Free Golf and Tennis: Nine-hole Golf Course, small green fees (during January through April $5.00 and eight tennis courts.

First Floor condo completely furnished, immaculate, and updated with 1200 square feet. A beautifully manicured, landscaped 120 acre gated resort. Master bedroom has a King and the second bedroom has TWO twin beds. Each bedroom is completely private with full bath in each bedroom. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

Just a three minute walk (600 ft)to the ocean with three heated pools, (two large pool 200 ft) jacuzzi, a sauna, the fitness room, bocce court’s, shuffleboard, volleyball, basketball library, yoga and planned activities. A tiki bar at the pool open daily for, lunches and drinks. Dine at the gourmet award winning restaurant, island beach bar Ocean Village.' with live music and dancing. Nearby the marina has fishing charters, boat rentals, kayaks, ski doos, manatee tours, sunset cruises and more. Saturday, in historic fort pierce farmers market, waterfront, with band, shopping and delicious breakfast. There are miles of uncrowed beaches that you can fish for Pompano in the surf, collect shells, etc.

Free WI in the unit and at all the pools

Beach chairs are provided. It is Florida's best kept secret. Just a paradise with loads of privacy. It is uncrowded, quite and serene, with miles of beachront.

A piece of paradise

Thank you Charlotte for sharing your beach condo with Larry and me for a wonderful two weeks. Your place was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything we needed for our beach vacation. Hi Charlotte, Our stay in Hutchinson Island at your condo was just perfect. The condo was so nice, and you had almost anything a person could need. . . down to birthday candles!!! There was so much to do on Hutchinson Island. With two kids (10 and 13), they were not wanting to lay around at the beach and pool all day--we wanted to, but they didn't! So, we went to pet the stingrays and walk the nature trails. We went deep-sea fishing with Captain Wayne of the Lady Stuart II--we ALL caught something, and he let the kids steer the boat. (Yikes!) We went to the Navy Seals Museum, and the kids were quite captivated with all the exhibits--even watched a short video that was interesting and informative. We looked at the turtle tracks on the beach. Some other folks had seen the baby turtles hatch earlier that morning. (6am) We played golf almost everyday because we did not even have to leave the village, and there was never a wait--now that was fun, and we tried not to hit too many condos with our slices! We had an absolutely wonderful time, and feel we have a forever friend. God bless you always!! :) The Stephens Family

Great value and nice location

The condo was just as pictured. It was comfortable and clean. The large pool at the tiki bar was beautiful and refreshing. It was easiest to load up the kids in the car and drive there since it was too hard to carry all of our gear on a 5 or 6 minute walk. There is beach access right behind the pool, so it was nice to explore and then return to the pool. There are several restaurants a few short minutes away (driving) and the inlet near the bridge is a nice area to let the little kids play and swim in the water without worrying too much about the dangers of ocean water. I also liked the view off the back porch and it was convenient to be on the first floor. I have a three suggestions to improve the comfort of the condo, but they don't change my willingness to return in any way. First, I would recommend getting a new coffee maker that's larger. The small one didn't work very well- it leaked and produced really weak coffee. I ended up having to drive to a gas station or McDonalds for my daily coffee (I know...it's a vice). Second, purchasing either a ceiling fan or a portable fan for the master bedroom would really improve the comfort in there. It gets really hot in the dead of summer and there's not much circulation in that room. Lastly, I'd have pest control come out as there were a few spiders roaming around...nothing major that we couldn't take care of ourselves though. Being a Floridian myself, I know that this comes with the territory. Overall, it was a nice stay with plenty of room for two adults and three little kids. I would return the next time I plan on visiting the area.

Condo in Ocean Village

The pictures don't do justice to this property. We were pleasantly surprised Condo clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is out of a decorators magazine. Out the back you are looking at a little pond with a water feature. Owner is great. The complex is excellent. We would rent here again this winter if it was not booked.

great family vacation

thank you for sharing your condo with us. We had a great time. Kids 10 & 14 had fun exploring and very safe. Great pools with a Tiki Bar to get drinks and lunch and the waves were fun to body surf in. We played some golf on the resort, no waiting. Your place was a perfect size for a family of four. Very comfortable beds! Best sleep in years. It was hard to get our teenage son out of bed. It was very nice being on the 1st floor, no stairs and quick walk to the beach. Thank you so much and would definitely recommend to others. The Mason Family
