Total usable space in cottage 2,800 sq ft - main level with three bedrooms and two baths / lower level finished with one bedroom and one full bath with large family room and extra sleeping space (two foldable/portable queen beds with memory foam matresses)

Easy 5 minute walk to Oak Street Beach Access on Lake Michigan (1/2 Block). Four bedrooms, three full baths, sleeps 12 comfortably with extra sleeping space in basement family room. Easy walk to downtown South Haven. Quiet, family oriented neighborhood.

Weekly rentals only (7 nights) in the Summer Jul - Aug
Two night minimum in off-season (Sept - Jun)
Off-season rates are lower for three nights or more. Please inquire for rates on specific dates.

Here with other family members for a wedding. Everything was in top shape, very clean and comfortable. Donna answered all questions quickly and check in was easy. Plenty of space for a larger family group and close to shops , restaurants and beach. Highly recommend!

Plenty of space and clean

Great Location

Great place to stay on North Shore Beach. Short drive to beach or easy walk (10 minutes). Walked into town everyday (20 minutes). Wide sidewalks safe area, beautiful homes and many extended families! We had 8 adults and two children 5 and under. House is laid out nice with three full baths. Downstairs is private and finished. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway

The Brockway house was perfect for our family (8 adults and 2 toddlers) making vacation comfortable and a breeze. The walk to beach is literally minutes and you have a few options. Coffee shops and town easily included as a pit stop for a longer 15 minute tour. The house was incredibly clean and modern to appeal to our large group, with all the amenities you can need for your stay and space for a large group. Communication was easy with the owners and setup of the house was very thoughtful and straightforward. Thank you for the excellent stay!

Man I really hate writing anything good because then I’m sure the price will go up but WOW. This house was everything we could’ve asked for. Perfect walking distance, all the kitchen gadgets you need, and very comfortable sleeping for all 12 people. Backyard was super cute too! A must stay!

Perfection!

Our three generation family could not have enjoyed this place more. Comfy everything - lounging furniture, beds, and outdoor furniture were great. Lovely bathrooms, bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans. The kitchen was well equipped - we have several good cooks and we wanted for nothing. The host was very responsive. We are looking forward to booking this place for our annual (upwards of 25 years) SoHa vacation in 2025!

The house was absolutely amazing and beautiful! It was far better and much larger than my family could imagine. The decor of the house was gorgeous! The kitchen was very well stocked. The landscaping and yard were perfect. The location was awesome!

Comfortable Family Vacation Retreat

My family and I were happy with this house. It is on a quiet street, close to the beach and the shopping area. We were pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. The family room was comfortable and had plenty of room to visit. There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The house was clean. The downstairs shower was a big hit and we had to all take turns using it. The back yard had a nice grill, that we used for the fresh fish we just caught. Plenty of area in the back to hang out. The outdoor lights were a nice touch. The owner was very responsive to any questions. When we come back to South Haven, we will rent again. Thank you, Donna!

Great house!

This house was great for our week long trip. Description was right on point. Spacious bedrooms and living room area. Kitchen was fully equipped and made cooking dinners easy. Cute little backyard with beautiful hydrangeas. Best of all short walk to the beach and close to downtown area. Host was also quick to answer any questions during our stay.

Great stay for large family

Overall we had a lovely stay. The property is a beautifully renovated house in a great location - an easy walk to a small public beach with little kids! The kitchen was also very well stocked so we could cook and not rely on eating out a ton. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great stay for joyous occasion

231 Brockway in South Haven, MI was a perfect match for our stay. The home was clean, pleasant and well equipped. Based on market rate, the nightly cost was very competitive. The lower level space was a real bonus for us to accommodate all our family. The manager was attentive and responsive. Easy access to all that South Haven has to offer.

Perfect couples get away

This was the perfect house for 4 couples! The house was clean, very well equipped and the perfect location- walking distance to the beach and downtown. Donna was very accessible and answered questions in a very timely manner. This was our second time renting this property and it will definitely not be our last.

Well-appointed rental in a great location

Loved our stay! Home is well laid out for privacy with three bathrooms and basement (one with a tub for kiddos). Easy walk to smaller beaches and very short drive to North Beach - though you can walk it as it's 20 min or less. Loved being so close/walking distance to the Memories shop as it has lots of sundries (and ice cream by the scoop when it's crowded in town!). Donna's home is very comfortable with three different outdoor spaces we took advantage of. The large table indoors fit our group no problem. One of the most well-appointed rentals I've ever been to - everything from an abundant of silverware, plates, pots & pans to extras like salad spinner, plastic silverware, common spices, two coffee makers, blender & even an avocado saver! Nice grill, lots of books, games and the TV had plenty of channels and ways to access our streaming services. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again, one of our favorite stays.

Perfect house for weekend in south Haven.

Even better than the listing! We rented this property with 3 couples for a weekend of golf, pickleball and exploring south Haven. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable and a short walk to the beach and to town. We are planning on making this an annual event and look forward to returning to the house!

Birthday Gathering

We came to South Haven to celebrate a family birthday. Our group was made up of two grandparents, our adult daughter, our son and his wife and their two and a half year old. The layout of the house was perfect for us, as the downstairs is practically a separate apartment. The linens and towels were very good quality—-I always appreciate that. The house was very comfortable, had ample room for all of us, and Eleanor, who is currently being a dinosaur, could run around and roar to her heart’s content. The area is quiet, but close to everything. We all enjoyed our stay.

Location, location, location and kitchen, kitchen, kitchen!

We are six adults, 5 of us over 60, who just finished a wonderful South Haven vacation and stay at Soha Summers. Since we are still in pandemic times, we cooked at the house almost every night. There is a great outdoor dining area and a gas grill that we made good use of. Other nights, we cooked in the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove and ate together at the dining table. SoHa Summers was a great place to spend time with family and friends, and it is well-located for a walk to the beach or to Phoenix Street.

BEAUTIFUL HOME

We loved the home, was beautiful and everything worked wonderfully, was within walking distance which we loved, but also just a short drive if you wanted to take items to one of the larger beaches. The only thing we would have enjoyed while there was the use of a fire pit outside, but the grill was awesome.

Very nice and close to town

Very pleasant week in South Haven for our family of 5, plus our dog. Short trip to the big beaches (2 minutes by car, 15 minute jog), and a short walk to the small beaches. Plenary of room for us to hang out and play games. Owner is very responsive. A great place to stay.

Amazing Family Home Off The Lake

We had such a nice stay at Donna's house! We come to SoHa the same week every year for a family reunion and Donna's house really impressed us. It is beautifully updated, close to the beach, and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. We loved our stay and highly recommend this house to others traveling to SoHa.

Wonderful home!

We totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We were celebrating a family birthday and had adults and teens. There was plenty of room for everyone to have there own space and the kids loved having the basement to themselves. The gathering areas were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was outstanding and very well equipped. Great location, quiet street, and a yard big enough to play yard games and sit and relax. Would highly recommend! Thanks, Donna!
