WHERE WE ARE AND AMENITIES

Positioned on the 12th green of Seville Golf and Country Club. The backyard has a pool, hot tub, misting system, comfortable seating and lots of sun or shade provided by the gazebo and patio. Enjoy the open concept gourmet kitchen, dining, living area overlooking the backyard and golf course. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each with queen sized beds and the master with a king sized bed. Memory foam or pillow toppers for sleeping comfort.
Enjoy watching TV outside, on the big screen in the living room or the bedroom. We have a wonderful sound system for movie nights or sitting poolside. Use the iPad provided to control lights, a/c, tv and music. Patio and veranda misting system. Whole Home water filtration system so no need to buy bottled water. Water softener and RO system with electrolytes.
Natural gas fire pit and barbecue.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

Groceries, fuel, dining, yoga, parks all within 1 mile.
Lakes and rivers 26 miles.
Phoenix Sky Habor airport is only 30 miles.
Mesa Gateway airport 8 miles.

Great home and location!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful and host January was incredibly helpful. Our favorite thing at the house was sitting on the cool nights at the fire and using the hot tub. We were close to golf, pickle ball and hiking. Amazing stay.

Great Property!

What a beautiful place to enjoy. Very quiet neighborhood. Awesome open floor plan for a group. Great outdoor patio/pool area. Our host welcomed us and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back.

Looking to relax and do some golfing, house was great and plenty of golf courses close by. Trip was great and would definitely do it again.

Paradise, indeed

The home was wonderful and more than accommodated our group. With San Tan mountains as a backdrop we were in heaven. Grocery store is very close. The only unfortunate was the weather was uncooperative, but we loved sitting around the fire pit. We will consider ourselves lucky to stay here again.

Awesome home our family totally enjoyed our stay

Awesome home great communication with homeowner We had a minor glitch with pool heater but 5 stars any way. Easy communication with homeowner. Exceptional accommodations we had 4 adults and 1 toddler. A short walk to park, hiking regional park close, a roadrunner sighting by the pool was crazy. Attended a baseball game, great restaurants, Olive Mill, etc. hard to leave. Wont hesitate to come back.

Grand March in the sun!

We stayed here for five wonderful weeks. The house is laid out well and we lacked for nothing. The pool and outdoor sitting areas were everyone's favorite places to be. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and their parents the hot tub during the week they came to visit. There was ample room for all (8 of us). January, the owner, met us when we arrived and stopped by a few times while we were there to make sure everything was going well. The house is in a great location with grocery, restaurants, and an urgent care (that we used for our granddaughter) close by. We are making plans for next year's visit already.

Interesting

I have stayed in several VRBO's but none quit like this. My group stayed for 7 days and we had to supply our own toilet paper and paper towels. The owner came by twice in our stay and fixed what we needed fixed. Also commented on how cool we kept the house and suggested maybe we open the windows versus have the air on to keep her bill down. On top of the fact we paid extra in cash to heat the pool, when she came by the second time she told us to not run the hot tub unless we are in it! Are VRBO's not supposed to make you feel comfortable and more like you are at home? Some suggestions that might have made the stay better. A 3-ring binder letting one know, where the pool towels where located, how to use the grill, how to use the fire-pit, etc. These have come in super handy at other places!! Not sure I would choose this location again. SAD!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

I have rented many homes in this and surrounding areas, and this is one of my favorites. The home setup is perfect for relaxing, cooking and fun. The view of the golf course makes you feel like you are in a completely different place. Plenty of seating outside and the pool and hot tub are perfect. Very quiet and relaxing. Property managers were great and responded to every need and question. Home has everything you need. Highly recommend this rental. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back 😊

It was Paradise!

Exceptional home on Seville Golf Course

The property was ideal. There was ample room for our family which included 8 adults and 2 very small grandchildren. The home’s furnishings, comfortable beds, large bathrooms and well stocked kitchen made it easy for us to enjoy a full week of comfort. January, the property manager was fabulous.

January was very nice, and very responsive when we had questions. She even provided us a great list of things to do, as we were not from Arizona. The house was amazing; clean; and had a great view. My party did not have one bad thing to say about January or the house. We will for sure be back.

January the owner was a great host and she let us know that her home was are home. We had a son in a wheelchair so the home was almost built for him, everything we needed was right there. So anybody looking for a great place to stay Just check this place out. It has everything you need👍😀

Fabulous Property and Owner

The property owner met us at the property to explain how to use the apple I pad to access all the electronic home devices. It's a beautiful property and very well stocked with everything you need! I was very impressed with the quality of the flatware, cutlery, dishes, pots and pans, bedding and linens. Don't need to bring a hair blower one is provided.We all enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi even my 1 yr old grandson! It was a very special trip and the owner made us feel like we were part of her family. The location was perfect; a Fry's grocery store is in very close proximity. Next time we are in Gilbert, AZ I will be booking this property. Amazing views from the covered patio area of the pool/jacuzzi and golf course. We used the fire pit in the evening which was a treat!! We live in hot and humid Houston! Our Home Away from Home in the Sun!

This was by far and away one of our best short vacations in years! I flew in on St. Patrick's Day and we headed to Gilbert to settle into our vacation home. We were astounded by how beautiful and comfortable we found this place to be . The pool, the hot tub and the entire patio area were absolutely gorgeous with a dining table to accommodate 12 folks, at least. The music system that goes throughout the house is able to play outside and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub listening to our favorite, country music. The owners, Michael and January went over how everything worked and provided us with exceptional customer service during our stay. The house is on the 12th green of the Seville Golf & Country Club and we enjoyed relaxing time by the pool watching the hot air balloons floating overhead one day. We are an active couple and enjoyed hiking/mountain biking in the San Tan Mountains , golfing & swimming at the Seville Golf & CC as well as boating in nearby Canyon Lake. We ate dinner in Scottsdale with friends, at the Perch in Chandler which was a fun experience, and at a couple great restaurants near our place. There's an excellent frozen yogurt shop near the house that became a staple every night after dinner. Relaxing on the huge, wonderful couch watching the big screen after days spent outside was just luxury. The gourmet kitchen, the washer/dryer, bicycles and the 3 or 4 other bedrooms make this the perfect home for our whole family to experience. There was so much more we wanted to do so we will be returning to Arizona and will definitely put in our reservations for this fabulous home!
