Unit 403 at Pelican Walk on Thomas Drive has been completely remodeled in a charming coastal décor! Pelican Walk 403 is conveniently located on the 4th floor. Enjoy breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf from the private balcony! Perfect vacation Condo for couples and small families! Sleeps up to 4 guests.

Upon arrival you will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, where breathtaking views of the Gulf are on full display. Look out over the east side pool straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise water! There is a King bed in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in living area. Both bathrooms have beautiful custom tile showers! The kitchen and bathrooms feature granite countertops, custom cabinets, and charming coastal décor. Guests have access to numerous resort amenities, including two swimming pools (west pool seasonally heated October thru April), hot tub, charcoal and gas grill areas, and courts for pickleball, racquetball, shuffleboard, and tennis.

When you want to go out and about, you are with in walking distance to a number of restaurants and beach shops. It is just a short drive of 1-2 miles to St. Andrew's State Park, Adventures at Sea Pontoon rentals, Schooners, Captain Anderson's, mini golf, go-cart fun, and Hershey's Beach Ice Cream Shop for dessert!

It was spotless when we arrived, decorated beautifully, had everything we needed and the view was fantastic! We would love to return in the future.

The kitchen had everything you could need for meals when you aren't going out to eat. Everything worked as should. We have stayed at Pelican Walk 3 times now and have never been disappointed with staff, location or the condos. We stay during the off season because I don't like to be gone from my animals for long periods and like that they offer shorter stays until busy season.

Reviewer Comments: Weather & water is absolutely perfect, room was clean but not happy with pull out sofa, the mattress was nothing but springs covered with material, had to go to Walmart & buy a foam pad to sleep on it! The clothes dryer did not work. That was very disappointing & aggravating to have to hang clothes all over room & balcony to dry! The oven had to be preheated to 500 to even cook with it. So overall I give the room a 3. I will not stay in this room again unless these things are fixed!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and in a good location. You could see the ocean from the balcony. Nice view. I would have liked more water pressure in the shower but for 1 week it was fine. I washed the beach towels and then put them in the dryer and the dryer was broken. Called maintenance they said they would send somebody. Waited then called again. She said if no one comes in 30 minutes call back. So I called back and finally said forget it we are going to bed. My biggest complaint is where the dog park is for the dogs to go potty. You have to walk them all the way to the front of the property on the HOT concrete right by the busy road. Something needs to be don’t about that. It’s not acceptable. They burn the pads on their feet. We won’t be coming back. And also they charged me a cleaning fee and then said I had to clean the condo before I left. So that was weird too. Condo nice,balcony nice,view nice and bed was nice. It’s really the pet thing I didn’t like. No pet then you would probably like it there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was adequate.. but everything is very tight. The master bathroom is tiny! Doors seem to open very awkward.. closet, refrigerator, laundry closet - which triples as the pantry and trash area.. Furnishings and decor are cheap.. paper towel dispenser falls over when you try to remove a paper towel. Same situation with toilet paper holder in master bathroom. Condo was surface clean but it’s time for a deep clean.

There were a few things that did cause a small amount of grief. Our water heater had to be replaced in our condo which left us without water for an entire day until about 9:30 at night. When i called about this, i got no help and was told there is nothing that can be done other than going to area by hot tub to be ableTo use the restroom. Our condo needed to be thoroughly cleaned on the day we arrived and there was trash left under the sofa. All of the utensils in the kitchen were not clean or sanitary and the closet where the washer and dryer were, was not clean.We loved the place, the location and the condo was nice other than it wasn’t cleaned very well before we arrived. We will definitely plan to return next summer!!!

Relaxing beachfront

Nice quiet complex on the beach. Unit had everything we needed. Very comfortable. We loved the views of the beach from the balcony. Superficially it is clean… but it is due for a deep “spring” clean.

I have never stayed in a condo without even one roll of paper towels provided and 1 towel per person for a week.Going to the grocery and doing laundry were not in my vacation plans, but we’re unavoidable with this place.

I love how the entire complex has an gulf front view! The architecture is genius. Unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and bed was super comfy! Beach was beautiful, of course!
