This home is located just a few blocks to downtown Cayucos and offers great ocean views from its spacious deck. The sunroom adds extra space for enjoying a glass of wine at the bar, playing cards or board games, or relaxing around the fireplace, which sits in the middle of the room. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a futon in the sun room for additional sleeping.

HOUSE RULES
- No Smoking
- No parties or events
- Please be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood.  Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

Nice home

Overall a very nice home. Having two small children, there was a lot of cobwebs on the back patio, so didn’t let them out much. Also, pillows in the bedrooms could be replaced. Location was close to the beach and patio views spectacular. Thank you for the time in this home!

What you see is what you get...

The pictures are very accurate for this property. It's not fabulous, but it is clean. The beds are a bit too soft - none of us had a solid night sleep, but that could be just us. Plenty of dishes, linens, towels, etc. I felt that the check out process was a bit much (empty the dishwasher, replace the paper goods used and the cleaning supplies used, strip the beds and if you are so inclined, start a load in the washer). I think most of that could be done by a cleaning crew. Not that we would leave it in bad shape, but I felt like we were asked to do most of the clean up work. Anyway, great location, just a block up from the main street and the beach access.

Amazing Beach House!

My family had a great time at this house for our vacation. It is very well themed, clean, and had a lot of amenities. The kids loved all the nautical themed decorations spread throughout the whole house. It was only 3 blocks away from the beach so its an easy walk for everyone. Internet speed was going around 200MBs+ so I was able to get some work done during the downtimes. Would definitely stay here again.

great stay

the house was perfect for three kids age range 8-14 and three adults. The kids played in the hot tub. The house was very clean and stocked. The view were great would stay again. There is a house being remodeled next-door but if you stay on weekend no noises. Walking distance to the beach.

BIG Bday and Cal Poly Graduation Weekend

We had a perfect long weekend in Cayucos. The house worked out great for our family celebrating birthdays and graduation. There were only 3 of us staying there - so lots of room - it was so relaxing. It had everything we needed, beautiful views, easy walk to town. Very happy with the property!

The house is great, nice views and well cleaned. But the neighborhood sucks.

Pros: 1. Clean spacious property 2. Great views 3. Almost all stuff available for daily use 4. ample number of regular use stuff Cons: 1. (Super Important and creepy) the neighbor living on the hot tub side was super creepy and annoying. He never let us use the hot tub even in silence. He was creepy about staring at us from the dark from the window on the second floor (on top of the hot tub) and came out and claimed that the hot tub hours were till 10 and that he would call the cops on us if we don't leave at that very moment. We understood that the quiet hours were from 10pm hence we simply sat in the hot tub with no noise no music, simply sitting in the hot tub in the cold night but apparently even that was a problem for the guy as he kept staring at us from the dark (making everyone uncomfortable specially the girls) and forcing all of us out with the threat of calling the cops constantly. 2. The fire place stove never work ( was not of gas and was never refilled).

This is concerning and something that we will discuss with them. We apologize that your privacy was invaded and you were not able to enjoy your time in the hot tub because of it. As advertised.

We enjoyed the stay and have no complaints. The only, very minor, issue is the hot tub. It was a little cool when we got there with no instructions on how to heat it up. I turned on the bubbles/jets and later we realized that had heated it up. Without any instructions one could easily not realize how to heat it.

Cozy with lovely views

Property was just as advertised. Everything that we needed was available to us. The fireplace made for a cozy winter stay and the views are excellent. I’m picky about showers, and the property had a great shower!

Loved the house and views

I spent the weekend with a dear friend celebrating her 84th birthday. We loved the house, so much room, great views and having our own bedroom and bathroom. Extra perks was the notebook left by the owner, binoculars to peer into the ocean looking for wildlife and walking about a 1/2 mile to the beach. Well stocked with everything you need from games, to pots and pans. Centrally located to the Central Coast wine region, Morrow Bay and so many fun things to do. A great place for the two of us.

Everything is provided

My husband, two adult sons, my sister and I stayed comfortably. One son brought a twin size futon bed, but there is also an air mattress there. There are multiples of everything we needed- sheets, towels, ample kitchen stuff, small appliances etc. It’s an older house with a slight old house smell that never quite aired out but was not a problem. We enjoyed great sunset views, the fire pit and grilling on the large deck. 4 blocks walk to downtown, 3 blocks to the beach. Short but steep final 100 feet of street to the house. Recommended.

We did enjoy our stay however we we’re very much disappointed that the hot tub was not in service.,

Dissatisfied that the hot tub was not working and was not notified until after our payment was received.. I’m sure this rental fee was part of the cost. a refund of $300.00 is a reasonable order.

Great view

Cute well kept house. We were looking forward to the spa, but unfortunately it was empty and not working. The management was unaware and knew there was a timer issue. I know a discount would be minimal, but wish we would’ve known just for packing reasons. I would stay here again for sure though, very comfortable.

BIRTHDAY Weekend

I absolutely loved this place! It was so comfortable and made us feel like we were home. All the emmities were perfect for our weekend. The fire pits, the hot tub and the view were all I could ask for! It was perfect!

Fantastic location, great layout

The house is well laid out, has fantastic views, and is situated just a couple blocks walk to the main drag and the beach. Hot tub was great, deck overlooking the ocean was wonderful. It would be cool if the TV was connected to the internet so one could get stuff like Netflix and stream movies, but that’s minor. Management company was lovely.

Fantastic Location!

We loved being so close to the main drag of Cayucos, and the view from the house is lovely. The home is super cute, lots of beachy, boutique-ie decorations. Lots of places to sit, together or separately. Having the hot tub was an extra bonus. There was a good amount of cookware and place settings for our group of 5. The pans are old, but we didn't starve! LOL. We only wish it had been cleaner, not only counter tops, but cupboards and drawers, top of fridge so we could have use it for storage, etc. It made me wonder if it would have met the VRBO COVID cleanliness standards. (I brought wipes, so I could make sure, per a previous review). And this older home could use a little lovin'. That being said, it was just right for us and we had a wonderful time!!
