Welcome to our South Haven Brockway Beach House! We are the proud owners of this perfect beach vacation home. Great layout, size, bathrooms and amenities for two families to share or one to spread out and enjoy. Two sleeper sofas bring the capacity of our comfortable home to 12.

Soak up the morning sun on the pergola-topped front porch. Load up the beach wagon in the garage for the quick two block walk to Oak Beach (beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and toys provided). After a day of sunshine, swimming and sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before cooking dinner on the newly installed Weber natural gas grill. End your day around the easy to use gas fire pit enjoying cocktails or smores.

Finished basement includes a pool table, new flat screen TV with Sling TV (may sign in to your personal Netflix account), DVD player, and a Wii game system. We have a small movie library and plenty of board games.

Full wet bar on the first floor for the adults-just bring your favorite beverages! Eat in kitchen with granite countertops and table for four. Separate dining room which is open to the kitchen seats 6-8. Beautiful patio with umbrella table and seating, plus lounge chairs. The grounds also feature a basketball hoop and driveway for off-street parking of up to 4 cars.

Enjoy all that South Haven has to offer from our quiet and convenient location. Walk to Oak Beach or take a short stroll or drive to many of the other additional beautiful public beaches. Downtown South Haven is approximately one mile away, so enjoy a pleasant walk, bike ride or quick drive to all the restaurants and shopping.

ALL BED LINENS ARE PROVIDED. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS (we now provide bath towels-Summer 2022).

Generally rents from Friday-Friday during the prime summer months. Two night minimum rentals for majority of the year outside of prime summer weeks. Email through VRBO with questions. We will answer promptly.

Excellent place to stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at this property & we love it. My sisters & I are planning on staying here every year for our sisters weekend. This property is clean, spacious & we loved the back yard, patio & fire pit.

Perfect house for a family vacation

The house was immaculate, and had anything and everything you could ask for during a family vacation. The private backyard with the gas fire pit was a huge hit at night,and it was a short walk or drive to all the beaches. Hope we visit again!

Spring break ‘21 on Lake Michigan

The property was excellent for our family with 2 kids. Lots of games, books, and toys in the garage, the house is one block away from the beach, and close to everything. We had a great time, highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Great location, house is larger than it looks in the pictures

Would definitely stay here again at this location. Home is decorated so cute. Short walk to the lake. They have so many items available for your use. I thought I was organized bringing everything I needed. What I forgot, was easily located in the cupboards, closets or drawers. Communication is top notch. We had a great stay!

This was a great property and so close to all the north beaches and an easy walk downtown. My only issue was the lack of a bath tub traveling with small kids. Other than that, it was fantastic!!!!

Very relaxing week!

We had a wonderful week in South Haven at this property. The house was very tastefully decorated and comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 7 children. We also appreciated being able to use the kayaks and other beach toys in the garage. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful property and owner!

Once again, 117 Brockway did not disappoint! This home has everything you need and is always super clean. Jen, the owner is very nice and so easy to work with. Location is great, close to the beach but yet provides a quiet retreat. We love our time in SoHa at this wonderful home.

We loved this house! Plenty of room and convenient to town and the beach!

We visited for our fall break and the house had everything we could possibly need. The kids loved the basketball goal, the pool table and all the games. The beach is only a block away and the kids did a “polar plunge”. Town is less than a mile away too and an easy walk. We can’t wait to visit again next year!

We have been frequent vacation home renters and we will strive to provide our guests with a fantastic beach home experience!

Over the past few years we have been visiting Southwest Michigan. We quickly fell in love with the beautiful beaches and sunsets. As we learned about each town, we knew South Haven was the place for us! Our home provides a quiet, yet convenient oasis. Walk to the closest beaches, or take a short drive to explore the town and the many other beaches which make South Haven so special. We have also discovered that we love South Haven in every season. Fall, winter and spring offer no crowds while enjoying shopping, dining, Lake Michigan, orchards, cranberry harvest, wineries, biking and hiking trails, ice festivals and skating in town, day trips to Saugatauk, and so much more that we have yet to discover or learn about from our guests. It is our hope that you will find everything you need and more in our comfortable, well maintained and well equipped home.

The gas fire pit in the yard is so easy to use and makes for wonderful way to wrap up each night! The easy walk to the beach can't be beat with our beach wagon and beach chairs/toys for you to enjoy. The front porch with a pergola overhead is so inviting. Plenty of room to sleep 12. 2.5 bath. Pool table and new TV in the basement. These are just a few of the many benefits of our South Haven home.
