This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom south facing penthouse can sleep up to 4adults plus 1 faciliting with an extra sofa bed in the living room. This first letting newly decorated penthouse is fully equipped. Everything has been newly bought, eg kitchen & utensils etc .
The master bedroom has a double bed(150cm* 180cm) with built in wardrobes and aircon. The ensuite bathroom has full bath with overhead shower , wc and bidet. Bedroom no 2 has two single beds and a wardrobe. Beside is bathroom no2 with shower and wc.
The Living room has wifi ,flat screen tv with all sky channels plus some Dutch, some Spanish and some German channels. The living room has comfortable seating with patio doors leading onto the balcony with sea views. There are table and chairs to enjoy your meal on the balcony also.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with all cooking utensils .Upstairs is the private roof terrace to enjoy the sunshine with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is also a roof shower to cool down when it gets hot. In the garden there is the large shared pool, which is unheated. But if you prefer the beach is only a 10/20mins walk beside the port. The apt is fitted with smoke alarms for safety.
There is a weber BBQ on the roof terrace for guests use .

We had a fantastic holiday and stay at this apartment, it had everything and more for our 10night stay and was absolutely spotless when we arrived, we were met by Oxsana to let us in, The large rooftop is brilliant for sunbathing and nice sea views and supermarket close by, the pool was clean and very big. Would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay again.

Excellent accommodation. Ideal for our family of 4. Enjoyed the beautiful pool. The roof terrace and bbq made it for us. Sun all day. Communication great from start to finish. Have booked again for next year. Close to 3 supermarkets and short walk to promenade.

Fantastic apartment in a great area! Great communication for check in and greeted by Oxana, who let us have an early check in!Apartment has everything you need for a great self catering experience. Snacks, wine and water on arrival and also a pizza in the freezer!!Very large apartment and super clean. Fantastic private roof top terrace with sea views and also mountain views. Beach around 10-15 min walk. Large Lidl close by and also a couple of local supermarkets which had everything you need! Plenty of restaurants and bars close by within walking distance.Had a wonderful two week stay here and highly recommend!

Everything was lovely! Kitchen well equipped, Washer & dryer plus clothesline. There were 5 of us in a 2 br apt and we were all comfortable and uncrowded.Loved using the grill. It was nice and clean (have seen much worse at STRs).

Absolutely stunning property. We loved everything about our stay. Lots of room, 2 balconies, gas grill( my favourite as a chef) fully stocked kitchen, fantastic pool. Location for getting around was great. 3 ladies(63,71,81)So the elevator to the car and apartment was perfect. A very minor downside- we could not get the air conditioning to stay on at night. It would run for 20 minutes or so then shut off. Since we were gone most days, it would be nice if it would stay on through the night. There are English channels on the TV. An extra bonus. Oxana was there to check us in and available to answer our questions. The parking spot near car was a bonus. GREAT stay. Thank you

This property is immaculate, very comfortable with everything you could need, food basket on arrival was a gem as arrived late very hungry and tired, so was an absolutely god send to have a bite to eat and go straight to bed! Property is in lovely residential area with view of sea and mountains. It is near shops restaurants, beaches. Near public transport links. A real home from home we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

A beautiful apartment,even better than pictures , in a nice area . Supermarkets , cafes , restaurants all within easy reach .We had a very relaxing stay . Sammy the owner was good to deal with and yimmy kindly arranged a taxi for our early morning departure , hope to go back again soon .

Lovely property in an excellent area.

Property suited our needs exactly, we were a group of 60 something ladies and we really enjoyed our stay, the area and nightlife. It catered for all age groups abd we would certainly return again.Only small issue was we didn't know the pool was shut for siesta 3pm to 5pm, which after you have out and and about during the day, a dip in the pool would have very welcome

nice comfortable apartment for family of 4-5

Very nice location. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Great for a longer stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Like all the vrbo’s we visited in EU could use an easier key hand off/check-in system.

Lovely apartment in a quiet residential area. Well greeted by Oksana and welcome basket provided including wine, water, melon, crisps etc. Super pool and easy to walk to all amenities. Lidl 7 mins away, marina 14 mins and train station only 13 mins with great links to airport or Malaga centre. Everything in the apartment was clean and air con worked well. Lovely to have the penthouse with huge roof terrace.

Fantastic Apartment in Benalmadena

We had a really enjoyable time in this apartment. From the kitchen to the glorious sun terrace, this apartment has everything you need to have a relaxed holiday on the Costa Del Sol. Booking the apartment with Sammy was quick and effortless and having Anna the local manager next door was a bonus. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Great apartment with good sea views and very clean. Good communication with owner and looking forward to staying again soon. Did message the owner saying we were leaving and telling him some miner points, but he didnt respond which i thought was abit odd.

Lovely flat with roof terrace

Great location 10 min walk to marina. Supermarkets 5 mins away. Flat is great with all you need for a fab holiday. Super quiet but near bars and restaurants as well as shops. Nice pool rarely busy Roof terrace with loungers and bbq. Ideal for a relaxing holiday and you’re near to the livelier parts if you want that too

We loved it!

The apartment is fab! We would have been happy to stay on longer, and we'll be happy to stay again. The location is very good; you can choose to walk to the marina, Benalmadena beaches, or Torremolinos beaches. The communication with the owner and Yeimi was great; they were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this place 😊👌

July stay in benalmadena

Lovely property in a great location only 10 min walk from marina. Yeimi was very helpful and the house was perfect with everything you might need. Lovely roof terrace for relaxing in the sun and lovely quiet pool area in the shared garden. Lidl only 5 mins away. Could do with a fan for the second bedroom is the only comment I would have:)

Excellent October break

The property was accurately represented with the description and pictures. Clean, tidy apartment with a high standard of amenities and good location made all the difference for us and the roof area in particular was a welcome benefit. Communication with the owner and the host were prompt, straightforward and helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending the property to others and look forward to returning again in the future.

Great Stay

Lovely apartment with everything you could want !! Helpful apartment manager ! Also received a lovely welcome basket with wine etc on arrival !! Highly rated !! Only one little complaint the pool closes between 3-5pm each day and the gate automatically locks we weren’t told about this but another lovely resident kept us right !! OVERALL THOUGH A FABULOUS STAY !!

Beautiful place but some residential noise

Best apartment I've been in since i started Spain wi tere in 2012. Quiet area and easy access to the coast and tourist hangouts. Walkers will like the 25 minutes to Arroyo del miel and 40 to torremolinos. Bus and train close for other options. Small bump at chech in but it was taken care of.

We arrived late and Oksana met us at the accommodation and showed us the property she also left us a lovely gift of treats.It is a spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Great air con in the main bedroom and living room. Dyson Fan in the second room which we didn’t use. Ceiling fans which again we didn’t use. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, the view from the balcony and sun terrace were great. Everything you need is there. We cooked in the accommodation and had meals out. The pool is slightly heated and we never saw anyone else in there. My 2 kids really enjoyed it. The sun terrace was lovely to have a siesta, sunbathe or eat on. Easy walk to the station for a day trip to Malaga city. 2 supermarkets close by for supplies. Downhill walk towards Torremolinos or the Marina. We used taxis to get to Aqualand Torremolinos and Benalmádena pueblo in the hills which we caught nearby. We needed help to arrange an airport taxi for home as we had a very early flight. The host kindly helped us out via his neighbour. Its hard to find fault. You can hear some noise from neighbours due to thin walls/ echoing from the roof but not excessive. No dog barking as one review mentioned. We would stay here again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My parents choose this area as it was close to the airport. It is central from Malaga to Marbella as they liked visiting all those areas. The tube also was a big plus for them and is only walking distance from the apartment. The area has a great mix of locals and tourists so you experience holiday and local environment.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our property is great as it is only 10mins walk from the tube station and 15-20min walk from the beach. It also is a penthouse where we have the roof for privacy if we wish.
