This condo is better equipped than your average vacation rental.

Take a dip in the warm waters of the Gulf before heading over to JDā€™s or The Lighthouse for a tasty breakfast. Spend the days of your vacation relaxing on the beautiful and tranquil beach right in front of your door. For those seeking to explore, head over to nearby Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 with its daily sunset celebration or Downtown St. Petersburg with its numerous art galleries and quaint shops. You want to be active during your stay? We got you! Explore the bike paths of the area with our Beach Bikes or the Intracoastal by Kayak (both included in the rental) ā€“ you might even encounter a dolphin sneaking up on you. This bright and modern condo is located in a building with only 4 units and private covered under-building parking. The comfortable and bright living space is split over 2 levels. On the lower level, you will find the fully equipped, lofty living area and open kitchen with high-end appliances and everything you might need to feel right at home. There is also a powder room on the lower level for your convenience. On the upper level, the condo offers 2 master bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Both bedrooms feature spacious walk-in closets and comfy queen size beds, as well as small balconies with a view of the Intracoastal and a glimpse of the ocean.

When you stay at Aqua Condo, there is no need to bring anything, except for a lot of time to relax and maybe a good book ā€“ here you will find everything your perfect beach vacation needs:

Indian Rocks Beach is still a quaint little beach town with no high rise hotel or condo buildings. You will see the locals tending to their yard and there is less traffic than in the busy areas of Clearwater and St. Pete Beach.
The beach right in front of our condo is pristine and never crowded. If you are seeking a relaxing vacation, Indian Rocks Beach is the ideal choice.
The condo is located 40 min from Tampa International Airport, 30 min from St. Pete / Clearwater International Airport, 20 min from Clearwater Beach, which was rated Best Beach in the United States by TripAdvisor, and 30 min from St. Pete Beach.

Among the nearby attractions you will find Splash Harbor Water Park (0.3 miles), Smugglers Cove Miniature Golf (6 miles), the Clearwater Marine Aquarium (8.5 miles), the Salvador Dali Museum (22 miles), Busch Gardens Theme Park (36 miles), historical Ybor City in Tampa and numerous Golf Courses. And thatā€™s not even all ā€“ there is so much more to do and discover in the Clearwater/St. Pete Beach area.
One parking spot is available underneath the building and Indian Rocks Beach offers plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Also, a Beach Trolley Bus runs frequently along Gulf Blvd. between Clearwater and St. Pete Beach. There is a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk away.
You can also use our beach bikes to explore the area. There are plenty of bike trails in the area, including one along Gulf Blvd.

Relaxing stay

This upstairs condo was a perfect place to stay. It was close to the beach, multiple restaurants within walking distance, relaxed beach experience. Indian Rocks was not hugely "touristy", which was great for our group. The location is close enough for a short car trip to outdoor shopping, Clearwater Beach and other excursions. The only thing we noticed, although not a factor for us, was the bikes were not in working order. Would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding location and host!

Check-in was easy, unit was well stocked, beach needs were met effortlessly. The location itself is perfect - everything we needed was in walking distance - we loved going down on the windy day and watching the kite boarders! Perfect Beach Getaway!

This is our 2nd time staying at this condo. The location is perfect, the host is responsive, has ample space for my husband and two teenage children. We absolutely love that this rental includes two bikes and a kayak and proximity to the beach (footsteps!) Highly recommend!

The condo was just as described. Nice that each bedroom has its own bathroom. Kitchen and living area on the 1st floor is a nice space. Used the bikes and kayak. Short walk to the beach and nice that you don't have to cross Guld Blvd. Would stay again.

Wonderful stay

The space is beautiful, the pictures are accurate. The design/upgrades were lovely and we had everything we needed. The A/C worked great and we were steps from the beach and the waterway on the other side. Great restaurants within walking distance. Lovely neighborhood area to walk and explore. Cousins Catch Up!

Veronika's place was in the center of our 3 cousins' (& their families) places between Indian Rock & Indian Shores. Place was super convenient for the nearby restaurants, mainland access, trolley stop, bakery, and stores. Inside was clean, beds very comfortable, kitchen well equiped, and beach gear all there! Delightful! Veronika was amazingly supportive for anything we needed. Thank you!

Aqua condo ... a perfect fit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at the Aqua condo in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was very clean and the check in process went very smoothly due to clear communications from the owner. We were pleasantly surprised to see that not only were we a short distance from the beach, but also very close to a number of great places to eat. In fact, if we plan another trip to that area of Florida, we will certainly look to see if the Aqua condo is available again.
