Built at the turn of the century, this classic four-square home sits one mile east of downtown Boothbay Harbor - the perfect place to book a kayaking excursion, a fishing charter, or an unforgettable whale-watching adventure. -Murphy bed is not for guest use. From this beautiful spot, you can explore the ocean coast at Barrett Park half a mile southwest, or dine on fresh lobster at Boothbay Lobster Wharf half a mile further.

The living space is full of warmth and charm, offering a country kitchen (with a dishwasher), free WiFi, and a cable TV for your indoor entertainment. Bring your morning coffee outside to the wrap-around porch, read the newspaper at the picnic table with a view of the ocean cove, and set up badminton games with your loved ones in the grassy yard below. Come dinnertime, you can host family clambakes on the charcoal grill outside and take your dog for long, leisurely walks around the neighborhood at sunset (please note that dogs must be leashed outdoors and that a nightly pet fee applies).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
