The balcony overlooking the beach has a perfect view of the boats entering and leaving Perdido Pass and is furnished with six super-comfortable tall Adirondack chairs so you can easily see over the banister as you watch for dolphins, pelicans or the occasional Blue Angels buzzing the beach! A matching table allows for outside dining.

The living room is furnished with a couch and loveseat, two fun end tables, a coffee table over an area rug and a comfy beachy coral-pattern chair. Across from the sitting area is a large television and the gorgeous view from the 7th floor. The couch is a pull-out queen-sized bed.
You'll sleep like a baby in the master bedroom with a beautiful king size bed. The two nightstands have stylish lamps for some late-night reading. Across from the bed is a flat screen TV on the dresser, a chair and lamp.

The master bathroom has a large mirror with plenty of storage and counter space. The shower and toilet are in a room to its own providing plenty of privacy.

Everything you need to create a meal or just your morning coffee can be found in the spacious, well-appointed kitchen complete with stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, stove top oven, microwave and dishwasher. On the end of the counter is a bar with 2 barstools next to the dining area.

Enjoy family game time or a meal at the lovely glass top table in the dining room with 6 comfortable, cushioned chairs.
The second bedroom has 2 full size beds with a nightstand and lamp across from a wall-mounted flat screen tv as well as a dresser and closet. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with a nightstand and lamp, a wall-mounted flat screen tv as well as a dresser and closet. Between the second and third bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub/shower and a large mirror with counter space and storage.

This premium condo comes with a full-sized washer and dryer and sleeps 10 people.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
