The Space: Welcome to The Marquee Suite B, a spacious and inviting third-floor condo perfectly situated directly on historic King Street, one of Charleston’s most iconic and walkable locations. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this thoughtfully designed home comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together. With off-street parking included, enjoying downtown Charleston couldn’t be easier.

Accessed through its own private entrance and up exterior stairs, the suite opens into a bright, open-concept living space designed for gathering and relaxing. The living room features high vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and original brick walls, blending Charleston charm with modern comfort. Comfortable seating and a pullout sleeper sofa create a welcoming place to unwind after a day exploring the city. (Please let our team know in advance if you’d like extra linens prepared for the sleeper sofa.)

The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a plush king-size bed, luxury linens, and a private en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms are also located on this level and each features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just off the main living area and bedroom hallway.

A well-equipped kitchenette is available for light meals and snacks, stocked with basic kitchenware to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire third floor, which is well lit and easy to navigate. Parking is simple with a dedicated spot behind the building, allowing you to pull off the street and unload with ease.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
