We love recommending this three-bedroom, two-bathroom upper level vacation rental residence at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.

Harbour Oaks #606 is an upstairs level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a completely renovated kitchen and master bathroom. The master suite has a king bed with en-suite featuring a beautiful walk-in shower. One guest room has a queen bed and the other has a set of twins. The other full bathroom has a bath tub.

The dining room has 5 seats and the kitchen bar has another two seats. Perfect for your family!

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and may one of a kind shops and restaurants. Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Park additional cars in unmarked spaces.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There is 1 TV in the Livingroom and 1 TV in the Master Bedroom.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

The location of this condo was amazing! We walked just about everywhere. If you have kids, there is a park just down the road with a playground and pickleball courts. Easy walk to shops and dinner. The layout of condo worked great for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the puzzles and games too. Very quiet neighborhood.
The kids found this and had a blast with it!

Family trip

Our second stay in Harbour Oaks and we just love it here. It feels so safe and protected plenty to do for the kids from swimming in the pool to visiting the massive amounts of turtles in the pond, love the size of the space the cleanliness of the condo and the proximity to down town.

Great place to relax

We stayed here with our teenagers for 2 nights after returning from our cruise. It was the perfect place to relax after our long week! The unit was very well stocked, super clean, and in a great location, we would definitely stay here again!

Family getaway

My family left Florida due to Hurricane Milton and luckily found this rental. It was in a great location close to many things. The property was clean and spacious. The check in process was very easy and everyone I spoke to was beyond helpful. Thanks to finding this place my family ended up having a great week away despite the stress of the Hurricane.

Fabulous condo

Great location to the village shopping, restaurants and the beach. The condo was everything that was in the listing. Clean, comfortable and the kitchen was completely stocked with small appliances and utensils. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful condo, the bathroom between the two bedrooms had faucets very loose and the bathroom mats were extremely dirty.

Wonderful stay!

This condo was incredibly clean and organized. It was upgraded and very comfortable! The beds were comfortable. It was a quiet neighborhood. We had no issues while we were there. I can’t think of anything that was lacking for our family. We had everything we needed! We will certainly book here again!

Great spot for our trip!

This was a perfect spot for our end-of-summer vacation to St. Simon’s! The unit was perfect for our family to have separate space to relax and work space in the dining room when we weren’t touring around. The village and pier are a short walk, and East Beach is just a five minute drive. This unit’s kitchen was VERY well stocked (although it could have used a few more dishwasher pods and trash bags), which made it easy to prepare meals when we needed to. All in all, a great trip and a perfect home base!

However, the twin beds in the third bedroom are basically unsleepable. I saw this in the comments from the previous year, but thought it would have been resolved after all this time and enough feedback from reviewers. The twin beds are ultra hard, not exactly flat, and springs can be felt through them. We would not choose this unit again based on that.

Great stay!

We had a great stay here. The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was great and we loved the island. We loved Harbour Oaks and would definitely stay here again. It was convenient to take a golf cart to the beach and I walked my dog to the pier every morning for coffee and sunrise. The only slight cons were the carpets could use a shampooing and there were a lot of stairs (as disclosed in the listing). And the twin beds were uncomfortable, but none of this would give us a second’s pause from booking again. Thanks for a great end of summer beach week.

Real Escapes agent was on top of it ASAP and got us moved immediately. She could not have been more helpful. Had to take this 2nd floor unit, but it was lovely. Very nicely updated kitchen and bathrooms. Could use more seating in the den area but we were able to move some chairs over. Kitchen was very well equipped. Bed in master was super comfortable so much so that we ordered one for our home. Harbour Oaks is walking distance from downtown and the pier area which is perfect to avoid the traffic. We will definitely rent this unit again. Three things to consider:1. There is no ice maker in the freezer and that would be a must in the summer monthts for sure.2. The twin beds in the back bedroom are woobley and squeaky. They need some tightening or brackets to tighten them up. We were afraid to sleep in them.3. The outside stairs to the unit are very slippery when wet. I would not recommend this unit if you have little ones or older folks.Again, kudos to the Real Escapes staff who took care of water leak issue so quickly, delivering the key to us right away. She could not have been any sweeter!!
