Hilton Head Beach and Tennis, Admirals Row 2BR/2BA Ocean View Condo.

Recently renovated south facing Admiral’s Row unit new to the rental market with an easy walk to beach or pool with an ocean view.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers a world class beach, inspiring sunrises, pickleball and tennis, bike riding, Olympic size pool, two on-site restaurants/bars and fitness center. This second-floor condo has a large balcony featuring an ocean view and the soothing sound of the crashing tides. Golfers will have their choice of 33 public and private golf courses to play on.

The unit has a well-stocked kitchen, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa, cable TV and free Wi-Fi internet. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, on-suite bathroom, and cable TV. The guest room has two twin beds, a large closet, and a separate shower/tub bathroom. All linens are supplied including beach towels. The unit has a dedicated HVAC.

Ready for a spectacular beach day on one of HHI’s most beautiful beaches? Beach chairs, toys, cooler, umbrella and wagon are all provided for the perfect beach day! The beach boasts incredible sunrises, swimming, body surfing, walking or biking. The grounds of the resort are perfect for walking and hiking along the 60 miles of paved paths or rent a beach cruiser and check out the 100 miles of bike trails. Spend time at the Olympic size pool with an ocean view, local live music at Jamaica Joe'z, the oceanfront stand, with casual fare right on the beach.

Great Time in Hilton Head

We've stayed in many properties on HH over the years, and this one is one of the best. Very well stocked with quality items to use. Nice open concept kitchen and living room. Great location overlooking the pond and ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly as it appeared in listing. Located steps from the beach, very convenient and the beach was so clean and beautiful. The smaller pool was also steps away from the unit, very nice and we never saw it crowded. Most people go to the bigger pool, we only went there once - lots of kids. Unit was well appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen (cookware, gadgets, etc), and the freezer made enough ice to keep us supplied daily.

Great time

The place was very clean and the communication with host was excellent. Only issue is the pools are not heated and per description it said heated pool. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

We had an amazing weekend! The condo is in a great location easily accessible to the pool, beach and pickle ball courts. Jennifer is a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely book again the next time we visit Hilton Head.

Fantastic Location

Our family had an excellent stay at this condo! We love visiting Hilton Head, and we agreed this was our best stay yet! The condo was fully stocked with all of our beach needs-and we loved the convenience of being right by beach access (especially with traveling with a toddler). We ate at the restaurant on property, rented bikes and truly enjoyed our stay! Jennifer was an excellent host! Thanks for providing us with a wonderful place to stay.

Been staying at this resort for 20 years lot of the condos need updating but this one was very updated had everything you could need there if I am fortunate to come next year i would choose this condos

Perfect place for our family

Condo was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated!! We enjoyed the beautiful ocean view, and small lagoon from the balcony. The smaller pool was located within view and was perfect if you wanted a more relaxing pool experience. There’s a larger pool on site with a beach bar and many activities during the day. Jennifer was great to work with, anything that you could possibly need for your stay was provided. We would definitely rent this unit again!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!! Ocean View Beach Condo

We had an amazing stay! Condo is a very short walk to the beach (300 yards or so)which was great since we have a 1 and 4 year old. There is a pool about 20 yards from the condo and easy access to the Olympic size pool from the ocean. Next to the pool is a bar with live music and a restaurant. The condo was very clean and well decorated! Beach toys, kites, chairs, umbrella, cabana, bocce balls, cooler, and many other fun beach toys were available in the condo for us to enjoy on the beach. they have pickleball courts and playgrounds

Perfect Location!!

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Hilton Head Island and staying in Jennifer’s beautiful condo. The condo was immaculate and newly renovated. It overlooks a beautiful pond, has a partial ocean view and a pool that is literally just a few yards away. Not to mention quick and easy access to the beach that is just as close! Everything you could possibly need from fast food and nice restaurants to grocery stores are within just a few minutes from where you will be. You are staying in a beautiful resort with round the clock security, so random people are not able to just enter the property without a pass. That was another perk in my opinion! I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be returning.

Early Goodbye…Would Absolutely Stay Again!

We booked a full week at the condo, however after only 1 1/2 days, made the unfortunate decision to leave due to Hurricane Debby. Based on the threat of historic flooding we traveled elsewhere to keep our family safe and salvage our trip, so I am writing this review based on the little time we got to spend here. First, the condo was exactly as described and perfect for our family. I cannot explain adequately enough how well stocked this condo is. We’ve vacationed at many rentals over the years and I was shocked at how the kitchen was stocked with nearly everything you would have in your own home; not the bare minimum. The condo has been updated and is well decorated with a modern beach vibe that I loved. There is a deck box on the balcony with beach chairs, a large beach wagon, beach toys and a cabana available for use which was so convenient! The partial ocean view was great while having coffee in the morning and the lagoon below our balcony housed a small alligator that the kids lovingly named “Lyle”! The beach was lovely and only a short distance through the parking lot. The resort has many amenities that we didn’t get to use but the large oceanfront pool and restaurant were great! Jennifer was also amazing to work with throughout the process. She empathized with our situation and was gracious enough to refund our partial stay due to the hurricane. We look forward to being able to come back and enjoying this condo in the future! Highly recommend.
