It has all the necessities, and being right on the beach with the pool right next to it can’t be beat! The pool is very nice too, and there are two different places to shower off from the sand. There are also poolside and beachside chairs and loungers, but they can’t be moved out to the beach. The condo does supply two regular height beach chairs and an umbrella, and there’s a nice storage area next to the poolside picnic portico area where condo owners stow away their beach gear overnight. I don’t usually prefer bathtubs which this place has, but this tub has a built-in non-slip feature which works really well. It also has a half bath which I don’t remember seeing in the listing. The furnishings and deco are adequate, though nothing to write home about. And my most critical comment about the place is that the mattress is due for an upgrade which hopefully they will replace soon. Note that the pay washer/dryer is shared by other units on the floor, but it is right next door. That’s both convenient and potentially noisy when others are using it. And my last piece of info is that the parking for this unit is at the very far end of the building; you will pass the parking spots for all the other units along the side before you drive straight into this one. I asked them to add this to the listing info and/or check-in instructions, as it took me three times up and down the area to finally see it.
