And if you're craving more outdoor fun, just 13 miles west of this property is Grayton Beach State Park, home of four miles of walking trails as well as fishing and paddling opportunities on Western Lake.

Great property. We had an issue with a balcony door and contacted them to let them know. Within the hour a very pleasent efficient handy man had fixed the issue.

Perfect balance of luxury and comfort

The entire experience was breathtaking. The cleanliness of the room, the ease of check in, the availability of amenities, the furniture and decor, eve down to the visibility of every password and code that would be needed throughout our stay. My parents, autistic 4 year, 15-year-old and myself all found a piece of heaven in our 2-bedroom condo. It was perfect.

need more supplies.

Needed more than the starter pack of supplies. Only two garbage bags two dishwasher packs two dish towels one laundry soap. some basic spices. there was no salt pepper. cooking spray would help. just basic stuff. nice place.

this condo is nice. great view. close to the elevator. cookware is sparse, and dryer venting booster fan is very loud. only dry clothes while your away.

Good Enough

If you are more into who comes with you, rather than where you stay...then this place is perfect. We arrived at about 2:30pm, check in is at 4pm. We were able to finally access the condo 12 minutes prior to check in. Vacasa assured me the condo wouldn't be ready until 4pm due it being cleaned currently. We all stood outside the condo with all of our luggage from 2:30 to 3:48, waiting for the code to work. No one was there cleaning no one exited the condo. The condo is very spacious and the view is incredible. The towels we hard as a rock. There was someone else's wash cloth that was wet left behind in the shower. The towels had stains, shower curtain had mold. The beds were not very comfy. I would suggest not asking renters to remove the linens from the bed when the mattress topper is covered in stains. The couches were very uncomfortable. It did have a washer and dryer which was nice. But when you use the dryer, after about 10 minutes, the entire wall behind the dryer starts vibrating and making a very loud noise. Loud enough that I called maintenance because I was worried something was going to blow up. They do provide a few small things you might need. But if you plan on cooking here know that there are no chopping knives, there is no large pot, only 2 very small sauce pots, and 1 stock pock, a medium and small frying pan. Neither are non stick, there are no lids. There is an ice maker, which was a plus. None of the codes they gave us for the gates worked.

Pros and cons

It had a beautiful view. The balcony was nice. The furniture was a little outdated and not well supplied. Every time we use the dryer it made Such a loud noise that you couldn’t use it. We contacted the property manager about it, but nobody responded. There were batteries missing some of the remote. For the TV. There is some mold on the shower curtain in the master bathroom in the guest bedroom. There was no room to move around. It needed either a smaller bed or a smaller dresser.. There also was not a proper supply of towels in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the space. It's a short walk to the beach. We used the washer and dryer that's inside the unit everyday. If you plan on cooking, bring spices you may want. There wasn't even any salt and pepper in stock at the nearest Dollar General store. There's a Keurig available as well as a regular coffee pot. The bed inside the larger bedroom has a really thick and comfortable mattress cover on it so the bed slept like a dream. However, the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. My parents slept in the bed in the other room and they said it wasn't nearly as soft as the one in the main room. Overall, our stay at the Majestic Sun was positive and I will plan to book with them again in the future.

No responds to fire alarm going off in condo.

The fire alarm went off when we opened the door. We could not turn it off. It took until 1 in the morning for you to put us in another room. The alarm was so loud that when we went to our car we could still hear it 10 floors down. Worse thing I have ever experienced traveling. They refused to reimburse us for the night even tho we spent over half of it in a car.

Very friendly and quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Easy and quick access to beach with close by bathrooms so you don’t have to back to condo room and water to rinse any sand off. Pool was also nice with inside and outside areas. Beautiful view. Room was clean and just as expected.

Sunset with a view.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo unit. It was very clean. There was plenty of room for us which made us feel more comfortable. The view was Beautiful and eye catching. The sunsets where the best! Nice place by the beach

The condo was clean and well kept. The views were amazing. Communication was good. Instructions were easy to understand. The 2nd bedroom and bath were nice for our teenager. We would definitely stay again.

Nice property, would stay here again!

The property was nice. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely and the view from the balcony was beautiful! The furniture wasn’t very comfortable but doable. And the pans provided were not very good to cook in! Still a nice room to come back to after a long day at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.
