Can't beat the space and location of this beautiful home! Great 6 bedroom, 5 bath lakefront home at the 17MM. This home has what you will need to make your vacation at the lake simple and easy including linens, bath towels, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, blender, toaster, etc. including a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser. All you need to bring are your personal items and a few towels to take to take to the lake. Main level offers 4 bedrooms and three baths, family room, large eat in kitchen and living room. Master bedroom offers a King size bed with a full bath, fireplace, TV with DVD player, vaulted ceilings and large windows which over look the lake plus a walk out deck to the lakefront. Second, third, and forth bedrooms each offer a queen bed.

The lower level offers carpeting and ceramic tile floor, a kitchenette, with full size fridge and sink, a large family room with a pool table, dart board, shuffle board and pac-man arcade game. A second Living room with 42 inch flat screen tv with Play station 2 and several games, a DVD player with a selection of movies, as well as a large selection of board games. Lower level has 2 bedrooms and two baths (1 full, 1 half). One bedroom has two twin beds and the second bedroom offers three queen beds, a tv with a play station 1 system and games.

All TV's in the house are serviced with Amazon Firesticks and most have a DVD player as well.
Wifi is also included with the rental of this property for no additional charge.

This home offers a awesome 3000 square foot dock with 16X44 foot slip available for your use at no extra charge and a large swim platform with dining table to enjoy your favorite bevarage while sitting out absorbing the view of the lake. There is also a full size refrigerator on the dock Easy to navigate home with very few steps. Only a few steps from the house to the dock.

No long trips to get into town like you find at some places.. If you need to run to town for a few last minute things you are in luck as groceries, walmart, target, and the outlet malls are minutes from the house. You will love this location!

There is a flattop grill available for your use at the home as well as an infrared propane barbecue grill.

Also on the back patio is a wood fire pit as well as a propane gas fire table available to enjoy your favorite cocktail and watch the sunset!

Many restaurants within close proximity by land and water!

We also offer two stand-up paddle boards for rental that use may during your stay for $150.00

Hot tub is also available for use during your stay for an additional fee $150
