Looking for the ideal perfect Florida vacation rental? Then do not look further because this town-home is your dream place!

A large kitchen with breakfast bar features granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities of home. The dining area will comfortably seat everyone, and the patio area is perfect for lunch while the kids take a dip in the private pool.

**Optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. We would recommend adding pool heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

Each bedroom features its own flat screen TV so there is no fighting for the remote. A washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi complete the at-home feel of this beautiful town-home.

All this luxury is perfectly situated in the beautiful Windsor at Westside Resort, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. As our guest, you’ll have unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop and video arcade. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a waterslide and a lazy river!

Excellent Townhouse would definitely stay again. Convenient location and nice.

Renting was easy and definitely enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet and family friendly. Would definitely rent here again. Loved it.

Nice place

Nice place right across the street from the water park. The back pool door is considered the front door in this case. Loved having an outside bathroom.

Awesome Stay

The property was exactly what the listing depicted. We were able to check-in early for an additional fee. Parking was limited but it was additional parking across the street. I would highly recommend this property!

Great Family Vacation!!

Windsor resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was extremely nice, our rental was very clean and well stocked. Our rental was super convenient and close to lots of shopping centers, restaurants, and fast food. Our rental was well equipped and easy access to the community pool, the lake onsite and tiki lounge onsite. It was very family friendly we came with our teenagers and they enjoyed every bit of they rental and property amenities. We felt pretty safe in our rental and it was very comfortable. The down side was not being able to get the living room tv to work during our entire stay even after reaching customer service. It would have been nice to sit downstairs in the living room and watch tv with the family instead of the rooms. The other issue was the air conditioning, it was hard to keep it cool at night for us but we never contacted customer service about the AC we just kinda dealt with it. Nonetheless we would absolutely stay Windsor at Westside again and we would absolutely book through Casiola. The entire staff that I spoke with either through phone or emails or returned calls was nothing short of awesome. They were always above and beyond and very prompt to anything we had questions or comments about. We would absolutely love to come and stay at the resort again in the fall if life permits.

Great stay!

This was a great place to stay! We spent much time in the pool and enjoyed the property's lazy river! It's about 40 minutes from universal and 1.5 hours from the gulf coast. Plenty of room for all 6 adults

Family Disney Get Away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my first time staying at a Casiola vacation home. The House was great for my family, four Adults and two children. We used the pool and had fun. Also were able to use the community pool and lazy river very pleased as well. We were here for a short trip to Disney World, and this place was close about 24 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom (if you don't know about Walt Disney World the traffic can be a big issue just outside the park so this wasn't a problem) The beds were nice and comfortable, the kitchen appliances all work and we used them. Since I am a Marriott Envoy member and this is my first time using that system for vacation home rentals, I might not stay at Hotel when on Family vacations to Disney but use Casiola again and again.

Nice Location

The location was nice. My issue was no one informed me that the keyless entry was at the back door. We arrived late due to the storm and it took a while for the rep to tell us the keyless entry was in the back. Home could use another stove only one eye worked properly. I also wished we had access to the garage. Parking was kinda congested.Overall the home was nice and I would recommend.

Terrible communication

They sent me an email with the access code to the keypad lock but never indicated where that keypad lock located so I thought it would be the front door but to access into the house I have to go through the back open the screen door and pass the pool to the door that is accessible with the keypad lock. I called the number they provided and someone said the property management will call me and they didn’t for 15 mins then we called them again and was able to talk to someone who tell us that we have to go through the back door. My suggestion to the property management is to include a description of how to access the house when they send out the access code.

Very Nice Rental!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, the owner & management were very helpful & quick with responding. The kids loved the pool at the house. The clubhouse is a great added addition. Hop, skip & jump from the rental and the staff were awesome!! Were close to restaurants, shopping & other amenities. Would definitely rent this property again!!

The house was very big, we are with two of us.

Reviewer Comments: The house was clean but to big for us, 3 bathrooms and 4 sleepingrooms, maybethat you can give the house code from the door to the checkin service, Because we dont speak Englisch very wel and its difficult for us to come in the house without the door code. We have to call to the Netherlands an when its 4 am its 10 pm in the Netherlands and nobody at the office to give us the code from the door. The manager was so kindly to help us, otherwise we good not go in the house.

Highly Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sheets were stained and dirty (we had to go buy laundry soap to wash them) Beds were not what they were advertised to be. We booked this unit because it said it had two king beds but it was a king and a queen. They have since updated the ad. Home was dirty and the property manager sent one person to clean handprints off sliding door when we got there, but told us to call for everything else which no one called back (still technically haven’t). Floors were dirty. Sink downstairs was clogged. Very little room for parking. No instructions how to get in until after we arrived. Internet didn’t work. Phone didn’t work, so I had to leave to even make a phone call to get any help because there is no reception inside the unit. Garbage from the previous guests were still in the bin outside. Customer service was lacking. I kept getting passed around and wasn’t getting the response I expected. Not as close to the theme parks as the ad would have you believe, not a direct route there. Pool was about the size of a hot tub (the pictures make it look bigger than it is).

The lazy river and clubhouse were well used by our grandson every day. Would definitely stay at this villa again and would highly recommend it.
