El Dorado # 404 is located in the most popular area of Puerto Vallarta. Centrally located in the historic Romantic Zone of Old Town, you are right on Los Muertos Beach (the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta) and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, tours and plenty of fun things to do. From this stunning 4th floor, south corner unit, you will experience amazing 180 degree views of the ocean, wonderful ocean breezes, spectacular sunsets and when the moon is full, the most romantic evenings you could imagine.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king bed in each room, three TVs and sleeps up to 4 guests. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious living room with a big screen TV and DVD player. The large terrace is perfect for relaxing in the sun, having breakfast, enjoying a refreshing drink or meal and watching the amazing sunsets. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, cable TV, wifi, phone, maid service 6 days/week, beach towels, security and an excellent building management to insure everything is perfect for you. All you need to bring is your smile.

On the beach below is the popular El Dorado Restaurant plus many other beach front restaurants to choose from. The Malecon starts at the El Dorado Building and takes you on a 3 mile beach front walk into town where you will find plenty of activities, shops, restaurants and fun things to do. Everything you need is only a short walk away.

The El Dorado Building is smoke-free and pet-free building and is appropriate for adults only.

My husband and I along with our traveling buddies spent two weeks in this wonderful condo. We have been coming to PV for the last ten years and always stay at a different condo. I must say, this one was our favorite. Location, security, and the condo itself was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony. Mornings and evenings were the best!

A wonderful, if short, experience. 24 hours, but fantastic ones. Lulled by the sounds of the ocean.

The property is just as described. A wonderful location and comfortable setting. Additionally, we had the advantage of clear instructions to operate the fans and A/C, and everything else. The convenience to restaurants, nightclubs, shops and coffeehouses cannot be stressed; it is in the heart of the Romantic District. Comfortable beds and the sound of the ocean make for a restful and relaxing sleep. We had everything we needed for our short stay and more! Thanks to Carl and his foresight, and to the nice staff, we truly enjoyed our first trip to Puerto Vallarta on our way to Sayulita next. Thanks, Everyone!

What a great location

We found unit # 404 to be perfectly located if you prefer seeing Vallarta proper by foot, no taxi unless leaving the downtown core & old town. Surrounding restaurants were plentiful & high quality, even more located within blocks away from the beach. The actual only hiccup we had is that there is no unit safe nor will the desk offer any safe-keeping. Yes the building and unit are secure but we would always prefer to secure our passports, wallets etc. The view is second to none.

Comfy and cute

We rented this unit for a month and it was a great little place. Comfy beds, good water pressure, comfy living area, a beautiful patio overlooking Playa de Los Muertos and smack dab in the middle of Zona Romantica, so you are surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops. Cabs are plentiful and nearby. Cons: -kitchen was not quite adequate for an extended stay, and especially if you don’t want to eat in restaurants every day. The kitchen supplies were disorganized and not clean and there were lots of odds and ends. Barely room in the cupboards to put food because there was so much other stuff in them. I expected better for the amount I paid. -you are right in the thick of the tourist district so it is noisy and crowded. If those two things are not a problem for you, then you will love it.

Amazing property and great host

Amazing property, great host and location. The property was beautiful with amazing views and just a few steps from best restaurants and bars. The host was very thoughtful and had everything ready for the guest to enjoy.

Best location imaginable

Process was easy from start to finish. Carl is a great host making it a stress free process. Location on the beach in the middle of the Romantic Zone. Surrounded by the very best restaurants and a one block walk to the pier.

Wonderful Place

Amazing property! Just as described. Beautifully decorated. Great views right in the heart of it all. Carl, the owner, was very quick in responding and answering any questions. The only thing I could say was a negative is that about 3 days into our vacation, we were all having lunch about 30 minutes away by taxi and I received an e mail from Carl stating how disappointed he was as the maids had informed him there was multiple issues of damage, by us, to the condo. Stains on furniture, ratan on the chair or sofa was damaged, etc. We were mortified and felt we were being extorted for money somehow. As there was ZERO damage to the furniture or stains. We didn't even use the furniture as we sat outside on the balcony. It ruined our lunch and appetites and frankly ruined the whole day as we rushed back to make sure the condo hadn't been broken into. I immediately emailed Carl back and sent him photos. He was very easy to deal with and after he seen there was no damage, apologized and it was dropped. Just curious as to why it was even reported as such. And still don't know. If there were stains on the furniture it certainly wasn't from us and the 1, yes ONE, strand of ratan that was popped up, he was already aware about and wasn't from us. This was no fault of Carls, as he could only go off of what he was told. He was very gracious. My advice to a guest is this....take photos and notes of the condition of the condo immediately! And also, again, when you are exciting at the end of your vaca. Overall, I would stay here again! Besides the little mishap, it was perfect!

Outstanding view!

Beautifully decorated, large bedrooms and an amazing view! This property has a great location for walking, shopping and dining. It was surprisingly quiet for being in such a popular and area, and we felt very secure. Will definitely stay again!

El Dorado 404 is also our personal property and we enjoy sharing it with others. We wanted a spectacular view, in the heart of Old Town and wanted to be on the beach. This property has it all.

Enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunsets from the balcony are simply the best. Life and all its' stresses and problems tend to fade away as you enjoy the ocean, the waves and the beach below. We feel amazingly blessed to own such a property.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We like the fact that we can walk to everything. No need for a car, bus or taxi. 100's of restaurants are all around us. Shops, restaurants, fun things to do, medical needs, etc. are only a short walk away. Hanging out on the Malecon is always a treat. Lots of free entertainment, food, more restaurants & shops and people watching make the Malecon a special boardwalk.

The condo is a smoke-free, pet-free, adults only condo.
