way to legally rent from the resort and the only way to get access to all of the amenities at the resort.

NOTICE FROM THE RESORT:
If you are renting a condo at Las Palomas, make sure that the rental is being processed through the resort (a confirmation letter from the resort should be provided showing the total payment including taxes for your stay along with a confirmation #)
There is a new Administration at Las Palomas and every reservation is being carefully monitored. Rent only legally through the rental pool!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Reservation Policy:
- At the time of reservation 50% Deposit of whole stay.
- The 50% remaining will be charged 10 days prior of arrival day.
- Reservation holder must be over 25 and stay at the resort.
- All changes will have a $25.00 fee.
- No changes allowed within 10 days of arrival date.
- Changes of Holiday reservation will have a penalty of $150.00.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 11 days prior to scheduled arrival date
full amount minus $150 Cancellation Fee.
- Cancellation within 10 days of arrival NO Refund.
- No Refunds for no shows or early departures.
- No refunds in case of eviction ZERO tolerance policy.
- No refund for holidays.
- All cancellations or changes must be made via e-mail.
Other:
- Check-In: 4.00pm.
- Check-Out: 11.00am.
- Late Check-Out will be at 1:00pm only with prior authorization.

WARNING: If you find something less for the same type of unit, i.e., 3BR OV vs. 3BR OV, please be aware that you might be renting from so called 'rogue' renter which is not permitted at the resort.
The resort sets the rates for all rental pool owners and we can't discount them. The 'rogue' renters discount their rates, but if you were caught, you would be asked to either pay the full rate or you would be evicted. So, if you find something for less, ask the owner if he/she is in the rental pool. We suggest that you verify it by calling the resort at 866.360.2324, and be sure to have the unit name and number before calling.
