Two large bedrooms each with king sized beds and lush bedding. The Captains Room has a private bath with access from. The living room has a sun porch where the full kitchen and dining area are located.

The First Mates room has a large spacious bathroom with a over sized shower and double sinks. There’s a washer and dryer for your use.

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator with ice maker and water. A dining area that seats 6 plus we have 2 extra folding chairs if needed. We provide plates, silverware, cooking utensils , pots/pans and baking dishes and a few spices. There is a full size coffee pot with filters. A microwave and toaster oven are also there for your use.

The Captain's Room also has a King size bed with private updated bath. It also has it's own exterior entrance/exit. It has a sitting room with a sectional couch, perfect to relax on, which overlooks the lake.. it has also been used as an extra bed with linens to fin. Coffee maker and dorm size fridge are also in the sunroom.

The outdoor area on the lake side of the home has a propane gas grill, picnic table, fire pit with chairs for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Depending on the water level, this has a sandy beach that allows you to walk in and out of the water.

Other amenities include (at no cost) Stand up paddle board, canoe and plenty of noodles and floats for the water. Life jackets in sizes infant to XX large. We also have fishing poles although we are not real fisherman so if you are we recommend bringing your own.

Our dock is a two slip dock that has a party deck up top with table, chairs that seat 6 and extra large umbrella for those that want some cover from the sun. For those wanting sun, lounge chairs are provided to catch some rays.

Feel free to bring your own boat and/or jet skis and tie up at our dock. We also have a boat ramp (Robinson Park) less than a mile from our home.

The dock has a covered seating area with two over-sized comfy chairs that lay back for a nap and a couch that overlooks the water. A fridge to store your cold items even though you are literally 20 feet from your unit. There is a Bluetooth speaker and a fan for those hotter days.

We live in the upstairs unit and you can have as much or as little interaction as you like. You are totally secured with a locked door to our area upstairs as well as your own entrance and exit. We are always available by text/phone call to assist or answer any questions.
