Let me start with the positive's; When we checked in, Jim was right there to greet us as we drove up and he show’ed us to our rental unit. He showed us where the electric breaker box was located because if you use too many appliances at the same time in the “kitchen” area, you might trip a breaker. The grounds are nice and it was a good place for our dog. The beds are relatively comfortable and the unit was fairly clean. The location is convenient and very close to the William’s bay public beach. Jim was quick to respond to our needs when we needed a sponge to wash dishes, paper towels for the unit and bath soap for the shower. The “cabins” are old and at least in our units, 7 & 8, the maintenance has been deferred. Gaps in the vinyl plank flooring, shoddy trim work and two very small 28” W x 30” deep showers, with limited places to store personal items and toiletries by the sink. My wife is small and she was unable to point the shower head in a direction where she was able to rinse the soap out of her hair. The kitchen has a coffee pot and four slice toaster, only two slots work. If you want to use the toaster, you need to find a spot to store the two burner hot plate and vice versa. The coffee pot and refrigerator both work well. Finishes in the interior are very old. Honestly, in my opinion, unit #7 & #8 need to be completely refurbished, take one unit at a time offline and do a complete renovation.
