We work very hard to differentiate all the condos we own and directly manage, so they're not the typical "stripped down" rental condos. We came up here in August to escape the heat. We got a beautiful view, a fun little pool and arcade for the kids, plenty of hiking, and some fun new Park City restaurants. The condo is cozy and clean and the common areas are immaculate. I didn't get a chance to use the fitness room but it looked great. The best part was getting a four day weekend for less than one night at the nearby luxury hotel.

Host responded to any questions in a very timely manner. They also provided the best pre-trip info on the condo I have ever seen. Place was is perfect condition and exceeded my family’s expectations. This was our 1st VRBO & certainly will not be our last.

Excellent stay

We greatly enjoyed our time here. The ski lift is right outside the door, amenities of the building were wonderful, and Steve/July were incredibly accommodating.

Amazing Condo! Everything about this condo was perfect for our ski vacation. The condo had great amenities, perfect location, and a fun game room. We also enjoyed using the shuttle service which came in handy since we had family staying nearby. Steve was a fantastic host super responsive! Will definitely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The condo is beautiful, everything is convenient. Steve is wonderful! The ski valet is in the building. Could not be a better location at Deer Valley!

I'm so happy you enjoyed your summer stay at our luxury One Empire Pass condo. The amenities are great in the summer (2 outdoor spa-pools, hammock garden, fitness center) and while the snow is gone what's great is you can walk right out the back door and start enjoying the over 400 miles of hiking and mountain biking trails in Park City and Deer Valley. Great Location - 5 Star Experience

Owners have modeled their service on 5 star excellence. Nice touch with added sun lotion and lip balm. Every need has been thought out with attention to detail. Will definitely stay here again!

It's so wonderful in the summer - the weather is great, the location is great for hiking and sightseeing, and the outdoor amenities are really nice. Great Weekend Trip

Gorgeous

This place is gorgeous! A great location and so clean. Everything was so nice, and the game room was a huge hit with our kids (and husband)! We loved our stay here and would definitely love to spend time here again.
