This BEACH BLOCK cozy condo at the Ocean View is one of Avalon's perfect places to get-a-way to the shore. Whether you are escaping for a long relaxing weekend during the winter to rejuvenate or a fun-filled summer week to bask in the sun, this 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium is a perfect choice for couples or family with small kiddos. it's a cozy cozy space.

Conveniently located POOLSIDE on the first floor with a private patio to enhance your living/relaxing space. The condo was recently refreshed and additional upgrades were added. The tiled living area features a modern kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and a ceramic cook top The Ocean View features include: a large pool, sundeck, poolside bar and BBQ, fitness center, laundry facilities, private storage, and assigned parking. The building is centrally located within walking distance to beach bars, restaurants, nightlife, and community recreation. WIFI and BEACH TAGS ARE INCLUDED parking spot #17

Perfect for a wedding weekend down the shore and a much needed first trip together without our kiddo! The host is lovely and very responsive. A great cozy property in a prime location. We hope to stay again in the future!

We loved our stay - our second time! The condo is conveniently close to the beach with a great storage spot for sandy beach stuff right outside. Communication was great, and check-in was easy. We hope to be back again some day!

Check in and out was seamless. We had a wonderful trip and the host was so responsive to any questions. The unit is super clean and well taken care of! It’s a hidden gem that’s so cozy and close to the beach and amazing restaurants and bars. We absolutely would go back!

This property was perfect for our weekends needs as we were visiting for a wedding. The property owner was very engaged and responsive in helping with questions we had on arrival and throughout the stay. The small community at this location were all very friendly and engaging. We loved our stay - perfect for the long weekend! Beach was an easy walk! The condo was clean and enough space for the two of us. Christina was a great host - easy to communicate with and helpful! We had a great time and can’t wait to stay again!

Great little space for a beach vacation. The unit was clean and equipped with what we needed. The unit is ground floor which was so convenient for coming and going. Beach is only about 200 steps away! Nice to have access to beach chairs. Did not use the pool but it is right out front and looked clean.

Perfect Beach Getaway

My family loved our stay! The condo was clean and well stocked, with just enough space for our family of four (toddler and infant). It's conveniently close to the shore, with plenty of playgrounds and places to eat nearby. The little patio outside the door was perfect for meals outside during our stay. We'd definitely stay here again!

Check in was super easy and host responded quickly. Property was very clean, comfortable bed and steps away from the best pool. Laundry room was clean with a lot of free washers and dryers. Beach block with everything you need for a beach day. We felt very safe and comfortable at this property. Will hope to return to this location in the future. It’s small but it was perfect for my teenage daughter and me. Very easy to get to all the fun in stone harbor and it has a beach bar and restaurants steps away from unit. We have it a 10/10

Convenient location on ocean block.

This property had very nice finishes, was newly remodeled with everything you need included. We didn’t realize it was only about 400 sq. ft. but it worked fine for my wife and I and we enjoyed our stay here. The location on the first floor and near the reserved parking space was very nice. Also just a short walk to the beach, beach bar with music and a restaurant.

Perfect location with all we needed

My husband and I had such a great stay in this cute beach-themed condo! It was close to restaurants, and the beach was an easy walk. The pool looked nice and clean but we didn’t try it this time. Inside we had all we needed for 2 of us and a nice big comfy sectional for relaxing in the evenings. We loved the abundance of hooks for our things. The beach tags were included though no one was collecting this late in Sept. Be sure to bring linens and towels when you come—the host prepared us for this in her listing description, so we were prepared. There were lots of pillows for those who like a few in bed. Avalon and Stone Harbor are beautiful towns to visit and we enjoyed being back. We would love to stay again!

Nice beach vacation for a small family

This property is nestled in a wonderful area, behind the Windrift and next to the Icona, right along the border to Stone Harbor. The walk to the beach is short enough for my 2.5 year old and the saline pool has a shallow (1' deep) area that is fenced from the rest of the pool. Christina was easy to work with while planning our trip and during our stay. She offered her beach wagon to us, which was immensely helpful in getting down to the beach. The condo was cleaned nicely before we arrived. There also is a laundry room within the complex with 4 washers and 4 dryers. I should have packed less with the intent to do laundry while hanging at the pool. Overall, this place has a nice setup for a small family visiting the beach.

A little slice of beachside heaven

This being our first VRBO rental, I was a bit unsure of what to expect but Christina was a wonderful host-easy to communicate with, very helpful, etc. The availability of a pool in the complex was awesome for those cool windy days when the beach just wasn’t ideal. We loved being in walking distance to so many great places and the amenities provided with the unit - chairs, beach rags, umbrella, towels, etc - made for an effortless and enjoyable stay!

Cozy, beachy, great location!

Cozy condo. Nicely decorated with a beach theme. Location was great! Clean beach and good places to eat and drink just steps away. Tennis, pickleball, and basketball courts, baseball/softball field, large children's playground 1/2 block away.

Great condo resort and great condo. Christina, the owner is a pleasure to deal with and had a great condo with everything that you need. The unit has storage and private seating right outside of the unit. They are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and Buds market is also within walking distance if you need supplies or a quick meal. The reality also has a fitness room, laundry room, and outdoor bar on the second floor BYOB.

Absolute dream!

Loved my stay here! This place was spotless, had plenty of linens, was super comfortable, and proximity to the beach was key. Comes with a parking spot right out front, and use of beach chairs and beach tags was so helpful, especially because I flew in from out of town. The pool is heated, the grills are cleaned daily, and there is free laundry and a gym on site. Walking distance to the Stone Harbor rec center (just one block away) and to the bay for some fun, relaxed fishing. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Wonderful condo and great location

We had a great time staying here in Avalon. The location was amazing- just two minutes to the beach! The condo was clean and had most of the essentials- toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, sheets, blankets, pillows. Just don't forget your towels! The pool was also clean and never overly crowded. The wifi connection did go out while we were there, but Christine was on the phone with Comcast immediately and had it back up and running in minutes! They bedroom was small, but we were able to fit our pack and play beside the bed. I would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!
