Inside, the updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for easy meals at home. It opens seamlessly to a cozy sitting area, while the main family room features a large flatscreen TV and sliding glass doors that frame views of the pool and backyard. Whether you're brewing a morning coffee or mixing up a refreshing afternoon cocktail, this home is designed to make every moment comfortable and convenient. A full-size washer and dryer and complimentary WiFi add to the ease of your stay. Dogs are welcome with a nightly pet fee.

This property's maximum occupancy is limited to 6 guests. Please note, all guests occupying this property who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Thank you!

Neighborhood Notice: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise at a respectful level during both daytime and nighttime hours. Excessive or unreasonable noise may disrupt neighbors’ peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Pool Heat: Included and maintained at 80°F. Optional heating to 85°F is available for $22 per day plus tax with 48 hours’ notice. Heat may be unavailable when outdoor temperatures fall below 65°F.

Pool heat payments are not accepted from May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
