Welcome to our home away from home. Our condo has a totally remodeled kitchen 2020 and two brand new bathrooms in 2024. The resort has 12 new pickleball courts, 2 pools, restaurant, children programs and an oceanfront tiki bar. .
Beautiful 1st floor, pool-front, oceanside villa with a side view of the ocean from the balcony. FREE WIFI..Large HDTV..stainless steel appliances and an upscale setting.
Please note that I book Saturday-Saturday during prime season. Please ask before booking if you are wanting different days. I will try to accommodate when possie.
You will enjoy watching your family play in the pool while you soak up the sun's rays from the double balcony of our ocean-side, pool-front, Hilton Head condominium. If you rather, you can walk along the wide gorgeous beach to search for starfish and dolphins. The beach is less than a football field distance away from the steps of the building entrance...at the end of the parking lot.

Admiral's Row is the oceanfront 2 bedroom section within the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, an oceanfront complex, mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and Port Royal Plantations. It's a family friendly resort on the quieter end of the beach

Many of our guests return every year. I'm sure that once you visit, that you will want to return. We have owned our villa for over twenty -five years. We love it dearly. There is handicap parking with a ramp into the building and also a short boardwalk without steps onto the beach. The villa is gorgeous, next to the beach and the well-groomed resort has all the amenities you would ever want.

Check-in was simple and Cathy was exceptionally quick returning any questions we had regarding the unit before and during our stay. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Excellent location on the first floor. Loved the close proximity to the smaller pool and the beach access. Thank you for a very wonderful experience!

Beautiful Condo

Our family visited this resort for the 3rd year in a row, and this time we stayed at this condo. The bathrooms and kitchen had been recently updated and were beautiful. It was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The windows to the bedrooms face a hallway with 24/7 lights on- but the blinds and curtains were perfect and allowed no light to come in. (Where we stayed our first year didn’t have this- we had to hang sheets over the windows). Communication with the host was terrific! Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful time at Cathy’s condo in Admiral’s Row!! You can tell a lot of love and care has gone into this home. We especially loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms, and our two little boys loved sleeping in the twin beds. We had no issues at all and Cathy was very helpful in communicating to us pre-check in. We would love to come back here again!!

Quick getaway

The property was older but had a recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The pool was literally steps away and the beach also close. The property offers fishing, pickleball, and lots of bike trails. My 8th grade son had a blast!

HAPPY PLACE

This was our 4th year staying at this property. Everything is great and perfect for a family. The condo is clean and in great shape. Both bathrooms are new and the kitchen is spotless. Every year the owner Cathy is very helpful. This year we had a tropical storm for a couple days and Cathy provided us with any information she heard that would relate to the storm. We love it there. Coffee and books on the patio or hanging poolside after a long day at the beach. It’s just great. We will go back for many years

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

The condo was updated and very clean! The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked. It is on the first floor, which has some benefits. You can still see the ocean, you only have to climb one set of stairs, and it is right next to the little pool. Our grandsons stayed upstairs, and it was so easy to take them to the little pool. And the big pool is a quick five-minute walk! The beach was even closer. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

Always great

This is our third year in Cathy’s condo and everything is always great. Love the pools, especially the one outside of our balcony. You really don’t need to leave the resort if you don’t want to. Our condo is always clean and ready to go. We will be back for a fourth year

Great stay!!

Thank you, Cathy! We had a great time. The condo was clean, spacious and had everything that we needed. I actually found it way nicer than advertised. The location was perfect! Our kids loved having the nearby pool and it made it easy for us to run back for any forgotten items. I hope you will allow us to come back!!

Great condo. Great Location. Would stay again. Just watch out for the gators. lol. Owners were great, very quick to respond and answer questions even when I didn’t read check in directions carefully. Love Hilton Head.

Perfect!!

This room was perfect!! From cleanliness, location, amenities...everything was amazing!! The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. Also, plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, etc to be able to enjoy a day at the beach! Thank you, Cathy for allowing us to stay in your condo!! A lot of memories were made :)

Wonderful As Always

This condo was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the decor is wonderful, and we felt like we were home. I was apprehensive about being in the first floor, but it was great not having to go up and down stairs constantly, or await for the elevator. We love this resort and would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great stay!

Fabulous vacation! Beautiful condo! Property Owner went over and beyond to communicate resort events, and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again. Condo itself is beautifully furnished with everything we needed for the week. Condo is on the first floor which was great for the 4th of July week and we did not have to use the busy elevator. The walk is an easy one to the ocean. The resort is beautiful and honestly if you wanted to, you could stay all week and never need to leave the property. There are so many things to do! From going to the beach, 2 pools, 2 restaurants and bars, tennis, pickleball, bike rides, alligators to watch, not to mention all the scheduled events. There is something for everyone! I highly recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable

The only thing we could have improved upon was the master bed…it’s incredibly soft, almost like a blow up mattress. You can tell Mrs. Cathy has put a lot of thought into the details, such a plush linens and towels. The finishings are very well done. Location was about as far from the big pool as possible, but beach access and the small pool were very close. Parking was never a problem. We had a couple of issues with the modem, but Cathy was super quick and helpful to correct. We’d love to come back!

I'm a retired medical lab technician from SW Ohio.
I also love gardening and keep a nice size pond and waterfall in my yard. ( always happy to share pics of my garden and grandchildren)
I am married to Ron, who is just recently retired. We have together four children, nine grand-children and eight great-grand-children.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I bought in Hilton Head before I married Ron. We had visited there and had a wonderful time. Everything was so neat, clean and close to nature. The next year we went to Florida. We had a nice times but decided that it just didn't compare to Hilton Head. I took my life savings and bought the condo and have never regretted it.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We go to relax in the Spring and to do some maintenance in the Fall. While there we always rent bikes and strive to do the entire island by the end of our trip. We love visiting Savannah and always eat at Mrs.Wilkes Boarding House. We love walking the beach in the evening to watch for dolphins . Restaurants are changing all the time on the Island and we like to try out the new ones and then we have favorites that we always visit. Sometimes we go on alligator hunts. They love to lay out in the sun in the Spring. The resort has it's own gator at the lagoon behind the resort's restaurant.
