Welcome to Water's Edge, a beachfront getaway with stunning views! The Water's Edge 110N condo is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo that is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. This stunning property has undergone major renovations and is embellished with all new appliances, furniture, bedding, art, and much more! Offering picturesque views of the white sugar sand and turquoise water, a waterfront shared heated pool and an open balcony overlooking the beach!
Simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the renowned sunsets that Anna Maria Island is known for, from the privacy of your own balcony.

EXTERIOR

The large 40 ft. by 20 ft. pool is located between the two Water Edge buildings. You can swim in the heated pool and gaze out over the Gulf! There are loungers to soak up the sun. Tennis courts are across the street for your enjoyment. There is an elevator inside the secured lobby. Washer/Dryer is shared, and coin operated. No car, no problem there is a free trolley which runs the whole island from early morning until late in the evening. There is a trolley stop right out the front of the condo complex so jump on and jump off as many times as you need.

There is 1 covered parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.

One month minimum January to April. Please call the office to for availability and to book this property. This property welcomes weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday for other months.

This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with Duncan Real Estate. We are not notified by, nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay. Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Beautiful Location!

This condo was a surprise gem that I found. It was an absolute perfect location on the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. Will definitely stay here again!

AMI Bliss!

Unlike any beach in America! There is an indisputable vibe on AMI a calm peaceful feeling every time we have stayed old Florida charm still hangs in the air It was a fantastic visit this year we stayed on the beach for month of June The over crowding and staggering amount of new construction in the last two / three years was inevitable but itā€™s sad to see

Very nice Condo with spectacular beach view and access

Lovely condo on Amelia Island with beautiful view of the gulf and beach access only steps away. We found the unit to be nicely stocked. The condo was comfortable, had a nice patio overlooking the beach, and was in a quiet building. Potential renters should know that while the covered parking space is not that far from the condo door, you do have to go up a flight of stairs to enter the building at the end of the garage closest to the unit. There is an elevator in the building, but it is at the other end of the garage. For someone who plans to stay on the Island for the entire stay it is a great location. If you need to go into Bradenton or Sarasota it can be quite a trip with traffic, bridges, etc. we found it taking an hour or more to get to places in Sarasota we need to be while down there. Duncan Real Estate seemed to be easy to work with and provided all the information necessary for our stay.

Great week.

The location is hard to beat- a very quick, unobstructed walk, and you're on the beach. We had an beachfront room, so that was amazing. No complaints- had a wonderful time.

Amazing AMI Waterā€™s Edge Condo

We stayed in the Waterā€™s Edge 110N condo for seven nights with my wifeā€™s brother and his wife. The condo was absolutely amazing! So spacious and open, beautifully decorated, and well appointed with everything we needed from bath and beach towels, right down to the variety of wooden spoons for cooking meals. We even used the charcoal grill in the common area. We had never been to AMI before, but we will definitely be back and we will try to book again at Waterā€™s Edge 110N.

AMI perfect Gulf view

The unit had everything advertised, the beautiful view of the golf from the balcony and a three minute walk to the water were incredible. We will return to AMI again and hope this unit is available.

Beautiful piece of heaven right in the middle of Anna Maria Island!

This condo was absolutely fantastic! Very nicely updated with brand new appliances. Very spacious and clean. A beautiful view of the gulf that can't be beat. We had just a minor mishap about the key vs. keyless entry but it was quickly fixed. You can be on the beach in less than 2min from the condo, very nice access. Only thing I would recommend is some beach chairs to keep at the condo for guests that have to fly and can't bring those from home. Can't wait to come back!!!

Amazing property

We LOVED our first trip to AMI! The condo was exactly as published on VRBO, everything we hoped for. The condo was the most well-equipped Iā€™ve ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed; loved the dry bar fridge for keep drinks cold. The ONLY thing I might consider is using 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom - my two teenagers (sister/brother) opted to not sleep in the same bed together. The views were incredible, and I counted a 19 second walk from the condo door until my feet hit the sand! The covered parking was a nice bonus as well.

High end renovated beach condo

Iā€™ve stayed in multiple Waterā€™s Edge condos because it is a small complex with a beach side pool AND the beach balconies are extremely close to the water. This condo had recent high end renovation. It is smaller than condos Iā€™ve stayed in but right for me. The main negative is the pool heater was not on and the pool was ice cold for October.

Best place we;ve stayed on AMI so far!

We've been traveling to AMI for a few years now for the 4th of July holiday and this is my favorite of the places we've stayed so far. It is right on the beach, the ocean can't be more than 100 feet away! The unit was current in design and furnishings, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great sitting area overlooking the ocean. The property was quiet in the evenings and full of families during the day, pool was clean and not super busy, beach was not packed and we always had plenty of room. Having morning coffee on the balcony was wonderful and sunsets were even better! We loved every minute of our stay and ready to book it again for next year!!!

Perfect location, right on the beach.

The condo was exactly as described on the website. The location could not be beat, with direct access to the beach and with the balcony overlooking the beach. The unit included everything you would need including towels, beach towels, beach umbrella, cornhole boards, and a fully stocked kitchen. The private parking was also a plus. The pool was also nice and was never very busy during our stay. Check-in and Check-out was extremely easy. The beds were also extemely confortable. We could not have asked for more. We will definitely look into using this property again for future trips and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely condo with beautiful view!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is lovely, very nicely decorated with new appliances and cushy furnishings. The beds are comfortable, and the window shutters are very good at darkening the rooms for better sleep. The bathrooms are nice, with showers and lots of towels! The view from the balcony is breathtaking! We had lovely sunsets. The pool is nice and clean with lots of chairs and tables. The only down side was there was quite a bit of noisy construction next door during our stay which started at 8 am. The hallways and stairwells in the building are dingy, but I'm sure they will be remodeled as well in the future. I can deal with a dingy hallway if the door opens to a pretty place to stay. Thanks!
