SPACIOUS, IMMACULATE, WATERFRONT, professionally landscaped home in a well kept, quiet neighborhood that overlooks Cedar Pond. Our street backs up to a championship golf course for those who enjoy tee time. A large deck with a grill and patio allows for entertaining and relaxing, or you can drive five minutes to take a lobster roll cruise from Sesuit Harbor. Central A/C, spacious, comfortable areas for a large family or two to spread out comfortably. Master suite includes king sized Sleep Number bed and private bathroom. The house comes with a well equipped kitchen, main level laundry room, outdoor shower, a 2 car over-sized garage with plenty of parking, 3 cable televisions and wifi. A canoe, 2 kayaks, beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, games and books are available for your enjoyment. Don't forget your fishing pole if you'd like to unwind and fish on the pond! TOWELS AND LINENS PROVIDED!

Reunion on the Cape

Beautiful and comfortable home situated on a quiet pond. Our family consisting of ages 22-93 enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we could need for cooking, the beds were very comfortable and our host was very responsive. Would highly reccommend.

Great property

We had plenty of room to spread out. The kids and grandchildren also enjoyed the pond with their paddle boards.

Comfortable home on pond with lovely deck overlooking. Great, cooperative owners who made sure we had what we needed. Good central Cape location for beaches and restaurants on bay and ocean sides.

Peaceful and tranquil

Great House and Location!

We had a great time at the house, and ti was our first trip to the Cape. It is exactly as presented and was very clean. The beach was a short drive from the house, and we appreciated the umbrellas and beach chairs that were available to use. The house is very spacious and in a beautiful neighborhood.

The house is spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. It was also very clean. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and the location was great for getting to all the things we like to do on the Cape. I would definitely recommend this house to rent to others.

Wonderful house on the pond

This is a beautiful house set on a classic Cape Cod pond. The view from the deck and sun room is stunning. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The location is superb--easy to get anywhere on the Cape. The owners went the extra mile to make sure our visit was perfect.

Great Experience

Great home, location and host!

This home met all our needs! Family consisted of grandparents, parents and 4 children.Plenty of room for everyone! A great place to relax after the beach! Carol was easy to contact and was so gracious to respond to our every need or question. We hope we can stay there again the next time we visit beautiful Cape Cod!

A Cape Cod Wedding

I loved the neighborhood. The view of the pond was wonderful. And we were 5 to 7 minutes driving to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a wonderful wedding weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

We live in Pennsylvania and have been spending summers and holidays at the cape for many years. I have traveled all over the world and this is our favorite place to vacation! We would like you to share in similar fun-filled times with many happy memories we have been fortunate to experience in this family home.

This has been our family home for 41 great years. There are gorgeous beaches and the pond actually sparkles many days. There are great restaurants, golf courses, and numerous things to do for all ages nearby. East Dennis has less traffic than many of the busier towns and the scenic route 6A. It is easily accessible for swimming, boating, hiking, biking, fishing, jet skiing, parasailing, miniature golf, live and screen theaters, go karts, and more.
