Across the street from the bike trail and bird sanctuary. Island jitney available for access to down town and center of the boardwalk.

Nice place for a relaxed multigenerational family vacation.

The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was quiet. Everything we needed was there and everything worked. We could text or call the owner with any questions and got a quick answer. We could concentrate on renewing and cementing family ties without having to focus on figuring out the accommodations.

Could not get channels to change in bedroom Many areas not clean For example ceiling fans Spindles on outside porch loose Hazard for children Too many knickknacks Furniture in living room uncomfortable Kitchen well stocked and functional Oven smelled like it needed to be cleaned Outside shower adequate but not nice Neighborhood fantastic Beach chairs in shed all moldy Beds very comfortable and clean

Terrific Stay

We spent a wonderful week at this home with our family. The location was perfect for us. We really enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle of downtown and the boardwalk, but still being a quick drive or bike ride away. Our very favorite part of this home was the wrap around porch where we spent lots of time playing cards, eating and just relaxing! The home has been completely refreshed and updated with newer furniture and flooring throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped and easy to use. Margaret was incredibly responsive to each question that I had in preparation for our vacation and even the one I had when we arrived! Bikes & bike locks, boogie boards, beach chairs and other beach items were available for our use and all were in good condition. Beach tags were also made available with the rental. I highly recommend this home as a vacation rental!

OC BEACH HOUSE

The house was perfect for our family. Lots of extras. Beach tags, chairs, umbrellas, bikes. Plenty of stuff in the kitchen for us to cook. Lovely home and deck. Close to the beach and not too far from the boardwalk but we chose to drive or ride the bikes. We will be back next year!!!!

Beautiful vacation home with lots of space.

Lovely quiet area of the island, but easy to get to beach or boards. The house is well maintained and has plenty of space, as well as extras, like the wrap around porch. Our boys loved biking to town and the boards., bikes provided by the owner. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor grill, but also enjoyed take out, including Manco and Manco pizza. We were referred to this site by a relative. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

200, 29th st. 1st floor

Great vacation, wonderful home. First time renting at south side of OC. Condo was everything as advertised and more. Interior was spotless, AC worked great, bedding was new and comfortable. We are a family of 9 and we had plenty of room in this large unit. We spent our nights enjoying the large wraparound deck after returning from boardwalk, ice cream etc. New flat screen TV's, Wi-Fi,plenty of comfortable furniture, newer floors and updated bathrooms. Nice kitchen area with plenty of cooking supplies. Washer & dryer worked perfectly. Some of the extras, 2018 beach badges, storage room next to outside shower has 4 newer bicycles, pails & shovels, beach chairs, games for beach and loads more. Margaret the owner made all these items available for our use. Not having to purchase beach passes & saving the cost of bike rental was a great perk. Margaret was a easy person to work with, she made herself available for any questions. Finally the owners of 2nd floor unit were very friendly and pleasant. I would certainly rent this unit again in the future. D. Gavin Kearny NJ

We love being situated in the middle of the island and being across from the bird sanctuary. The beaches are large and the island is not crowded where we are. Easy to get to the boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Great playground, tennis and basketball courts are a few blocks away. Surfing is allowed at our beach.
