Fully furnished condo available NOW through December. Amenities include a new laundry on site, grilling area, on site and off-street parking, wheelchair accessible, no smoking, no pets and internet IS provided. Our rental requires a 7 night min in high season. May/September. Inquire about rate SPECIALS during off season .... LOVELY CAPE MAY!!!!! Relax in our nicely refurnished , beautiful new living room furniture, custom cabinets one bedroom condo sleeps 4/6 and is located only a half a block from the beach, steps to heated pool and a walk or short bike ride to the shops and 1ST CLASS dining restaurants in this quaint Victorian town.Cape May offers beautiful beaches by day, Ghost tours at night, trolly tours, nearby lighthouse at the state park. A buzzing restaurant district or a walk down Washington Street to shop. You can stroll, jog or sit by the ocean on the promenade. Or take in the night sky perfect for stargazing. The unit (114) is on the 1st floor overlooking the pool. The condo is furnished with all the comforts of home. There are 2 Double beds and one Queen size sleeper. Just bring your linens and beach attire and chairs. There is a full kitchen, dining area, central air and a flat screen TV and tv in the bedroom with Roku tv. There is a large concrete patio with gas grills and dining tables and umbrellas. Credit card operated washer and dryers are located on the premises. There is also ample parking and bike racks for this quaint bike friendly town that also offers horse and carriage sight seeing rides and many excellent restaurants.
NEWLY ADDED, A FREE jitney service is offered throughout the town. The jitney stop is at the beach entrance on Wilminton Ave. which is a very short walk from the condo. Cape May is the country's oldest seaside resort town with spectacular beaches, great fishing, 1st class dining, boutique shopping, antiquing, birding, fishing, lots of live entertainment, theatre, carriage rides and trolley tours throughout the historical streets and buildings. Cape May is being recognized as one of America's top ten beaches by the Travel Channel, the area is also world famous for the migrating birds, butterflies and the freshest seafood plus some great wineries. Visit the Wet Lands Institue just miles away and the beautiful free Cape May Zoo. Walk the trail through the state park and view the birds and wildlife. Ride bike down little off the beaten streets and take photos of your favorite homes. Miniature golf is a big family adventure and some nearby golf courses are available. There are many local sport attractions to interest even the active of sportsmen. The world famous Wildwood boardwalk is just a short drive.
The condo is rented Saturday to Saturday. A 7 night minimum is required. The pool will open! Just walk right outside of the door.

Lovely clean condo close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo located just steps from the beach. The whole process from reservation to checkout was simple and we felt very safe, even during a global pandemic!

Beautiful Condo

This Condo is gorgeous. The heated pool is right outside the door. Plenty of parking. Plenty of pots and pans and everything else!

Cape May Vacation

I have been coming to Cape May for the past 27+ years. Staying at Cape Roc was enjoyable since it was close to the beach with a nice pool by the unit. The place was clean with all the conveniences of home. I'm looking forward to spending next summer at the same place.

Beachside Heaven

It was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo was meticulously kept. The grounds were immaculate. The beach was around the corner. The pool was at our doorstep. A short bike ride into town made our stay even more pleasant. I would recommend anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing trip to stay here. It’s truly a home away from home.

Comfortable and very clean condo, very convenient

The layout of the condo was very open and comfortable. Beautiful flooring and tile bathroom. Very clean upon arrival, easy to keep tidy throughout the week. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Cape May

We spent a week in summer. Location is great for beach and easy drive to restaurants and shopping in Cape May. It’s a slightly further but still reasonable drive to the boardwalk in the Wildwoods. Pool was heated and great for kids. Condo had most everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was convenient and nice. It could benefit from a few more microwave-safe dishes and bowls and a few more coffee cups, but was otherwise well-stocked. We look forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was as promised and lovely for my friend and I. The pool was wonderful and right outside the door, though not disturbing even though so close. The kitchen was well equipped and we even grilled one night on the patio. Close to the beach as promised. Aside from some dampness inside the place (the owner said they'd be purchasing dehumidfiers) the place was perfect.

Cape May Short Vacation

My mother and I stayed for the Juneteenth weekend, and we had a splendid time. The check in process went swell, and Julia and Vince were available from as early as two weeks out from our stay. Their details were easy to follow and important. The cleanliness could have been better in the bedroom, as the bedroom had some debris left behind (which we were able to clean quickly). Other than that, the place was lovely and accommodating including the Roku TV and the kitchen. There was an issue with the WiFi password log-in, which Julia and Vince were able to rectify quickly. The neighborhood and the amenities (laundry room and pool) were great, as it was quiet and easy to use. Thank you for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

Problems entering the apartment

The owners provided incorrect information about entering the apartment. It was somewhat difficult to reach them in order to obtain the correct code for entering the apt. We had to call VRBO and then call the owner's personal number several times before finally getting a hold of them This began our vacation with some stress. The place was clean and sufficient for sleeping and cooking. The best part was the location, just a block from the beach and a nice long walk to happenings in the town.

Family Reunion

We rented 4 units at Cape Roc for the week. This was the only vrbo. It was far more costly e than the other same size units we rented in the same building…but we needed a 4th! The others were secured through a local realtor. There was a problem with the TV, which the owners did try to help resolve and while clean- my 80 year old mom has higher standards so we did a little touching up upon arrival. Unit is well appointed and location both in the building and to the beach was convenient. Furniture was very comfortable! Pool was very warm and clean ( be aware it is RIGHT on your doorstep- so lots of walk by traffic) and the grounds are very well maintained.

Very good experience overall. Beach is very close, walking distance. Unit was on the first floor, which is nice when lugging stuff to the beach. The unit was clean. The pool is outside your door. More family type people. No noise problems. The beach is very nice and toward the quieter side of the Cape. Two thing I could see improvement on are 1. wi-fi is not good almost unusable. It worked a bit on our computer but not for phones. I did see a sign that said it was not for cell phones. 2, The cable TV wasn't the greatest. Half the channels shown wouldn't allow you access to them. Overall very good experience. Mark

Great escape to Cape Roc

First time renters here and will be back to Cape Roc! Love the flexibility of the pool and the beach, easy to go back and forth. The condo was directly across from the pool so I was worried about noise and traffic. But it was so quiet and convenient! The condo was clean and stocked with everything you would need. A little congested in the kitchen area, so we didn’t have much storage for food and other groceries. A tad dated but well maintained. It would be great to brighten it up! The hosts were probably the most responsive hosts I have communicated with, and it was much appreciated! We were able to access the unit a bit early as well, so that was a plus! Overall it was just a fantastic stay!

Great place!

The room was very spacious and well kept. Only issue we had was the WiFi was down the whole time. When I asked for help they never got back to us. Thank God I was able to use my parents xfinity account or we wouldn’t have been able to use internet at all as the service in the area is terrible. We inquired and reached out about the WiFi not working the first and second day and nothing was ever done about it. Other then that it was a great stay!

Cape Roc Stay in August 2021

We have been vacationing at Cape Roc for several years with my family. This year our usual unit was unavailable for the week that we were vacationing. Therefore, we looked for another unit. Unit 114 looked like the pictures online but when we arrived and opened the door, the initial smell was overwhelming. There was a definite odor that was terrible. We opened the door and bedroom windows to air it out. When we opened the windows, we realized there were no screens or locks on the bedroom windows. How could there be no locks on the windows of a 1st floor unit? We lysoled the entire room and went to the store to purchase air fresheners. My husband's nose was stuffed each day we were in the room. We believe there could have been mold. We love Cape Roc but unfortunately, this room needs some cleaning.

Great place

We stayed for the second time. Great access to the quiet end of the beach. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and patio right outside our door. Jitney transportation is within 3 blocks and arrived within 5 mins of requesting a ride.

First trip to Cape May!

We took a chance not knowing anything about the town or the area and this rental community. We were very pleasantly surprised. The condo is far enough away from the major tourist area that the beaches aren't too crowded, yet close enough to town that we were able to bike everywhere we wanted to go. This really was a home away from home for a week!

Cape May is just a beautiful historic Victorian seaside gem, it is the oldest resort and one of the most beautiful spots in the country. Fine wines, outstanding restaurants, jazz festivals and year round events. Just to name a few:
Seafood fest, Dragon boat fest, Lima bean fest, tomatoe fest, strawberry fest, beer fest, October fest, wine fest, crab fest. The town is dressed in lights, glitz and glamour for Christmas with house and holiday tours. There is even a Christmas parade and Halloween parade with some great entertainment and sounds. Our condo is perfect for a lovers get away. Cape May is a romantic town for lovers , as you will see couples holding hands and walking down the streets like lovers do. As for things to do: birding, fishing, shelling, walking, biking, trolley tours, tennis, dolphin watching, ghost tours, Singer Song writer weekend, swimming, parasailing, antiquing, shopping and fine dining.
There are also many other attractions: Victorian week, Sherlock Holmes weekend, special holiday adventures.
Cape May is just the place to unwind, sit back and relax on a beautiful beach or keep yourself busy with whatever is offered when you stay. There is always something exciting happening so book your stay now!
