Enjoy the Rocky Mountains in this spacious (1350 sq ft) two level condominium at Quick Silver. It's just minutes away from some of the best skiing in Colorado, tucked away in the beautiful pines of Keystone. With vaulted ceilings & huge windows, the main floor includes a large living room, dining area, deck, beautiful fireplace and gorgeous kitchen with newer appliances and granite countertops. Exceptionally clean and well equipped.
A private master bedroom includes a king size bed with adjacent bath. The top level is a large loft with two full-size bunk beds and a private bath with double sinks.

A complementary shuttle service to the lifts at Keystone Mountain picks you up and drops your off just steps from your door. Ice-skating, the Snake River and miles of year-round biking and hiking trails are just minutes away. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Keystone Village, the Conference Center, tennis courts and a grocery store, it has ample parking and includes a ski closet on the main floor for ski storage.

Relax in the hot tub or swim in the year round indoor pool just steps from your front door. Located in the heart of Summit County, and just a stones throw from the Keystone Ski Resort, this condo is literally minutes from several of Colorado’s finest ski slopes including Breckenridge, A-Basin and Copper Mountain.

Awesome!!

Really enjoyed this condo! Had everything we needed and was only a short shuttle ride to the lifts! Condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Definitely recommend staying here.

Glad you enjoyed your stay! The kitchen is very well equipped, my place is roomy and the bus ride is only about 5 minutes to the mountain base! Since the bus stop is so close to the condo, it is very convenient, especially when you have a larger group wanting to depart and return at different times. And the bus stop is enclosed so you can get out of the weather while you wait! You are welcome back any time!

Loved our stay

I had read the reviews prior to booking. We loved the property. It was cozy and we had 6 people and enjoyed the place. We bought groceries at the little store around the corner and cooked breakfast every morning. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware we needed. Great views, fireplace, and comfy pillows.

Great visit - great skiing

THe property was gorgeous - well arranged - everyone was helpfulThe only problem was it was on the 3rd floor. The guys/boys did not like carrying everything up 3 flights.

Totally worth it

Very nice place

We (my self, my husband & 3 kids) spent 4 nights here. We all thought it was a wonderful place. It felt spacious and was well stocked with towels, soap, lots of utensils and pots pans etc in the kitchen. There wasn't anything we felt it was missing. We've stayed in a LOT of places in the mountains via VRBO and we all agreed this was one of the best.

We really keep the kitchen well stocked and I am always replacing things that are worn or lost. The condo is spacious, so it handles a gang nicely. So glad you enjoyed your stay!

Great place for family getaway!

Plenty of living space to enjoy games and a puzzle in our downtime from outdoor activities. Skiing and tubing conveniently located. Kitchen well equipped for eating in and Webber grill on deck. Sleeping arrangements for large family and pool, jacuzzi, sauna a daily visit. Highly recommend and we will return should occasion arise. Note: 2 flights of stairs to main floor of unit and no elevator so bring strong kids to help carry baggage.

Mountain visit

Nice area, nice location. Property needs some attention. Kitchen faucet was unattached to sink, was held up by the water lines. Broken door on closet upstairs. Just needs some up keep. Informed Property Mg company no reply.

Great condo with plenty of room!

We are a family of 5. Each boy had their own full size bunk bed and we had a spacious king size bed. The condo is not new, but very clean. And, the kitchen HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED! I've never stayed in a condo that was as well stocked. Plenty of seating at the table and at the bar. The pool is right next door and after a long day of skiing, we would swim and soak in the hot tub. It is centrally located and close to everything. I would definitely recommend this condo to others and hopefully we will be able to stay again ourselves! Thank you Joan for all of your help!

Property was as advertised. However, contacted owner regarding several issues including most windows would not open and balcony was extremely neglected. Floor was coming up all over and looked to be moldy. So, we informed them about these issues and were told to clean it ourselves. They also stated that it would be put on thier " To Do List". So it was never done while we were there. Guess they'll get to it later. They even stated in thier reply email that they had been there just before we got there. So they were definitly aware of the problems but chose not to anything. We will not stay in any of thier properties again.

Decent but overpriced

The property is decent but felt it overpriced. The fireplace wasn’t working. Overall the aesthetics of the place weren’t that great for what I paid. Also I should have read the reviews first before booking about the breathlessness on going up 3 floors. We felt breathlessness going to the second level within the unit, I guess due to the elevation. Location is good otherwise.

Right after your stay I had custom blinds installed in both bedrooms, replaced the deck furniture and added 4 beautiful new bar stools. Although the fire place does not throw off much heat, it is ascetically pleasing, was recently serviced and is in good working order. And you are right....you always leave in better shape from the steps! Thank you again for your feedback.

Beautiful Views, Very Roomy

This was a great place for our family! We originally planned for 8, but ended up with 5 of us staying. Easily would have comfortably accommodated 8. Lots of windows and a great view! Loved the large log beds. These are older units, but you can plainly see that the owner has updated areas such as the kitchen, paint and tub/showers. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nicely furnished. I’ve seen reviews about areas of this condo being “dated”. If you want a “brand new”unit, you will pay a “brand new” price. This was one of the most reasonably priced condos in the area for a large family. We also enjoyed the indoor pool. It was quiet in this area during our stay. It is the top unit (in case you have a hard time with stairs), but it makes the views even nicer. We really enjoyed staying here and definitely recommend it!

Nice for the price

Pros-great stocked kitchen with utensils, cooking implements and dishes/cookware. Also, many extras like spices, fresh cracked pepper and salt and coffee necessities. Clean unit. Many nice extras like games, plenty of linens, patio furniture and seating.Cons-hot tub was unavailable the entire week, and from what we learned from folks staying there since beginning of the month not at all In August 2022. Kitchen faucet was hanging on by a thread, informed them of it when we arrived Sat, someone arrived Sunday afternoon to repair it. Fortunately, we were able to use it as needed, but were afraid to as it was literally wobbly, never seen something like that before. Unit is VERY dated, but we knew that when we booked it and it was what our budget afforded. Carpet is kinda gross in places, but I just wore shoes the entire time. Expensive things to change out for a landlord. Just know that going in. They've updated as much as they can affordably, and the kitchen wasn't too dated, just bathrooms and carpets. Property owner was attentive to follow up on Monday about faucet issue. Nice that she was thorough. Hallway and stairs flooring seemed in need or replacement as well. Pool was nice and we enjoyed it repeatedly. Very peaceful property as I think it was scantily occupied.

Great summer weekend

Fun, Quaint Place for a Family

When we arrived, there was an issue with out booking and Joan was fantastic at making it work and making it right for us. It is a wonderful place for a family to stay and enjoy the area and was centrally located for what we wanted to do in the area. We had plenty of space and enjoyed all the gadgets in the kitchen when we were cooking. We loved being able to sleep with open windows and feel the mountain air. The group that manages the cleaning could do a better job of cleaning the condo, but we were able to manage.

Great place for price, but it is aging and needs basic maintenance - like shades in master bedroom so you don't have to change in front of the entire neighborhood. Light bulbs burned out, kitchen counter broken, etc....but still served its purpose and was generally nice for the price. We got by with the way it is. So, I would not hesitate to rent again. This review is more for the owners in the hope that they maybe hire someone to do some basic maintenance on the place and make it even better.

wonderful condo

This condo was super spacious! The kitchen was stocked with all the tools/utensils you need. Which is very nice considering a lot of the restaurants were closed due to covid. The only downfall was the garbage disposal/dishwasher being broken. This may be a recent thing, but we made it work & were very happy with our stay! The shuttle is conveniently right outside the door & it picks up every 10-15 minutes making it easy to get back & forth to the mountain if you plan on riding. We would definitely book this condo again!

Super location and view.

The only thing is that It wasn’t the cleanest place, blanqueas and sheets not smell like clean we found hair in bed and under bed we found a bag with shoes, closets not organized, bathrooms curtains and walls not clean. I don’t know why they charge for a cleaning fee if you find a place like that.

I thank you kindly for your review. I have had the property for 13 years and have never had an issue with the cleanliness of the property. I live on the east coast and unfortunately with COVID, I have not been able to visit the property, as such, I rely on the property manager and their performance. Since your stay, I have had a deep cleaning, including professionally cleaning the carpets, laundering ALL bedding and replacing many of the kitchen items. Thank you again, as your comments have heightened my awareness and enabled me to take the required action.

Good and the bad

So this was a last min booking meaning I booked the day before because my other booking had water problems and had to cancel. It is beautiful. But up 3 flights of stairs and if your not used to.the higher elevation like us stop at the store before and buy a can of oxygen. My problem is the manager kept telling me they were not gonna be ready on time because we were last min even though they had 24 hours notice. We arrived at around 7 at night and she was still there. And she kept saying oh it will be done by six BUT its you know a last min. She said that soooooo many time. Pros its a beautiful views nice kitchen had everything we needed to cook which we did. It was quiet. The beds are firm but really comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows. Cons bring your own tp and paper towels. They give the cheapest tp ever and paper towels that are so cheap they won't tear. For 5 more dollars that could have made it more pleasant. And the lighting is terrible hard to see when you have older eyes but they did what they could.. I think that the property manager should have some classes on tact. Because blaming a customer for booking is rude. I have voice-mail text and phone calls where she insisted on saying it's because you booked last min. And I had to call for the checking information where she then acted like it was my fault and i probably gave her the wrong email.(i didnt) not very good customer service. Overall alright.

Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. We were hesitant to travel during Co-vid, so we were pleasantly surprised to be greeted with wipes, extra Face masks and hand sanitizer on the counter waiting for our arrival. It was clean and perfect for two adults and four grown kids. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils and pots & pans. It is also close to amazing walking and biking trails that run along the Snake River. The added bonus is the beautiful view. I would definitely stay here again.

We have definitely stepped up the cleaning procedures with COVID and are now providing additional supplies because we want all of our tenants to be safe! Awesome trip

Wonderful place. The 2 sets of FULL SIZE bunk beds were awesome for our 4 grown sons. Owner was extremely helpful with answering emails promptly. The only setback was 3 flights of stairs to get to condo. Loved the views but hard to get up stairs due to altitude sickness.

Our home is in a wooded setting and in the summer, the humming birds flutter from tree to tree and in the winter, the snow is just beautiful on the pine trees. It is very relaxing and enjoyable!
