Our beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath corner residence sleeps up to 10 and combines an exceptional on-mountain location with expansive views, sophisticated furnishings and the comforts of a true second home.

We rented in Arrowleaf ourselves for years before purchasing here, so we knew exactly what we wanted to create: a beautifully updated mountain home with quality furnishings, comfortable beds, excellent linens, a genuinely well-equipped kitchen and everything a family needs for an effortless Deer Valley vacation.

## WHY GUESTS LOVE THIS LOCATION

Arrowleaf sits high on the mountain in **Empire Pass**, away from the congestion of the Snow Park and Silver Lake base areas.

The building is directly on the **Silver Strike green run and Silver Strike Express lift**, making it especially convenient for families and mixed-ability groups. Even less-experienced skiers can easily return to the condo for lunch, a break or the end of the day.

Our residence is also a **4th-floor corner unit on the sunny, view side of Arrowleaf**, offering exceptional privacy and expansive mountain views from the living areas, kitchen, primary suite and second king bedroom. Watch skiers pass in winter, spot wildlife, and enjoy the changing mountain scenery throughout the year.

And although you'll feel tucked away in the mountains, **Park City's Main Street is only about 3 miles away.**

## NO CAR NEEDED — COMPLIMENTARY EMPIRE PASS TRANSPORTATION

Your stay includes access to the complimentary **Empire Pass on-demand transportation service**, which operates much like a private local Uber within its service area.

Once you arrive, getting around Deer Valley and Park City couldn't be easier. A rental car is optional.

If you do bring one, the residence includes convenient **heated underground parking with elevator access**.

One of the things we especially love about this floor plan is its privacy. The primary suite is separated from the other bedrooms, while the large central living space brings everyone together.

**BUNK ROOM — Sleeps 6**
Two custom-built triple twin bunk beds — six individual twin beds in total. Each side has separate access to the middle and upper bunks. The room also includes a private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination, double sinks and closet.

This setup works especially well for **two families traveling together**: adults have two private king suites while the kids and teens get a bunk room of their own.

Spend the day hiking or biking, head into Park City for dinner, then return to the quiet of Empire Pass.

## WHY OUR RESIDENCE IS DIFFERENT

There are several Arrowleaf residences available for rent, but they are not all alike.

Our residence sits at the end of the hall on the outer edge of the building rather than facing directly into neighboring residences. The elevated 4th-floor location provides beautiful, open mountain views.
