Very nice common areas with heated pool around and sun decks.
Walk to all the restaurants in town, the new Pier and Los Muertos beach is at your doorstep, the Malecon is close by.

We had an excellent view of the beach. There were plenty of shops nearby to obtain whatever we might need e.g. OTC medicines, groceries, snacks, clothes, etc.

Loved the place, excellent communication, easy access to entertainment & taxi services.Only recommend the unit provided a couple beach chairs & umbrella. Maybe an elongated toilet.

Weā€™re hesitant to share the review because we want to come back!First, Love this neighborhood and location, simply our favorite part of Vallarta. The condo was great, and the property has maintained its traditional charm with modern convenience. Bed and bedding were both very comfortable! Great shower! The apartment was well equipped, and we will back!!

Perfect Getaway

Hello! This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta and we couldnā€™t have asked for better accommodations! The location was perfect, the condo was clean and just like it was advertised in pictures. We would definitely stay here again :)

Great place in PV

This place was perfect for 2. Great location, nicely decorated, walking distance to so much. There can be a few loud nights from Blondies, the corner bar, but closing the windows and door helps.

Oustanding location on Los Muertos beach

This property is in a beautiful (and very secure) condominium near all kinds of wonderful restaurants, beach options, and the famous pier. The views from the living room of Amapas are incredible! Also, Lindee is a very responsive and gracious host.

Beautiful condo

It was a beautiful condo with the beach only steps away. The staff was extremely kind and everything was cleanly. Amazing food was just a short walk away, and everything you would need is also within walking distance. We will definitely make it a point to stay here again next time we're in Puerto Vallarta!

Amazing location

Incredible location, walking distance to everything. The rooftop pool was a lovely place to chill, you can hear the relaxing music from the beach below, have beautiful views, and we had the entire pool to ourselves for our entire stay. We had an issue with the a/c not working which was quickly addressed. The host is extremely responsive, and the grounds crew is incredibly kind and welcoming. We very much enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Our stay at Lindeeā€™s place on Los Muertos Beach was great, even with some October rain. Love the location, the pool and views of the beach. The area is safe & in walking distance of many restaurants, bars & tiendas for anything you need. Taxis are easy to find. The lovely unit was very clean & is as shown in photos and loved the decor! This property is very well kept & staff was always pleasant & helpful. I will definitely be back!

We enjoyed a week at this condo. Every morning coffee with a wonderful view. We could walk anywhere in town easily. Would love to visit again. Note my check in time said 12 PM but it was really 4:00. They did hold our bags for us Many Thanks for sharing your space.

Breathtaking!

This was our 2nd year at this very quaint beachfront condo! I really didn't want to write a review as I don't want it to get too popular that we can't get in anymore! The remodel of the condo & especially the bath is great..albeit the bathroom itself could use better lighting. We do love it here and not only is it secure, comfortable, beachfront, walking distance of EVERYTHING, the staff, especially Charlie & Lupita are the best. The owner is responsive and I hope we can do yet another trip to PV and stay here! (Note: we are 25yrs coming to PV, staying only in condos and this is in my top 3!)

Good value, great views

Property is a good value for price, with great ocean views. Itā€™s in the heart of the Zona Romantica, which is generally a good thing. Itā€™s very picturesque with lots of restaurants and bars, but quite touristy with a big party element. Our last night, there was a very loud gathering next door, and nothing we could really do about the late night noise. Direct ocean access (through an alley walkway) and a small pool were nice building amenities, as is daily maid service. The unit is cute and comfortable for 2. We were a bit surprised and disappointed that the safe in the unit was not for guest use and there was no iron or ironing board.

A Little Slice of Paradiso, but....

Just returned from PV back to rainy, gray Seattle and that big open window that you see in the listing that looks out to the sea will now be my happy place to get me through our Seattle winter.! This is a perfect place for 2 people that is close to everything in Zona Romantica and is steps away from the beach. The bed was comfortable; the shower was nice, It was clean and the view was spectacular! We spent quite a few hours just sitting and watching beautiful sunsets, whales, boats coming and going, etc. But be forewarned; it is in a very noisy part of town and there is a LOUD bar on the opposite corner that stays open late. That was probably my biggest annoyance. it didnā€™t keep me awake, but it was very annoying! It wouldā€™ve been nice to have the TV in the living area rather than the bedroom. The kitchen was poorly stocked with old, rusty utensils and odds and ends items. To some this may not be at all important, but I am a cook and a kitchen person and like to have decent working supplies at my disposal in case I would like to prepare a meal or two while on vacation. Overall, it was a nice little place, though not sure I would book it again because of the things I mentioned above.

Wonderful Stay February 2019

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this condo from 2/6/19-2/13/19. This was our sixth stay in the Romantic Zone in Puerto Vallarta, and this condo provided us with our best lodging experience to date! The primary reason is the location. The condo is truly in the heart of the RZ, right on the beach and in easy walking distance to ALL that the RZ has to offer. PROS: -The view! We just loved sitting in the window and enjoying the spectacular views of the bay. -Condo was clean and well-decorated. -Bed was very comfortable and we had no issues with noise in the neighborhood at night. -Condo complex was generally very quiet. -Pool area was very nice with great views. -Condo staff were very friendly and attentive. -Shower was great! Best shower we have ever had in RZ, including some major hotels. -Great coffee maker! -Open air living with the living room window. -Sound system was excellent and supported bluetooth. -Internet was fast and reliable. -Good dresser and night table space in bedroom. CONS (these are all minor): -The closet is in an awkward place behind the bathroom door. -There is no official affiliation between the condo complex and any of the beach clubs below, so you have to fend for yourself on the beach. We went to Swell Beach Bar, which was nice, but our experience was that they treat you like second-class citizens if you are not one of their regulars. -Bedroom could use better lighting. -Air-conditioner in the bedroom worked great, but it made some funny noises at times during the night and leaked water on the bedroom floor. OTHER NOTES: -We did not use the tv at all, so we are not sure how well it works, but it looked like a nice tv. -We didnā€™t use the kitchen for any real cooking (too many nice restaurants to visit), but it looked like a fully-functional, well-equipped kitchen. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to stay in this condo again!

Wonderful

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Lindeeā€™s beautiful condo. The view, furnishings and location are great. The kitchen, although we didnā€™t cook, was well appointed. The bed was so comfortable. Shower was great. Beach clubs are 1/2 a block away. Donā€™t miss Cocoā€™s Kitchen for breakfast. We love 116 Pulpito for dinner. Internet is great in the bedroom for streaming on the flat screen tv. The ac in the bedroom kept us very comfortable at night in hot and humid October. We were there during Hurricane Roslyn. Luckily for us she didnā€™t cause problems in this area. My only suggestion would be to have a safe available to secure documents and money for guests. We bring the pesos we think weā€™ll need for our visit and we had to carry them and our passports with us. I highly recommend this lovely condo. Thanks for being so responsive Lindee!
