When renting, consider size of house, sleeping arrangements, depth of water, water accessibility from house, swimming conditions and proximity to retail establishments/grocery stores. This home is close to everything yet secluded from city noise. It is just minutes by boat to restaurants and H.S. Marina/launch ramp. Great for swimming and fishing. It is just off the main channel so swimmers aren't swamped with boat waves. It has a large deck that gets sun and shade at the same time. Fire pit, grill. It is very relaxing. It sleeps 8 adults (4BR-3 are king beds) + 2 children (inflatable mattress).

This is a comfortable 2-story house; (built 60 years ago so it has some creaks)

World Series

Lots of room and lived the charm of the house and lake. Owner took care of issues as soon as possibly. The only complaint we had was it was not as clean as excepted and lots of spiders.

The Overlook

The overall property was good but when it can to the cleanliness, i was very disappointed. It was a guy there that was suppose to be cleaning but it was sex stains on the top cover and dog hair all over the place down stairs. The walls need a good wipe down as well. I was tired from the drive and should've not had to sweep up hair. I feel that i should be returned a cleaning fee cause it wasn't clean when we arrived.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend on Lake Hamilton. We had all we needed to enjoy the lake eat good food and spend quality time with our family. The house is in a great location close to everything we needed. We loved floating in the lake. We would definitely do it again.

Great week!

Roger was very accommodating to us and even allowed us to use the dock one night early. The location is great. The house is great for the three families that stayed. The deck is relaxing when it isn’t so hot outside. Theres also plenty of extra things like baggies and such in the kitchen which is nice. My 11 year old said if we ever come again, we should stay here:)

A great trip

We had a wonderful stay and a great getaway weekend with our parents and our kids. We even took our pets. The place was clean and the deck was so relaxing with the fire in the evenings!

Great Location

Great location…Great Lake views. Plenty of parking area for vehicles. Property was roomy and clean. The only thing that we were lacking were dish rags and towels in the kitchen. Needed some way to light the fire pit. No lighter. And the stairs going down to the walkout basement need a light overhead so you can see the steps going down.

Perfect Derby Getaway!

A group of friends and I came to stay here and attend the Arkansas derby. Roger texted me promptly the morning of our check in with the code and to let me know that the property was clean and ready for checkin (a few hours early even!). We had a last-minute issue with our dog sitter and Roger was kind enough to allow us to bring them with us. We LOVED the patio, the grill, and that we all had our own bedroom to have our own space. The only suggestion I would have is to bring your own washcloths because the bathroom upstairs only had 2 which were quickly claimed with the 4 people staying upstairs. Overall I’d rent here again and again! Thanks for a great time at your lake home!

Great place to stay. Outdoor space is outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay. We were traveling as 4 couples for vacation. We spent a lot of time on the covered deck and by the gas fire pit. The outdoor furniture was comfortable and lots of places to set. Nice view of the cove and in a quite neighborhood. Inside was laid out well with 2 sets of bedrooms that shared a bathroom. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The living spaces had comfortable seating that could accommodate plenty of people. There were some parts of the house that could use some repairs and some extra cleaning but nothing that effected our stay negatively. The host was very nice and responded to any questions we had quickly. We would absolutely stay here again.

Plenty of room!

3 couples plus a single stayed here for the 2nd time. We love the location. Owner was very responsive to a few questions we had upon arrival. We will definitely be back this coming summer and we’re bringing the boat this time.

Christmas vacation

Wonderful lake house for our Christmas vacation. No decorations but we brought our own and made it festive. Great communication with the owner. Floors and bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but that wouldn't keep us from staying here againagain

Comforts of home but with a view!

Great place with all the comforts of home! Love being right on the lake in a quiet cove. Pontoon rental and groceries close by too. Plenty of room for 7 people. TV’s in every room with 2 living areas as well. A/C kept house nice and cool. My family spent lots of time on the deck! 15 minutes to Hot Springs NP.

My wife is from Texas and fell in love with Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton many years ago. Our family loves the outdoors and lake life. This house will provide many happy memories for us and for the families who visit here.

This property is in the most convenient place, close to everything, yet secluded from city noise. It takes just minutes to boat to the restaurants on the water. And it is within minutes of Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, Garvan Woodland Gardens, and Bathhouse Row. It is on a large cove of the lake that is a No Wake Zone which makes for great swimming and fishing. It has a large deck that gets shade and sun at the same time. Very relaxing.

This house has 2 living areas -- and 2 families could have their own private space -- and come together in the kitchen, or have an adult living room and a kid living room! The large deck is a real gathering spot and it provides a gorgeous view of Lake Hamilton. It is very close to Hot Springs Marina and Launching Ramp.
