Built in 2005, Sea Dunes on Okaloosa Island gives you a lot of bang for your buck! The units feature upscale furnishings such as granite countertops, eat in bars and tile in all the wet areas. The complex's 140 feet of beachfront feels very private. It boasts a beach front pool with Mediterranean style hot tub and a picnic area with grills, covered parking, and complimentary beach chair and umbrella service. Sea Dunes also has a short, no-step walkway to the beach with shower and rinse-off station.

Great trip

This was a wonderful 7 days! The condo was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and location was fabulous. The only thing we needed was a few more pots/pans. We will definitely stay here again.

Spring Break Getaway

We loved the ease of check in and check out, clear communication, and proximity to the beach. The chair & umbrella service is wonderful!!! We also liked that the property is not one of the mega big condos along the beach so it actually felt very private and peaceful. My only suggestions are to replace duvet cover in master, replace pots/pans in kitchen and remove the carpet from living room. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!

Perfect Christmas stay

Wonderful small property right on the beach. Clean and well apointed. Slight miss communication that was cleared up right away. Great communication even over the Christmas holiday.

We loved our stay. Was a perfect location for a family. Beach was not crowded and we loved the family friendly setting. They only downside for us was the condo could use some updating in flooring and couches. Appreciated the communication and making sure we were happy. Easy check in and out. Happy overall.

Condo at beach

Condo was in great location . The view was beautiful! Easy to walk to the beach. Condo was very clean. It was frustrating that there was no handle to go out to the deck in the family room. There was no toilet paper holder in the small bathroom. Condo just needs some simple repairs. We had a great vacation!

Like a hotel-meaning there are no extra necessities here. I left some trash bags and laundry supplies for the next. Hopefully you get them. Other than thatā€¦ We loved it! Great view. Comfortable bed.

Enjoyed our stay, nice clean unit.

Unit was nice, large master bedroom and bathroom. Elevator was out first day (ouch my knees!) but was running by second day. WiFi internet was not available for the entire week ( true bummer in today's world!). Luckily, beach and family always make it a great time.

Impressed with unit cleanliness......great view from porch....easy access to beach and pool. Bunk beds for grandkids were a plus. My only complaint was a lack of bottle opener on premise. I consider that omission to be cruel and unusual punishment after driving 7 hrs and wanting a cold beer.

Condo was nice and of course we loved the location but there are some things in the condo that needs to be fixed , there is no door knob on the door going to the balcony from the living room, the guest bathroom did not have toilet paper holder, kitchen faucet was not shutting off properly., carpet needs cleaning

Crappy stay

Took 24 hrs to get internet, dirty dishes, doors to patio wouldnā€™t lock, ceiling fan in front bedroom to low for bunk beds granddaughter was hit in forehead by fan blade. We will never stay here again and everyone will hear about our terrible experience with real joy and Vrbo also Couldnā€™t believe I had pay such a fee, way to much for someone who didnā€™t do anything at all.

Home away from home

This condo sits right on the ocean. Balcony access allows you to see the sunset perfectly but you have an obstructed view of the sunrise from the neighboring property so you have to go down to the beach to get the birds eye view. Other reviews are correct in saying the carpet could use a good cleaning. Kitchen supplies were enough for what we needed. If you are wanting to watch TV a lot or have kids, it is not a smart TV so you only get local channels. Storage space was amazing. Full size washer and dryer worked perfect. Plenty of bathroom towels. Gave a good start up supply of toiletries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Pool area I will say was very small. Only 4 lounge chairs so unless you get down there early you are out of luck. Pool photos definitely deceiving. Beach chair service was excellent. Condo is nicely decorated. Thank you for allowing us to share this place!

Clean and well furnished

We really enjoyed our stay. The gulf view was wonderful. The balcony was spacious, and we had plenty of room and furniture to relax and enjoy the view. The laundry room was also well-appointed, with nice appliances and drying racks. The unit is nicely furnished and clean, and we appreciated the extras like paper towels, trash bags, and cleaning products in the kitchen, and soap in the bathrooms. The kitchen had all the items we needed, with the exception of a wine key ( we bought one and left it in the unit). Since the ice maker was not working, it would have been nice to have ice trays. In the front bedrooms, it would have been nice to have blinds that were better at keeping out the light from the breezeway lights at night. If there was a way to connect to an audio system for music, we were not able to figure it out.

Great spot/not clean

The location of this condo was great! The condo smelled very weird/dirty when we arrived- it seemed half way cleaned. We had to rewash all the dishes because they were dirty. This condo provides the bare minimum- for example they provided one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no hand soap, and no dishwasher cleaner. We didnā€™t expect to have everything but this was the least amount of amenities weā€™ve ever had in a VRBO. The doors to the patio are rusted so they were hard to work/close. The carpet on the patio was wet all the time & made the outside feel dirty. The third bedroom picture with the bunk bed has about a foot & a half walk room- enough to open the door & get in bed. For the price of this condo Iā€™d probably stay somewhere else but the location was great!

Not too bad, butā€¦

The back door is outright dangerous. It is a heavy door that sometimes opens and closes with gust of wind. It does not have a door handle so itā€™s very difficult to close. My wife smashed her finger trying to get it closed one morning. The third bedroom should be more clearly described in your advertising. It is so small that the door does not fully open. If a normal sized husband and wife were sharing this room, it would be nearly impossible. The couch and loveseat are comfortable, but the end tables and coffee table look like they are about to fall apart. Could be dangerous if you have young ones moving around the living room. (Glass tops) We were unaware that we had to provide our own toilet paper after they provided just one roll. Itā€™s not a big deal, but would be nice to know that we had to bring our own. Some instructions on the TV remotes would be nice. There are multiple televisions and multiple remotes. Thank you for the stay, but we will likely choose another unit next time and hopefully we will have better luck

Beautiful and cozy

Overall this unit was lovely! The view is one of the best weā€™ve ever had (we come every year for 8+ years) the condo was cozy and a perfect fit for our family. We had a bit of an issue with bed linen not being as clean as they should be or correct sizing for the bed it was on but that was fixed promptly after contacting guest services. All in all I would recommend this unit! Cozy, beautiful view, just steps from the beach, & minutes away from lots of attractions. A few bits of advice I would like to pass along though: ā€¢Upgrade the patio furniture on the balcony. Itā€™s rusty and falling apart. ā€¢ fix the balcony door handles. They are rather difficult to open and close. ā€¢the master bathroom vanity outlets donā€™t work. Thank you for a wonderful stay! ā™„ļø
