Beautiful Summer Home

The house was very well-maintained and stocked. Lots of space in the family room for everyone to spread out. House was very clean and rooms were very large. Our family would definitely stay there again. Close to lots of restaurants and beaches. Our host was very prompt with communication and provided a sheet of information which was very helpful.

Great place to stay

We would absolutely stay in this house again. Maral was a great host - very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked with essentials and a very short drive to Seagull Beach. Having a garage to keep our bikes in was a plus!

Excellent location, near lots of kids’ fun activities and beaches. Kayaking in the bay was super!

The house is spacious and filled with amenities, well stocked kitchen, laundry, and baths- lots of detergents, paper products. Deck area is a wonderful place for barbecues and games in the night. Kids, and adults, loved the many nooks to relax, read, watch TV. Extremely clean and inviting.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Maral’s place. The instructions were so perfect we did not have any questions for our 6 night stay. The beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen has all the pots/pans, dishes,glasswear- you name it, it is there! I can’t say enough about how clean the home was. I can not think of a complaint. The location was perfect also- just about an hour from so many great things to do and see. I will definitely be staying with Maral on my next trip to Cape Cod- no question.

Thanksgiving 2024 in West Yarmouth

We have family on the east and west coasts, so we meet near Boston most years to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The main focus in finding a property is the size of the kitchen (can 5 people cook together easily) and how well stocked it is with pots, pans, utensils, etc. Maral's kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything I needed to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. There were even some condiments and baking ingredients available (although I ended up buying most of my ingredients). My second focus is a big enough gathering space for hanging out, playing games and eating. The living room is spacious with a huge TV and the dining room can seat 6 easily and likely 1-2 more if you squeeze together. While the home is not near one of the charming towns on the Cape, it is very close to Hyannis where all of the bigger shops are. This was extremely handy as I needed to go to Trader Joes twice. Since the Cape is quite small, I liked being a bit away from the very touristic areas because it's easy enough to drive to those places. It is near the Cranberry Highway (6A) and Route 6, but the house is far enough from a main road that it's a quiet neighborhood for walks and just enjoying the peace and quiet. Although we didn't have any little kids in our group, this house is so well situated for family members of all ages (there is a cute playroom upstairs). The beds were very comfortable, and Maral was responsive to any questions we had. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Easy check in, great location, immaculately clean. Plenty of open spaces both indoors and outdoors for people to gather. Great kitchen, well stocked with all the utensils, dishes, silverware you could need. This home exceeded all expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone! We did not need anything, but the host was readily available if needed and made us feel welcome. I would give it 6 stars if that was possible.

West Yarmouth Getaway

Convenient location and nice house layout made for a very nice stay with kids and grandkids. All Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfortable, and the openness of the kitchen into the dining area and family room really worked for us. Large back deck and patio were much appreciated and well used, as was the upstairs kids play area. Worth recommending to others!

Top Notch Rental—Beautifully Appointed

This property is lovely and even nicer than it appears in the photos. It is spacious, well equipped, nicely decorated, and very clean. We liked the location because it was close to the Hyannis ferries and the Cape Cod rail trail and an easy drive to points north on the National Seashore. The host is exceptionally helpful and pleasant. When we return to this area, we’ll stay here again.

Great stay in West Yarmouth!

Thanks Maral - our family really enjoyed staying at your house. It was very clean, had plenty of room, and offered all of the amenities we needed. Was also very close to the beach and lots of activities for the kids.

Cape Cod Vacation

The rental process was very easy and the owner was great to work with in getting all the information we needed to enjoy a relaxing stay in Cape Cod. The house was perfect for our family. All the necessary amenities were in the house and all of us (especially our tween daughters) loved the spacious accommodations. We would definitely stay here again during a future visit.

Great House, Great Location

Wonderfully appointed house. Unlike many other rentals which have poor quality furnishings and appliances everything here is good quality and in great condition. Close to Hyanis Ferry and in walking distance to great places like Keltic Kitchen. Owner is responsive and helpful.

Beautiful, clean and convenient

We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated home. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is in a quiet street, but close to many restaurants and just around the corner from the very popular Keltic Kitchen. We went to nearby Seagull Beach and Hyannis Port. The Cape Cod Bay beaches (Mayflower and Corporation) were an easy 15 minute drive. Most importantly, the owner, Maral, was always accessible by email and text. We will definitely rent this house again!

Great property in a great location

The house is a dream, very well decorated and furnished, everything is new and extremely clean. There was lots of space for everyone in our party of five to hang out comfortably, the 2 kids loved the bunks and loft area with bean bags and 'board game heaven'. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need (think waffle maker and panini press) just like a home from home. The deck is big with multiple soft seats and a dining set plus there is a fabulous new Weber grill and great outdoor shower. The location is ideal, just off the main drag, within walking distance of many bars and restaurants, mini golf etc and just a mile and a half from seagull beach. Beach parking is generally $20 everywhere you go and a season pass is recommended if you are a local. We drove to Hyannis and Provincetown (also $20 to park) which were both nice trips with lots of local stores and people watching opportunities. Maral was very helpful and responsive and left many extras (chips, milk, coffees) which added to our experience. Overall very recommended and somewhere we will likely go back to many times.

We absolutely loved this house …

This was our first trip to Cape Cod. When we were about to rent a house we had no idea which area and which house we should look for. We were just looking for a place for 8 people to stay and sleep. But this house was soooo amazing that we did not want to leave it. It had everything you could think of (fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms). All rooms were very clean and comfortable with huge closets. All furniture was looking new. Kid’s bedroom and playing room were just what kids need. Oh, yeah, and porch with its own furniture and shower. Staying there was so relaxing and comfy. When we come back to that area we will definitely try to rent the same house. Thanks a lot to those who made it so organized and comfortable for their guests.

Lovely, Spacious Home with Accommodating Host

I hope we get to come back soon! The home is lovely and had lots of space to spread out. We had a good size group and never felt crowded. It was a perfect setting to relax and had all the amenities we needed. The kids actually asked to stay in one night to hang out at the house. Maral was a great host accommodating a change (after we had already booked), and made sure we were comfortable. She also shared area info so we could make the most of our time. Thank you, Maral, for a wonderful stay!!

Beautiful home!

We so enjoyed our stay in this home! Large, spacious, beautifully decorated and located in a lovely neighborhood! Easy access to stores/shops/restaurants and plenty of family oriented activities. After long days at various beaches we loved coming home and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere of this house. The owner was a delight to work with....very responsive and incredibly helpful! I would highly recommend this home to other families and we would happily rent it again on our next visit to Cape Cod.

Wonderful vacation home

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay here. The house has been beautifully updated by the owner and has everything you need in regards to appliances, kitchenware, etc. The house is VERY clean, bright, airy and has a very nice floor plan with lots of space with enough separation for the kids to have their own area. The beds and couches are really great and there are new TVs everywhere. The central AC was also a major booking point for us. It’s in a great location, close to many top attractions in Yarmouth. We actually spent most of our time at the bay beaches in Dennis but still found this location very convenient to everything. It has a very large brand new patio and great relaxing deck. The yard is smaller but any time we spent outside was on the deck which the kids really loved. This was our first trip to the Cape and we loved our stay here.. the kids are already asking when can we go back. The owner was very responsive to any of our questions and also supplied some necessities which was a very nice touch.
