The Space: Welcome to Marquee Suite A, a spacious and inviting retreat located right on historic King Street, perfect for experiencing the energy, charm, and culture of downtown Charleston. Designed for comfort and style, this second-floor condo is ideal for groups of up to six guests.

Enter through your private exterior entrance and step into a bright, open-concept space featuring vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and original brick walls that blend historic character with modern comfort. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space, creating a welcoming setting for gathering, relaxing, and sharing meals together.

The suite includes three bedrooms thoughtfully arranged for privacy and rest. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while an additional king bedroom offers a peaceful retreat. Two guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and flat-screen TVs. A full bathroom off the main living area provides added convenience for guests.

The well-equipped kitchenette is perfect for light meals and snacks, stocked with basic cookware and essentials to make settling in easy. A sleeper sofa is also available for extra flexibility, just let us know if you’d like it prepared.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire second floor, along with a designated off-street parking space behind the building for easy arrivals and departures.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
