Waters Edge Condo 110S is a gorgeous two bedroom, two bath direct Gulf front unit, located at 5806 Gulf Drive in Holmes Beach. This much sought after complex features an elevator, large heated pool at gulf side, tennis court and a beach that is unparalleled. The open balcony is directly on the beach and will provide expansive gulf views and unforgettable sunsets!

Every amenity has been thought out to make your stay here a pleasure! There is a 48" television in the living room. The master bedroom has a 26" television while the guest bedroom has a 32" television.

Waters Edge 110S will sleep five with a king size bed, one double and one twin.

This is a very popular Holmes Beach rental complex, so please book early.

Condo rules dictate a one month minimum rentals during the winter and two week minimum rentals through the rest of the year.

Parking is limited to two vehicles.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

Amazing location

We had a rather stressful start when being from the UK, we were using temporary ESIMs as this was significantly cheaper than using our UK network provider. This meant we had a new number which was passed to Island Vacation Properties (IVP) in good time before we travelled. We got to the building and had received nothing on how to check in. No person there to greet us, so we had no idea how to access. We called the numbers we had for IVP, straight to voicemail, left messages, no reply. Called the emergency number we were given was dead. Went to their office which was closed. Found another number provided by VRBO and spoke to someone who could get us in. Better come with IVP later though.The property is lovely. Just as described, spacious, comfy and what a view! Took a while to work out how to access the internet as no information sheet was available.The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped, apart from a kettle which we bought and left there. The beds comfy, couch comfy and nice to have good quiet AC keeping us cool when the weather was warm. We did have unseasonably cold weather the last week, turned the AC to heat but emitted a bad smell so couldn’t use it. Keypad entry is different, but couldn’t see a spare key should this have failed. Could hear the people in the apartment above walking around which wasn’t great, especially at 0500. Loved the balcony. Watching the sunset of an evening was magical. Would recommend this apartment.

WATERS EDGE 110 POSSIBLEY NOT COMMING BACK

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: NICE VIEW FROM DECK, FINALY NEW DECK FURNITURE. KITCHEN ONLY TWO WINE GLASSES, PARTS TO BLENDER MISSING,BLACK KEUIRG COFFEE POT NOT WORKING, SO WHY IS IT STILL HERE? FLOOR MATS ARE A TRIPPING HAZARD,MAINTENANCE TAPPED THEM DOWN BUT IT DID NOT HOLD. ACCESS TO THE DECK WAS A NIGHTMARE AS SCREEN WOULD NOT SLIDE MAINTENCE SAID THEY WOULD REPORT IT TO THE OFFICE BUT NOTHING WAS DONE, I MADE A TRIP TO ACE HARDWARE AND FOR 3 DOLLARS I FIXED SCREEN MY SELF EVER YEAR I RENT THIS UNIT I HAVE TO FIX SOMETHING. SMALL BEDROOM CLOSET IS JAMED WITH JUNK NO ROOM TO HANG CLOTHES. SMALL BATH ROOM SHOWER STALL IS AND HAS BEEN LOADED WITH MILDEW.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view was amazing! ALL closets were very cluttered with owner’s stuff. The internet was extremely slow. The TV’s in the bedrooms did not work well at all. The property management office was very responsive. The air conditioner fan had to be on auto to reduce the humidity. Had to figure this out on our own.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nice condo with a fantastic view. Remodle has been awhile, and is showing some wear. Overall a very pleasant place to spend a couple of months. A couple of minor things were taken care of quickly.The bed is better than last year, but still too soft for older backs, hips,and shoulders. The biggest problem is the TV situation. Three TVs and each has different setup. Living room is a smart TV with spectrum. The master is a smart TV with no Spectrum, or local channel access. the other bedroom has a TV (not smart) with no hookup to anything. So no TV in that room. there were Roku devices on all of them last year, but they are all gone. The remotes are still there. Seems some system that has them all the same would be in order. Also some kind of instructions would be nice so maintance didnd have to be nice.These couple of things make an other wise great 5 weels a little less perfect. In spote of the above a great stay in spite of the weather. The grounds, the pool, deck, and beach access are great.

2 months at WatersEdge 110s

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very satisfying,and enjoyable two months. Plenty of cooking,eating, and drinking utensils. Other stuff shoved everywhere. It would be nice if it was organized so you could find things. Found things later we could have used if found earlier. There were 24 hats in a closet . The toaster only toasted one side. Middle coil did not work. Had to turn toast and do again. THE KING BED IN MAIN BEDROOM IS SHOT. Had the best sleep in 2 months at Hampton Inns in Macon and Paducah.Don’t let the above override the very positive experience we had at Waters Edge. The condo was very nice, comfortable,and well furnished. The VIEW is magnificent. The pool, deck, and beach are top notch. Sunsets great. Plus the conch horn each night at sunset. The walk to restaurants was not too far.We some how got left out of securing next year, but have made arrangements for 2025.

The views of the beach and sunsets are amazing. The King size bed is comfortable and so is the sofa sleeper. Twin beds in 2nd bedroom were not as comfortable for my adult children.

Anna Maria Island Stay

Also traffic on and off the island is nonstop at any time. Most restaurants don’t take reservations so that was a challenge. We loved the location and property. The condo is a bid dated and the rugs need to be cleaned or changed. The beds are super comfortable! Bathrooms need updating but overall clean. Would stay here again for sure!

Steps away from the Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You cannot beat the sunsets from the balcony of this steps away from the beach vacation rental. The convenient location, designated covered parking & everything we needed in the condo just added to an overall great vacation experience. While the unit is a little worn, it was very clean and well stocked. When there was an issue with the HVAC system, the property management company promptly took care of it. The island is mostly residential which fit us just fine. There are a few shops, Publix, CVS and restaurants,etc. so there isn't a need to leave the island unless you desire to do so. The free hop-on hop-offTrolley takes you from one end of the island to the other. We look forward to returning to Holmes Beach and this vacation rental.
