This unit is perfectly located on the 7th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!!!



Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 50'' in the master, 48'' in the 2nd bedroom and 48'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queens, and the 3rd bedroom has a king sized bed. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living are providing sleeping accommodations for 10.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Video on the beach

Property was spacious, nice and perfect for what we needed to get done. During the day was filming on brach, at night was business conference discussions --- it was very accommodating for that!

Fabulous condo

Condo was fabulous. We enjoyed the pools, easy beach access and new bar/eatery on the property. We will definitely book again!

Large family reunion

The Being right on the beach, the lazy river, the adult pool and the pool/slide for the kids were all so much fun. The Condo had everything we needed. Very clean and spacious. The management staff and all we encountered were nice and helpful. Rented 2 condos from the same owner next to each other. Great experience! Will try to make this a regular vacation spot.

Wonderful vacation

Phoenix West II was perfect for our family. The check-in process was so easy. A code was sent to my email address, and we just walked right in. The balcony view was amazing. The lazy river and slide were an added addition to our beach vacation. The only thing I wasn’t aware of before arriving (and it might have been in the fine print) was the $45 parking pass. Parking in the parking garage made moving in super easy! We plan to stay here again.

Family vacation

Overall the condo was fine. Cleaning was spotty (refrigerator was dirty & sand in the floor), needs additional pans in the kitchen (had 1 & it was very worn out), needed additional pot holders (only 1), toilet seat in 1 room was broken. All in all it was a good property. We had plenty of seating area, the beds were fine & the outdoor furniture was good. I let the manager know all of these things so I am sure they have been addressed. LOVED the parking being right outside the door. I would rent the property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The site was great, as were all the amenities. Only issue, and it is a tough item in the beachfront environment, was the cleanliness of the floors upon arrival. All rugs/carpet should be permanently removed and all floors given a thorough cleaning before each guest (was it just our's?) arrival. Also noticed that a maintenance log on the water furnace kinda died-out in late 2019. That should be updated or removed altogether.

Wonderful Stay at this Beautiful Condo!

The condo itself is really big with 3 big bedrooms and 4 baths, and it has plenty of seating in the LR. It was great to have nice big flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms, too. The complex has a really big indoor pool which we used several times. Love the location and the ability to park on the same level as the condo! Cayce made everything a breeze from booking to checking in and out. We will definitely be back!!

Our reservation consultant contacted us after we arrived to see how we were. The best part was the cheap rates. We looked on other sites and on some the price was 80% more for the same condo. The only thing I could complain about would be having to pay to park in the condo we stayed at. We also had guest that stayed 1 night and had to pay a parking fee as well.

Spring break stay

Family of four rented for a week for spring break. Way more room than we needed but it was awesome. Floor to ceiling windows were awesome. All amenities as described. Bring all your own kitchen essentials…they equip you with only two garbage bags and one dishwasher packet and one roll of paper towel, no spices or cooking oils or sprays, (not even salt and pepper), no coffee filters, etc. The bathrooms each equipped with one roll of TP and some shampoos and conditioners in each of the bathrooms. During our stay, elevators worked fine and there was little to no wait. We had friends staying down the beach and guest access was a little challenging. Parking stalls are tight so I would encourage a smaller vehicle if possible.

A wonderful Thanksgiving week

There were 9 of us between the two families and we had plenty of room for all of us. Having the 4th bathroom was a plus. It was very clean. Our only suggestion would be to have more cooking items, like cooking sheets and such. Also it would be a nice touch to have dish soap and extra garbage bags. Other than that it was a fabulous week overlooking the ocean. The pool area was great too. Loved the hot tubs! Cayce was wonderful to work with. We were short on pillow covers and I emailed him and they were sent over within the hour. Thanks!

Perfect home away from home in Orange Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful, clean and well-appointed for a nice mid-winter stay, exactly as it looked on the website. Lots of great things to do in the area, like The Little Zoo That Could, Fair Hope, Fort Morgan, Pensacola, Tanger Outlet Mall, state park trails. We loved being able to park on the 7th floor, steps away from the condo door. Publix just down the street is a great grocery store. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool every day, and it was great walking on the beach (we stayed in mid-February: a bit too cool for swimming outside but it was sunny and pleasant!). Kitchen had pretty much every tool you need to make meals, and we made use of the charcoal grills outside near the pool area one night to grill fresh shrimp from Billy's (YUM). The balcony has a really nice 6-seat dining set perfect for eating "sea-side" and a couple of rockers for sipping morning coffee. Super easy process for booking and paying for the rental. I would easily recommend this property to friends and family.

Needing to choose another destination quickly, I found condo 709 at Phoenix West II. We LOVED this condo. The space was great. It had everything I could have possibly wanted in a kitchen. I had brought several things with me to use and ended up not really needing any of them. The pool facilities were excellent and the weather could not have been more beautiful. The staff we encountered was pleasant and the security guard was always on duty. We were safe and comfortable in our home away from home. We enjoyed the fact that this facility was in the middle of several beach houses and not in the midst of other condo's. This way, when you walked on the beach it was not covered in tons of beach chairs from other condo's. We plan to go back next year.

The ice machine barely made any ice. The ice machine and the fridge both needed new filters. There was mold on the shower curtain. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. The owners really need to invest in some repairs and stocking the kitchen. The balcony was great. The beds were very uncomfortable. The light was out on the stove. I felt like for the price of the rental that it should have been clean and stocked. I understand rentals get scuffs and bangs but this one really needs some TLC!

Nice and spacious condo

Grandkids loved all the pool options and the slide. Great location and was clean. Note: the grills are charcol not propane. The main complaint was both king size beds mattresses were uncomfortable. Both had slopes. Also there needs to be more elevators. Most times the wait was quite long. Overall we had a great time.
