Breathtaking Views of Emerald Waters and Beautiful Sunsets

Owner managed! Beautiful, beachfront condo with breathtaking views. Condo is a 1 Bedroom 1 Bath Condo with Twin Bunk Beds and a Full size Sleeper Sofa. We are located on the 7th Floor and has an amazing view of the Beach. Relax out on the Balcony and watch the beautiful sunset. The Living Room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, New Flat Screen TV and a Table with 4 Chairs. There is additional seating at the Breakfast Bar with 4 New Bar Stools. The Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a meal while on vacation! The Bathroom has a full size tub/shower combination. The Bedroom has a Flat Screen TV, a comfortable King Bed, dresser and 2 nightstands.

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was clean, comfortable, and full of the amenities that we needed. The overall property was really nice as well. The elevators were extremely efficient, making getting in and out a real pleasure.Communication was great from our host. We definitely recommend this condo and would certainly book here again.

Wonderful place & location

Perfect condo! The condo was up to date with comfortable furnishings. It had everything we needed to include chair service! I loved drinking my morning coffee on the balcony while watching/listening to the waves. I was confused when we first got there with parking being across the street but once we figured out the elevator situation it was no problem. There are plenty of walkable restaurants and activities. We will surely book this condo again.

Wonderful family vacation

We had a great time! We loved the location. We didn't have to get our car out into traffic because it was in walking distance to Sharky’s and Runaway Island. It was easy to get to the beach!

Loved it!

The condo was beautiful and the communication with Lisa was fantastic! We really enjoyed having the chairs and umbrella on the beach! I do wish the locations had more heated pools than one small one by the parking garage but we went when it was still a little chilly, wouldn’t bother me if it was in summer! Overall it was a great stay with a beautiful view!

Speing break stay

The property was very clean and staff where friendly and helpful. It was located on the beach and the main street. It being spring break it was loud at night going to bed (about 10pm). Other then the noise of the spring break kids it was very nice. The beach was also very clean and not crowded.

Family holiday getaway

Went here the day after Christmas with my husband and children for a ball tournament. The place was amazing with all accommodations we needed to keep kids entertained as well as comfortable during our stay. The full kitchen was well equipped with Everything we needed and helped on planned meals between games. I will be back!

Second Stay

This is my second time staying at this property, and we had just as amazing of an experience as we did the first time staying with them. The resort itself is fantastic with beautiful pools, a premiere location, and convenience in making your way around the property. It also has a lot of fun things you can do while at the resort, such a karaoke at the Sky Bar or a poolside outdoor movie. The room itself is always clean and taken care of when we arrive and has a gorgeous view of the beach. I also love the ease of checking in. Everything you need is either in the room or sent to your email the night before, so you do not have to physically talk to anyone before or during your stay. We were just as pleased staying here as we were the first time and will absolutely be staying again.

Everything was perfect!

Perfect room equipped with everything we wanted. Great location, enjoyed the view the most plus the resort having more than one pool, splash pad for toddler, bar with a good drink, ice cream shop for the kids... wanted to book next stay before leaving. Our only downfall was we were late booking our chair rental which is understandably our fault but didn't know that we wouldn't get a an opportunity the following day for better seats, apparently you have to book ahead and you keep those same seats the duration of your stay, so that meant second row trying to watch your child while sitting is impossible... but we managed and were grateful the chairs were of no cost to us! Not a deal breaker, just would have like to have known to book ahead for whole trip. :)

Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo! It was clean, stocked with way more dishes and kitchen gadgets than we could use, tons of blankets, everything was thought about! The owner was very responsive when I had questions. The views are great. We always enjoy Emerald Beach Resort!

Amazing Location and Easy Check-In

This stay was fantastic for us. The first thing I noticed was the ease of the check-in process. We never once had to go to the front desk for anything. The parking pass was emailed for us to print and armbands were left in the room. This is something I haven't had at other places that I really loved about this place. The location is top-tier. So many things are within walking distance, and instead of having to cross the busy street, there is a sky bridge that you can use to cross the street. The condo itself was beautiful, clean, and had the perfect beach view, and the resort has so many amenities, Starbucks, a food place, a souvenir shop, etc. The pools were very nice. We even got to watch a poolside movie on one of our nights there. Overall, this was a great experience for us, and I would definitely stay again.

Would not stay again!

The owner(s) of this property were nice…at first. My husband noticed ROACHES the first morning we woke up there, he chose not to tell me until Wednesday trying to give the unit the benefit of the doubt just seeing one BUT once it reached seeing them in multiple stages of life AND multiple times he took pictures & told me. I contacted the owner as soon as he told me & it was basically a “yeah we know because the unit upstairs had a problem and we had our unit treated. Sorry…” There were no roach traps, bait or anything out from being treated. She was very nonchalant about it so I felt like it wasn’t taken seriously or they didn’t care. I also contacted her after our stay about a few minor issues that weren’t really a huge deal at the time but combined with the roaches and reflecting on our week just irked me…the response I got back was very confrontational. She did offer to give back a very small amount of what we paid…that wasn’t why I informed her of the issues though. The whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way. I find that if they know or had known there was a ROACH problem it should’ve been told to renters upfront prior to taking money!!! Some people have severe allergies to roaches & if any of my family was it could’ve been bad!

Pleasant stay

Overall, the condo was wonderful. Our small issues were that the tv remote in the living room was essentially coroded so it did not work and the elevators were terrible. We had to carry two tiny children and a beach wagon down 7 flights of stairs and wait a minimum of 35 minutes for the elevators. Otherwise, owners were wonderful, place was spotless and we enjoyed our stay!

Pretty satisfied

Everything was clean and nice but if you are a light sleeper you can hear automobiles from this bedroom. We came for thunder beach motorcycle rally and the bikes were very loud in the room Your bedroom is not beach side the front room is beach side There are a couple chairs to take to the beach but no towels so bring your own. Overall pretty satisfied. No major complaints
