Located on the 6th floor and facing directly toward the bay, Casa McMullen is designed with a classically clean and artistic Mexican style. Condos of this quality are rarely found on the rental market, but we love sharing our home with others. You will be right on the beach with restaurants, shops, galleries and nightlife within just a few blocks of your front door. Both the living room and master bedroom open onto a large terrace with breathtaking unobstructed ocean views.

The 1,450 sq ft. open floor plan includes two bedrooms (one king/one convertible to king or two twins), two exquisite ensuite bathrooms, a dining room, living room, an office/library and fully-equipped kitchen. Casa McMullen has two air-conditioners, ceiling fans, a phone and cable TV which features a range of English-language stations.

Our ideal location of allows you to be as active or relaxed as you want. Among the many activities offered within minutes of your doorstep are whale and dolphin watching (often from the balcony), canopy tours, fishing, horseback riding, snorkeling, shopping, fine dining, art galleries and massages.

There is no need for rental cars. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is a five minute walk along beautiful Malecon (waterfront walkway), and the bus service is both fun and easy. Cab/Uber prices are usually $5-$8 for rides just about anywhere. Our location features dozens of restaurants to fit all tastes and budgets within just a few minutes' walk.

Located right on Los Muertos Beach in the charming neighborhood known as Old Town or Zona Romantica, Vista del Sol is widely considered one of the finest and best managed properties in all of Puerto Vallerta. The building features 24 hour front desk service, a large roof top pool and a beach-front restaurant. Washer and dryer facilities are located in the building for your personal use and there is a well-priced wash and fold service within two blocks of our property.

Note: Between June and Sept, Vista del Sol permits condo owners to schedule remodeling work to be done between 9 am and 5 pm, with louder work allowed between 10 am and 2 pm. While disruptions rarely occur near our unit, this is not something we can control.
