No cleaning fees for 4+ night rentals. Linens, Towels, Laundry and paper products are included. You won’t need to start your trip at the grocery store buying the basics. No need to rent bikes either. We got 'em. Low country boil night? No sweat. The steamer and table are ready to go. Grilling? Gas grill on hand. Don't need a whole week? No problem. The longer you stay the better the discount but you can book as little as 4 nights in the high season and as little as 3 nights in the off season with a $200 cleaning fee. How's that for easy? Don't let the average price per night fool you when comparing. It doesn't tell the whole story.

We want one thing for your family and friends...Have a worry free vacation. Which is why insurance is mandatory. If something goes wrong, we can't have it to spoiling your vacation. Let it go and move on! We strive to provide an 'experience' not just a beach house rental.

Simple!

The Surf City/Topsail area is well known for being a quiet family oriented vacation spot. The beaches are clean and rarely crowded. The ability to enjoy the sound and the ocean lend itself to an amazing experience that you won't find anywhere else.

We picked this house because of the view and it's proximity to the beach access while staying far enough off the main road that it is quiet and peaceful. The beach access is at the end of the street. It is set up to sleep 10. Two Master Bedrooms with King Beds, a Guest room with a Queen Bed and a kids room with a bunk bed and two extra twin mattress' if needed.

We tried to think of everything that you might use at home and would want on vacation. This reverse floor plan home is new to the rental market and professionally decorated. Parking is plentiful with a 4 car driveway. Bring the less mobile family members, this home has an elevator to make it easy for them to enjoy their vacation too.

Topsail’s best vacation spot

Gorgeous sunset views from the deck as well as just a short walk to the beach with easy public access. Well stocked kitchen as well as extra clean bedrooms and bathrooms with all amenities provided helped to make for a relaxing and memorable family vacation.

This home was CLEAN, spacious, comfortable, and the perfect location. You really get the best of both worlds! The house is a short walk to the beach, but also offers a beautiful view of the intercostal waterway from the rear deck. The view is amazing and picturesque sunsets. The hosts were very accommodating! They genuinely want you to feel at home. Bikes, chairs, coolers, boogie boards, hot tub and more! We hope to stay here again!

Amazing Rental!

In a sea of so many rentals, pick this one! They take such care in the amenities! Being off the beach was a nice way to force yourself to stay and enjoy a little longer! Beach chairs, an awesome beach cart, boogie boards, fish fry, grill, hot tub, comfy couches, beds and amazing sheets! So great!! We would love to stay again! Most AMAZING sunsets and way to wake up looking over the marsh(bonus peeps the sunrise around the corner too) ! 10/10

Great House- Great Host!

We loved our stay at this property! Communication was beyond fantastic and the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay wonderful! The hot tub was an added bonus and we really enjoyed it (since it rained 3 out of 7 days we were there!) We definitely recommend the property!

Great place

Really nice house in a fantastic location. Has everything you need including bikes, chairs, and 4.5 bathrooms! Elevator makes load in/out easy in a 3 story house.

Annual tradition

Beautiful and Immaculate Home! Lots of amenities and Amazing sunsets!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful home! So many amenities that we truly enjoyed…new hot tub, beach chairs/bikes, elevator, comfortable beds, spacious family room and kitchen area. In addition, the beach was close and the view from the back deck was amazing! Marccus was a pleasure to work with and we hope to return for another week!!

Shore Thing was a winner with us. Great location on the marsh and only a few minute walk to the beach. Beautiful home with great layout and like new. Property owner extremely easy to contact and very welcoming. Gave great recommendations for local eateries.

Amazing home!!

We stayed in this wonderful property with another family and their mother in law. It checked all the boxes in every way and we still are talking about what a great vacation it was. Marccus was so responsive and the house has everything you need and a very short walk to the beach. The views are amazing off the back decks. We will be back!

Another great vacation

Hard to repeat a great first experience, but Marccus and Meg have been able to do just that for our return this year. This is our most favorite vacation place on Topsail Island. Great location, and because there is no public parking at the beach access, there was plenty of space to spread out on the beach. For those who love fireworks on the 4th, we had a great view from the deck overlooking the Intercoastal waterway. Their home is comfy (the beds especially) and it is so nice that everything needed for a great vacation is provided. Do yourself a favor, and book this home for your next awesome vacation!

This house is truly WONDERFUL! The pictures are very accurate of the home and it's furnishings. From extremely comfortable beds to magical sunsets, the house is very relaxing. The beach access is right across the main street. Easy to ride bikes and/or walk to. We enjoyed the sidewalks for afternoon walks as well. We had a wonderful visit. The kids were huge fans of the elevator as well!

Perfect home, perfect week!

Of all the homes we've rented, this by far was our absolute favorite. The owners go above and beyond to make this vacation home feel like "home away from home". The view is amazing, the property is clean and well maintained, conveniently located to beach access and nearby restaurants. If you're viewing this property as an option, look no further. Meg owns an Interior Design firm in Raleigh NC and I rent construction equipment. Meg is a native of NC while I am a Marine Corps brat that literally couldn't nail down one place to say where I'm from. We have been married since 2003 and have one son, Jake. We are busy people who have always wanted our own home in the Topsail/Surf City area but couldn't justify owning one since we couldn't be there that often. So... we decided to dive in head first and do this VRBO thing.

We looked at many properties over the past few years and could never settle on "the one". We wanted to be close to the beach access but love a sound side view. This home checked all the boxes for us and it just so happens that it was a new home with a great reverse floorpan at the back of a cul de sac! Score!

What we didn't know we wanted was an elevator. Soooo convenient. Carrying groceries up two flights of stairs. NOPE! We didn't know we wanted a bathroom in every bedroom either and now I can't imagine not.
