Experience the sunshine state at this oceanfront Miramar Beach condo! You'll have easy access to the beach, perks like a shared pool and hot tub, and ocean views from the balcony.

This resort puts you a quick walk from the soft sands of the beach. When you're not swimming, hop in the car and head west towards Destin, for diving charters and restaurants. Even closer are the gorgeous greens of Emerald Bay Golf Club. You'll have your own reserved parking spot, as well!

Back at the resort, work up a sweat with some tennis on the shared courts or unwind in the shared pool and hot tub. Up in the condo, which sits on the second floor from the top, use the free WiFi to share photos of your oceanfront view. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals, with cable waiting for you when you're done.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful Condo w/ amazing view

Overall this was a beautiful condo with amazing views. Beach was directly across from condo with easy path. Family friendly. Beds were comfortable and the 2 full baths made all the difference!! Absolutely will return.

Not happy

The view is beautiful but the vapor and pot smells are strong sitting on the balcony. The rental company locked us out of our room when we went to the beach 2 1/2 hours before checkout. Out luggage was still inside. Took 45 minutes to get back in room.

Loved it

The unit was very clean and updated. We loved the location and the amazing views. The condo overall was very clean and felt very safe. Was very quiet. Loved the pool and hot tubs. Hope to come back again!

Beautiful View

The view was perfect. Bad weather during my stay but the view made it perfect. Gave this property a 4-star because the furniture were old, smelly. The condo was nice it just needs updating starting with the furnitures. Sofa old. Dinning table was old w the stools shaking. Kids were afraid to sit on them thinking they may break them and fall. Some small appliances needed updating as well. Toaster, blender etc. I would love to book it again due to the location, view and layout of the condo but furnitures need to be changed before I do so. The pics of this site were on point!

Horrible stay

First off, I have never left a negative review on anything in my life. However, I felt like this one needed to have the review.. 1. The door to the balcony locked me out for 2 1/2 hours while everyone else was at the beach. I had no cell phone or no way of getting back in. I had give the neighbor our door code to get them to get into the condo to get me out. | 2 1/3 hours}, 2. The condo said it came with beach chairs, which had none. 3. The condo said it comes with a couch that comes out into a bed. The bed sheets/ which were zipped up, have probably never been changed. I wouldn’t let my ex mother-in-law sleep on these. We ended up going out to buy a air mattress and sheets so we could sleep on it. Needless to say, this property needs some work or needs to advertise correctly

Dirty and Broken

We were highly disappointed with the cleanliness and disrepair of the residence. The following issues were noted: 1. The terrace door was off the bottom rail and would not close all the way or lock shut. ( Vacasa had someone fix on day two of our stay). The screen door has multiple holes making it unusable. 2. The utility closet is very dirty with mold. 3. The air handler in the utility closet did not have an air filter installed (recirculating the moldy air from the dirty closet) . ( Vacasa had someone install a filter on day two of our stay) 4. The dishes/silverware had been put away dirty. The dishwasher still had the unused pod inside. 5. The terrace was very dirty with multiple drink stains. 6. The furniture (couch and loveseat) have a chemical stain, like bleach had been spilled on them. 7. There is no toaster in the unit. 8. The refrigerator's expired water filter light was on, so we could not use the ice or water from frig. 9. The pantry had broken shelve and dirty. 10. The grout lines throughout the residence were black and disgusting (They are supposed to be light tan). We had to were our shoes/sandals while inside. 11. A kitchen upper cabinet is being used as a night stand in the master bedroom. 12. The furniture and paint are dated. Very dark and doesn't convey the beach feel you would expect from the location. A family member stayed in the same building. Their room was light, clean, updated and had that "I'm at the beach" feel. The only reason to give this residence 1 star is because of the location. It is across the street from the beach and within walking distance a couple restaurants.

Great View

The place was clean, directions to the location worked well. Parking passes were easy to find. Only complaint was, I got this place for the kitchen, I was disappointed to find only two small pots to cook in no sauce pans or skillets and only three plates. Over all it was nice. Everything worked great; lights, tvs, A/C.

Perfect Condo

We love staying in the Majestic Sun. We have rented in this location 5 times now. This condo was perhaps one of the cleanest. I would definetly rent here again. I have a few suggestions to the families renting. If you plan on cooking (we make breakfast) bring a griddle and a spatula. Otherwise, the place is set to relax and enjoy!

This condo was clean, convenient and with courteous service!

Quick online service. I called and emailed to inquire about our reservation because of the hurricane and my requests were answered quickly. The day of our arrival I received messages to inform me of my check in procedures, inquiries to make sure everything was okay as well as checkout text messages. I will try to reserve this property again. Thank you!

Family Vacay

The overall experience was perfect although there was room for improvement in the condo unit itself. There were no blankets or sheets for the pullout couch and there was no info telling you to bring your own. The kitchen didn’t have any towels and only 1 hot pad. We cook the majority of the time and use the kitchen a lot so we needed more. Other than that everything was perfect. The view was great, the short walk to the beach was great. We had the best time.

The condo has an amazing view of the gulf, was very clean and plenty of extra towels/ wash clothes under the sink. The only issue I had was the king size bed is very firm, I had trouble sleeping on it
