5 Bedroom 3.5 Bath - Sleeps 14

This is a beautiful new 5 bedroom beachfront home located in the Stavanger Beach subdivision and was finished in May of 2015. This home has unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and you can see the waves on the beach from every room in the house. Step out on the multiple decks and hear the breaking waves anytime of the day. You are only a few steps from the beach! The furnishings in this home are comfortable and inviting.

Large parties, prom, graduation and weddings are not welcome at this property. Our home is setup for family vacations and friendly get togethers.

For entertaining, we have two 55" LED HD TV's in both TV rooms and three 50" LED HD TV's in all three Master Suites. We have DirecTV HD programing on all of the TV's along with blue ray players to watch your favorite movies and AT&T High Speed Wi-Fi internet.

The 2 beautiful decks on this house are over 800 sqft and easily the most inviting space of our home. We put comfortable chaise lounge chairs along with Adirondack chairs.

Great location

Christmas gift for the kids and grand kids! Went very well overall. Loved the location most of all! Away from the downtown area just enough that we didn't get any crowds.

Easy Time at the Beach

The description of the beach house was accurate and suited our family of 7 comfortably. All the rooms were of good size, good quality beds and bedding and clean. The property overall was very clean and a good location directly on the beach, We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Beach House with Amazing Ocean View!!!

Weekend Getaway

We’re from Dallas and stay here every year for a family get together. We love being so close to the beach and sitting on the back porch watching the sun rise in the morning. Our kids look forward to it every year too! We cook the entire time and the kitchen accommodates!

Galveston family gathering

Location to the beach was perfect! Contact with the property manager was very good. We were the first ones in for the season and had a few small issues that were quickly resolved and communication was great. The rooms and beds were comfortable and kitchen was great size for our group. Restaurants and stores are a bit of a drive but you can’t beat the location to the beach.

Christmas Vacation

We had a great time! Unfortunately Storm Elliott came in and it was freezing but as far as the home it is beautiful. The owners were great and responsive when we needed them. I recommend this property it’s great for family who want to gather and spend time in one place!

Beautiful Property - Great Hosts

This is a wonderful property. The house has everything you could possibly need and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating to any inquiries. The view is amazing with the beach just a short walk over the bridge. It provided a great place for all our family, including grown kids and their children to be together. There were games and toys in the entertainment center for the kids and there was everything and more in the storage room for the beach including chairs, ice chests and tons of beach toys. Definitely a 5 star property!

Family vacation

This is the 2nd time we've stayed at this property and it was once again wonderful! We had 6 adults and 10 kids (ages ranging from 1-10 yrs)- all the couples got a room with a King bed and the kids were excited to share the bunk rooms. The beach is so close and really works out well for kids napping, lunch, etc. There is a table outside that fit all the kids and a great shower downstairs so we didn't track too much sand in. Overall a great family vacation!

Beach Front Getaway

Perfect getaway for some much needed rest and relaxation! Everything that was needed to accommodate our stay was readily available. The house was extremely clean and very spacious. The location is far enough west, which is great to get away from traffic and crowds. The setup of the home was great to allow for both family time together and allow the kids and parents to have their own space when necessary. I would recommend this home for a couples getaway and family gatherings!

Overall it's a great rental.

Everything was as expected. Kitchen was well stocked (pans, gadgets, knives, and appliances). Bedrooms were very comfortable. Plenty of room for all 10 of us. We had a minor problems with 1 TV and the door locks. Ground floor patio furniture could use an upgrade.

Fabulous Home right on the Beach

We went on a family trip with 3 families, 7 kids between us (4 were 2-8 and 3 teenagers). This house was the perfect set up for multiple families! Home was just as expected, right on the beach with large kitchen/dining, beautiful ocean views from all levels, stocked kitchen, plenty of sand toys/boogie boards to go around. House was clean and just as advertised. Most rooms are on 2nd floor, so there are a lot of stairs daily but being so close to the ocean we could not have asked for more! Will definitely look into staying again if heading to the Galveston area.

Family Beach Weekend

The house was a great size for our family. There are a lot of stairs. This was not ideal for our aging mother. The location to the beach was great - had to get out and claim our space early as the beach fills up fast. The home was relatively clean as there were indications of a large party from previous renters. The outside of the house also has a very bad mosquito problem. Bring Spray - you will need it. Some of the rooms are lacking hooks to hang towels. Family room fan remote needed to be replaced. All in all a nice home and we will be back again.

Perfect Home for large Family

House was so beautiful, plenty of room for our adult children and our grandkids. Beach just over the small bridge from the house made it perfect for all our beach items and our little ones, thankful not having to cross any busy streets in order to get to the beach. Kitchen has everything one would need, the bottom section (under the house) was awesome for our family cookout. We will for sure come back to this awesome house again...(the front door and upstairs door to the balcony would not lock, but I'm certain the owner addressed...the owner was so quick in responding and so helpful with any of my questions)....One of our best family memories...as my 3 year old grandson said, "This house is amazing"...:) Thank you Anthony for sharing your beautiful home.

15 Year Anniversary Celebration

Low notes - The home was easy to accommodate our guests, however, there is a one way entrance in/out that is shared by the neighbor. Parking is extremely tight. Enough room for 6 compact/midsize cars or 5 for larger vehicles (trucks). Be advised that there are no pets allowed and no smoking on the premises of the home (even outside) as I had to express that to some of the guests that would be arriving over the weekend). I did not know these rules prior to booking until I went over occupancy agreement prior to arriving. High Notes - There are 3 king size beds which was nice for the married couples and the bunkbeds were full size which was also a plus so the kiddos could double up. Also, toddler gates and a playpen are also provided as well. The dining room table can accompany 10 people for gathering and big screen TV's in the bedrooms were nice when it was time for the children to bed down at night. The kitchen was equipped with plenty of dishes and small appliances to accommodate large meal preparations and there were plenty of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and even a small swimming pool provided for toddlers/infants. There is a downstairs shower to wash the sand off and a water hose for your vehicle if you drive it on the beach (the public access is less than 1/4 mile). The Dollar General and a wonderful Merchant store is between 5 to 7 miles from the home for anything you may want/need. The location right on the beach is fantastic as you simply walked over a bridge and were on the beach. Tropical Storm Beta was coming in and the white caps were beautiful to watch from the balconies (there are 2). We will more than likely rebook this exact home in the future because of the perfect location on the water and what the actual home provided comparing to other beach rentals of the same price per night and the owner is great and answers promptly.

Too good to be true

While the space was nice and beach access was satisfactory, the accommodations and amenities did not come as advertised. We have done an annual beach trip for several years, and this is the first time we feel a negative review is warranted. Our issues began the moment of arrival. The upstairs balcony door was wide open, said door would not close and lock securely. Property mgmt was notified, and noted having been already informed that the door was having issues. It was expressed to property mgmt that we LOST access to an important part of the home including access to the top floor balcony, and we were not able to allow our children in this room to play and sleep due to the door not being adequately secure to our level of comfort. Within 12 hours of our stay, the primary bathroom toilet seat, which was half way broken to begin with, completely detached from the frame yielding the toilet useless for all purposes. This was also reported to property mgmt. Also, property advertises grill availability, but upon inspection, the grill was consumed by rust and in no way suitable to place any food over the top of. This was also reported to property mgmt. There were no resolutions offered for any of these issues. It was astounding that losing access to a prime aspect of the home was acceptable. It was odd to ignore a broken appliance. And it was misleading to offer a grill that is not functional. There were two other issues, bugs in the kitchen and a constant beeping/alarm tone

Awesome place to stay

We had 4 moms and 10 teen girls stay for 4 nights. This place had great views and close to the beach. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Tons of space to hang out in the home. Big kitchen, bar area and a huge table inside and 2 huge tables outside to sit and eat at. Outside shower was awesome to get sand off before entering home after a great day of swimming in the gulf. Laundry facilities were great for washing swim suits/ towels for our stay. Location only 25 -35 mins to all the top tourists sites. Anthony the host was very responsive and professional. We would stay again.
