What a wonderful getaway

The home was lovely and was everything we could have asked for. Clean, right of the beach, pet friendly. The property manager is truly wonderful!

Awesome! 4th of July vacation

The house and view were amazing. We had a great time and will be back ! Very accommodating and lots of extras. Kayaks and paddle board were a bonus.

Beautiful Home!

The house, island and everyone on the island is amazing. This is a beautiful home with lots of amenities. Unfortunately we were there during red tide which makes it difficult to enjoy the beach.

We are very sorry that you were not able to enjoy Little Gasparilla at its best. Red tide is something over which we have no control -- like hurricanes -- so all we can do is inform guests about the situation and allow them to hopefully reschedule their stay. We do urge everyone to consider travel insurance that allows you to cancel for any reason....that provides a full refund regardless of the circumstances and is a surefire way to avoid issues with weather, hurricanes or red tide.

Rainy week

Much of the island is still in hurricane recovery mode. But Panasea was a nice getaway and very relaxing.

Island Paradise

Two each grandparents, parents, and children had their most wonderful vacation together, ever. The house is ropmy enough for together space and alone space; the beach is very close; the view from the ocean-facing deck is spectacular. Both sunrises and sunsets were regular show-stoppers. Small, telling point: in the multitude of games in the great room, we found one new to us called Telestrations. All six of us played it and we all laughed long and hard. We'd love to go back!

Upstairs shower drained into the kitchen

5 people with 1 working shower. When we called for repair we were instructed to use the outside shower. No hot water and lots of mosquitoes. REALLY!! Stayed for 10 days and they showed on 9th day to fix shower.

We are sorry you experienced issues during your stay. We can't do anything about mosquitos but your shower certainly should have been repaired sooner. Sometimes there are issues bringing plumbers over from the mainland in a timely manner....and you did have two showers that WERE working....but we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Perfect place for family

Panasea was a beautiful home that had all the amenities of home. The home was well stocked with linens, cooking utensils, plates, cups, beach chairs, sand toys and fishing poles. they literally had everything you needed! Little gasparilla is the perfect place especially for families with small children. There are very few people and the night life as it says is non existent. The fishing in Bay was a great experience for all! The boys caught several types of fish including a hammerhead shark! We also fed and played with the dolphins on almost all of the fishing trips! Make sure to take sunscreen and bug spray! The best part about the trip was having Terry immediately respond to anything you need. One night we ran out of propane for the grill right as I was going to put our steaks on. I texted her and within minutes she had someone bring us a full tank. At little gasparilla you can actually vacation. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Paradise

We love LGI this was our first time visiting the island and we are in love. The house and the location are amazing. The paddle boards were broken and the golf card are a bit old. We like LGI so much we are actually returning in 3 weeks. Paradise! Everyone from the water taxi Paul, to Brett and the Property Manager are all very friendly and helpful.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! The paddle board fins frequently need replacing; thank you for bringing that to our attention. Golf carts are renting through an outside vendor and they see a lot of very hard use, so they age quickly! Come back often....it gets better each visit!

Beautiful and relaxing!

We had a great time during our week stay here! I have a 15 month old and the home came with a pack n play and security gate to block the stairs, leaving the main living space perfect for him to wander around in without issue!

Placida stay

The home was great and well stocked. Once my grandson discovered the outdoor shower, he wouldn't bathe indoors. The views were amazing from both decks. All enjoyed the beach very much. We enjoyed use of the kayak but found the paddle board was broken. The master mattress was a bit too firm for me and coveer downstairs a little musty. Getting on and off the island is a little bit of a hassle but very relaxing once there.

Thank you for your positive comments and for alerting us to the issues with the paddle board. We have ordered a replacement fin....people tend to drag them to the beach and the fins snap off fairly easily. Hopefully this did not detract from your enjoyment of the island! Perfect quiet getaway!

The house and view is just as beautiful, if not more so, in person! We vacationed with our 4 kids, ages 3, 3, 6, and 8 and the family dog. The whole family had a wonderful time on the quiet beach, searching for shark teeth and shells, playing on the paddle board and kayaks(provided), building sand castles(there is a storage bin full of sand toys and a few life jackets) and playing family board games(provided) when taking a break from the sun. The water is very shallow which is wonderful for the kids especially. You can be 30+ yds out and only be knee to waist deep depending on the sandbar. The kitchen pantry was stocked with spices, condiments, and some dry goods(some left by previous visitors), enough to make a meal if need be. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing and Refreshing

We had a wonderful stay at this property, it’s quiet and beautiful. It’s a little more stressful getting there, well mostly getting everything you might need there, as this was our first time on LGI, but it worked out just fine. Loved bringing our dogs and they enjoyed the beach as much as we did!

A little slice of heaven!

The house is stunning! It comes well stocked with plenty of supplies, clean, spacious, and has an unbelievable view! You can eat out on the deck watching the sunset and enjoy a cup of coffee as the sun comes up. This is our 2nd year renting the house and always love to come back year after year. It truly is a piece of heaven.

"New Favorite Place"

The property was great. Alot like being in a jungle on one side, paradise on the other. Sunsets were incredible everyday. SpaceX Falcon Heavy Launch from the bayside dock was pretty awesome also. Water was beautiful. House very well stocked with everything you need. A/C worked great. Love every bit of it.

Best vacation ever

Property is gorgeous, great location, steps from the ocean, very comfortable. Had everything you might want. Very clean, everything upgraded. We rented a boat at Royal Palm Marina (in Englewood) which offered great rates and free parking so we didn't have to deal with that Water Taxi service, it worked out great, highly recommend to do that. Also liked very much that refrigerator had lots of items available like salad dressings, mayo, spices, oil as we forgot to buy it at first day. Very well thought of, was very much appreciated. Beach and water was crystal clear, we couldn't get enough of it. We had a blast!

Wonderful family vacation

This is our second time visiting the island for a week! The house was spectacular. It had everything you needed and more! We spent every morning on the balcony with our coffee watching the waves roll in and dolphins and manatees swim by. The sunsets are amazing! We loved it so much we booked it again for another week next year. Take us away to paradise!

Fabulous! Wonderful beach getaway.

We love LGI. This was our first time staying on the beachfront side and Panasea was an amazing place to be in! We had our own walkway to the beach, had everything we needed and more. Loved the decorations, and everything was very clean. My family had a great time- there are stairs inside and out, so we did have to mindful of those with our almost 2 year old, but the property manager kindly provided me with a little barrier gate to help with the inside, also provided a packnplay and booster seat. Wish we didn’t have to leave! Thank you!
