Sunset Retreat: Mile Marker 21 Overlook

​​​​​​Beautiful and spacious house with stunning views overlooking the 21 Mile Marker! With 5 Bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms, this Lakefront home can comfortably accommodate a family or group of 20 people.

1 King bed in a separate bedroom that sleeps 2 people.
The primary bedroom on the 1st floor has a Queen bed and sleeps 2 people.
Two other bedrooms also have Queen beds, each sleeping 2 people.
There is a bunk bed room that can accommodate 6 people.
Additionally, there are two fold-out chairs downstairs that can sleep 2 people, and a futon that can sleep 1 or 2 people.
Multiple couches are available for additional sleeping arrangements.
In total, you can sleep up to 20 people in this home, with various bed options and additional sleeping spaces.

Furthermore, the house features a large and beautiful dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, and boat watching. If you're interested in water activities, there's a toy shed available with water toys, life jackets, and floaties. Note that an additional deposit is required for the use of the toy shed.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
We are ONLY dog friendly. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a non-refundable fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. Any applicable pet fees will be added to your reservation MANUALLY and charged AFTER booking.
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
