Top grade appliances to include Kitchenaid Mixer! Looking for a great place to make memories - this is the place to come! King bedroom can be switched to two twins if needed. Boys Golf Trip

My father and brother stayed here for our annual golf trip. Loved the place. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck with the water view. Security guards at the gate were very friendly and helpful. Over all great experience

Great location! Kids had alot to do. We stayed for my sons baseball tournament and was convient to the fields and it was bigger than it looked in pictures so family of 7 had alot of space to hang out

4th of July

Over all a nice house in a great neighborhood!! There is a ton of goose poop in driveway and backyard. There aren’t ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Great experience

Bigger then expected ! We were 4 adults and 3 littles kids and we really appreciated the house, the lake in the backyard with the ducks and turtles ! Very clean too ! Thanks a lot

The property is exactly like the picture provided. It is in a quiet area. I enjoyed it.

The house was wonderful. It was clean and it had everything provided for your stay. The home was clean and my granddaughter were so excited about it. There only complaint was the WIFI. For them WIFI is everything!! But they loved the view off the deck.

Awesome house!

This property exceeded expectations - it is large and spacious and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Lisa S the rental agent was very helpful and responsive throughout the ENTIRE process. The views from the house out the big windows of the little water canal are awesome and although the houses are super close to each other it still offers just the right amount of privacy. The beach is a decent walk away, but you can rent a golf cart on-site. The neighborhood also offers a bunch of amenities such as swimming pools, playground and basketball court. Highly recommend this property.

Loved It

🏖🏡The house is beautiful and it was equipped with all you would have in your own home. I fell in love with the kitchen. The surrounding was amazing I enjoyed the view of the little pond with the ducks,geese, and swan. My daughter and niece loved the outdoor pool and indoor pool. The best thing for everyone in my family was how close the beach was. I definitely see myself recommending anyone and myself for a future trip. Lisa thank you from My Family and I😃👍🏼👍🏼

The property owners were very nice and let us in a little early. They responded quickly to texts and emails. The property had good space 3 beds and 2 baths. The place wasn’t very clean. Sandy floors and dusty. One bedroom had a very musty smell the other room had the mattress still wrapped up with plastic so everytime we moved it crinkled. We ended up leaving the property 1 day early. It had a nice view.

Family vacation

Loved the house, beautiful and very clean. We did not like the community it was in and the way that they handled things. Also, you can only rent a golf cart from them..no other cart companies…but you aren’t allowed to take it anywhere except inside the community and right across the street to the pool. Makes no sense. The community pools and hot tub were nice except for the little kids jumping in and out of the hot tub that weren’t even supposed to be in there. The others pools were nice except for the language that some of the other teens were using.

Great place

This was our first vacation since the pandemic started three years ago. Just take a mental note that the yellow house that says the same address number is the wrong one and happens to be in close proximity to the blue house and the gps. It’s actually the blue house around the corner. Other than this hiccup (our error not there’s), everything was absolutely perfect. They responded well to our needs. The view was amazing. Ducks were entertaining. No issues with ants at all. Close proximity to pool and beach were so nice. I usually have something to complain about but the place was very well-kept and you can tell a lot of love is put into this home. I loved reading the inspirational quotes on the walls. Kitchen was very well stocked. We definitely want to come back.

Great place

We have stayed at Oceanside Village for 25+ yrs. Our 1st renter for the 1st 15yrs before they sold. we have been bouncing around between houses for years and this is the beat one we have ran across. AND with NO goofiness. Great place to stay.

2021 Family Vaca

The initial process was smooth as butter. So polite. The women at the check in on Sunday (far right building) were horrible. Not polite or informative. We had an excellent say. The house was even better than listed! The owner had everything we needed and then some!! The grounds were nice, pool was excellent. Such a great time there! Check out was easy also, the ladies at the card drop area were polite. I do highly recommend this location.

Baseball tournament

House was was described. Lisa was great to work with and very nice to answer my questions. Grandsons had fun at the pool. We enjoyed watching the turtles and fish in the pond.

The Perfect Location

The property was spotless and check in was a breeze. Not one single issue and our stay was great! The location was great, not to close or to far. Could be in the middle of everything in a matter of minutes or retreat to our peaceful getaway. Highly recommend, we'll definitely be returning. Donna R

Our 4th of July trip.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is amazing . We enjoyed being on the lake and feeding the swans,ducks and turtles. Love the openness of the unit. Plenty of parking for the 3 cars we had to drive since traveling from 3 parts of the state.Planning another trip for labor Day and thankful the unit was open again.

Large and clean!!!!!

This location is beautiful. I was very impressed with the cleanliness! My family and I had a great time, especially my two-year-old who loved the pond and all the turtles behind the house! The community was quiet and family oriented I would absolutely bring my family here again!

Nice spacious house.

My family and I were very satisfied with this property. The house was very clean and was furnished nicely. The house was in a convenient location backed up by a pond.

Great location

The location was great for our quick beach vacation/ visit to grandparents. The house was very nice and just like the pictures. I was a little disappointed in the sheets that were provided. They were very think and cheap. I was also not happy with the number of roaches that we encountered in the house. When I contacted the management company they told me that it meant that the bug sprays were working. Next time I will bring my own sheets and hopefully ask for a bug treatment closer to the date of arrival. All in all it was a very nice stay.

Cute and charming cottage

We had a great time at this lovely little house close to the beach. The kitchen is amazing and we enjoyed the large living area. You can get a key card at the main office (for a $20 deposit) that allows you to access the beachfront parking area. We enjoyed our stay and the kiddie pool with a splash pad. Looking forward to another visit in the future.
