Newly renovated beautiful 12th Floor Condo with Direct Gulf Views

Experience direct Gulf front ocean view and sounds from your Condo! Sit, sleep, lounge or relax and take in the sights from the 12th floor balcony, adjoining the living room and the master bedroom.
There is covered loading/unloading area, elevators, luggage carts, and shopping carts for guests. There is a designated parking area for Bristol Tower and additional parking next to the Club if necessary. Security is provided 24/7 and only guests with passes can enter the condos.
No keys are required – main door has keyless entry with guest code. Three HD TVs are provided, one in each bedroom and one in the living room. WIFI is provided at the condo and throughout the property along with several cable channels.
The master bedroom has an attached bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds with an attached bathroom. The living room has a sleeper sofa and there is a half bath in the hallway. The condo will sleep eight. Fresh linens and towels are provided.
The kitchen counter wraps around with two counter height bar stools. There is also a dining table with eight chairs. Stove, dishwasher and microwave are provided along with dishes, utensils, and cookware. In addition, coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, can opener and other small items are provided. A stacked washer/dryer is also included.
The resort has five swimming pools including a designated pool and hot tub for the Bristol Tower. Lounge chairs are provided around the pool – bring floaties or tubes for kids. Also, bring beach towels if you plan to go swimming in the pool or in the ocean. Outside showers are provided at the boardwalk. Ice chests, umbrellas, beach chairs, and tents can be taken to the beach but must be removed at night. Beach side lounge chairs with umbrellas and kayaks, para sailing and jet skis can also be rented during summer months.
A Club House is located next to the Bristol Tower. The Club House amenities are available with a daily fee which is to be paid in person for the days you choose. The fee is based on the size of the condo and the number of days used during your stay. The fee covers the entire party and includes an outside pool, indoor heated pool, live entertainment (seasonally), Tiki Bar and Grill, cabana rentals, hot tub, kiddie wading pool, supervised children events, fitness center, electronic game room, ping pong table, and separate ladies and gentlemen luxury locker rooms with saunas (see fee schedule below).
There is a casual fine dining restaurant above the club house and a spa and salon on the first floor. In addition, there is a shopping center, ice cream parlor, and a restaurant with bar and game area at the front near the property entrance. You can walk to the front or take a golf cart shuttle.
You can walk on the secluded beach or walk around the cottages on the other side of the condos. You can watch the sunset on the swinging chairs on the boardwalk or casually walk around the property and board walk at night. You can forget all your worries and just relax – it is truly an oasis!
