This place is gorgeous ( a direct quote from a recent guest) Start with the extra tall ceilings and doors , telescoping glass sliders on both decks facing the ocean , and spacious rooms . You will find everything you need in this beautifully appointed , extremely well stocked home , to enjoy your stay on Topsail Island . The flat surface flooring , countertops, and lighting make this house feel like home .

The Big Easy is Owner managed so you will enjoy great service with a nice personal touch. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, wheeled cooler , shower towels (replaced every year), starter paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, high end linens, and a few beach towels if you forget and so much more. Enjoy your morning coffee ( 2 Keurigs, full size coffee maker and coffee grinder (provided) and afternoon cocktails with ocean views from the 2nd floor covered deck and coastline views from the 3rd floor master suite uncovered top deck. Beach access is a 5 minute stroll just .10 mile from the front door. The neighborhood is quiet with the relaxing feel of a small beach town with a park for the kids at the end of the street. Grocery stores , dining, and shopping within a 5 minute drive . The house is set up for a great vacation with 2 spacious living areas, additional seating on covered deck off the kitchen and living room . This beautifully decorated home comes with everything you need and MORE for a week at the beach with extras such as a crib, infant bath, small high chair , books, board games, high speed internet, charcoal grill, outdoor full size corn hole, outdoor and indoor dining areas, all within a stones throw to the beach. You will love this SUPER clean home that has everything you want at the beach without the sand in your home. Bring your dogs ( we do not accept cats at this time ) and enjoy the fenced in dog run . Enjoy the spacious private enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach . A hose is provided to rinse off your 4 legged friends, beach equipment , and much more.

Views of the ocean are great in The Big Easy with windows and telescoping sliders on both the 2nd and 3rd floors. Lots of comfortable seating and lounge chairs on both decks make the decks a favorite for everyone . The 2 living areas in this home make this a great house for multiple families, girl/guys weekends ( walking distance from The Trailer Bar) ample seating, 6 TV’s , and 2 full size refrigerators .
Indoor seating for 12 with outdoor seating on the covered deck for 10 , 8 additional seats under the house , and more on the top deck. Enjoy making a seafood boil or oyster roast with pots provided . The kitchen has everything you need to have a feast for your large group . Enjoy double ovens , 2 full size refrigerators, 5 burner stove ,microwave, LG dishwasher , and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs . The large kitchen island is great for prepping and serving your favorite meals . Pull out drawers make everything you need easy to find . Make yourself at home during your vacation .

Laundry is no problem in this house with the extra large washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen . Basically all you need are your clothes and sun block and you are all set. This is great for people traveling longer distances or coming for a short stay , we have you covered. Minimum night stay is 3 nights .

On the rare rainy days we have lots of board games , books , cards, and TV’s for great movie and sports watching during your stay . The covered porch is a great place to play corn hole on those rainy days while enjoying the views of the ocean .

If you want to stay on track with your health and fitness goals you will enjoy the body weight scale provided in the top floor master suite.

You will love everything the beach has to offer without the sand in your house in this spacious 3 story second row home with no carpet . . Plenty of parking for 5-6 vehicles . Make yourself at home at The Big Easy . We prefer checkins NOT on Saturday so our guests get to enjoy more time at the beach. Special exceptions only.

We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of The Big Easy with no carpet , only hard surface flooring . Air filters are charged monthly to help reduce allergens. Deep cleaning is performed 3-4 times a year with quarterly pest control , regular heating and air conditioning maintenance , annual furniture cleaning , regular painting and repairs done annually in the off season. You will notice the difference as soon as you step in the house .

We will be installing cameras on the exterior of the home to provide extra security for the home and it's guests June/July 2024. Enjoy 😊
