We appreciate your feedback regarding the deck and basement, as it helps us prioritize our seasonal maintenance. We are having our team inspect the deck boards and evaluate the patio furniture for updates. Regarding the community entrance, our neighborhood has a secure, gated entry that requires a specific routing address, which we provide in our check-in instructions to ensure our guests' safety. Regarding the pool, we separate this amenity fee specifically to keep our standard nightly base rates as competitive as possible. Active pool usage requires significantly more frequent chemical balancing, skimming, and filtration maintenance than an unused pool, so this structure gives guests the freedom to opt out if they do not plan to swim. We outline this on the very first line of our house rules prior to booking to ensure complete transparency. We truly appreciate you choosing our home for your family's stay and have reviewed your notes with our team to ensure the property remains in top shape for future guests.

We are 22min to Mt airy casino, however we are centrally located to many activities most popular to the poconos area—— such as Camelback ski and summer activities, treetop adventures, river rafting, Shawnee ski, hiking and fishing trials, as well as premium outlet and shopping.

The plow truck we had seasonal contract with didn’t show after inch of snow last week although he billed me for it. After you asked I immediately sent my regular maintenance to take care. I appreciate your input and I will stay more on top of it. Thank you.
